There was street parking and the staff (a woman named Sylvia) was helpful. There were carts available to move your things. You receive a key which I guarded for dear life for a year (there is a replacement fee if you lose it). I paid in advance for 6 months and my rent only went up once by a few dollars (and I subsequently paid for the next 6 months to avoid any future price increases). Check out of the rental was quick and painless. All my stuff was in the same condition as I left it and I had 0 issues. One thing to look out for is their times because sometimes there's limited hours. I had to pick up my stuff one day later than my last day I paid for and I emailed them and they were very nice to say it was no problem. If I need storage again, I will definitely choose this business!
