The hours that the units are available to access are good. It's clean and seems safe. The office is not always staffed during business hours. The phone number on the web goes to a call center overseas and you won't be able to get any help from them; it seems that they only set up new rentals. There is a local phone number on the door to the office. The reason I ended up moving to a competitor was the pricing increases. My small unit started at $40/month (Online special) but went to $57 after 6 months. I thought this was steep but figured the $40 was an introductory price so I kept the unit. It stayed at $57 for 6 more months and I got an email that it would increase to $77. At that time they were listing it as $47 online. I was told the best they could do was $67 for three months and then $77 again. I found another storage unit in the area for $48 and they locked that price in for a year (I had to pre-pay for the year and I understand that might not be an option for everyone) read more

Got amazing deal for my storage unit half price as long as I own it you really have to be conscientious when you go into the building and your surroundings. I wish that the front end office was manned with more hours. That's my only concern. read more

I paid almost $300 a month for a climate controlled unit. When I moved my belongings out there was mold all over items totaling $3,000.00 in damage. I paid for the insurance also only to find out that it only covers mold up to $250 and there is a $100 deductible. I wrote to Public Storage and was offered $100. They are trying to state they are not liable. Now I will have to take them to court. Do not put your belongings in this storage facility. It is a complete waste of money. read more

I have been using this storage facility for two years. I have recently noticed how clean it is being kept. I only had one poor experience with a male employee over this time. I rented a storage unit at Public Storage in Quincy just over a month ago. Prices are good and the facility is new and clean. The reason for my one-star rating is that the first day I went, only one of two elevators was working. Since that time, there have not been any elevators working - that's right, none. My unit is on the 3rd floor, so it means I need to lug everything up three fights of stairs. How can a business whose sole purpose it is to store materials not have a functioning elevator? They say they have movers available to help, but I've never seen any, and it's not a solution. And when I've asked what the issue is, the response is inconsistent - from the city being slow to inspect to repairs services being slow to respond. I need to rent a second storage unit for an upcoming move, and I'll be renting that from Extra Space Storage in Quincy and not this facility. read more

I pay monthly and receive a code for after hours to be able to access the storage facility after hours. Well that's not what you get! the Access code is only good to open gates and doors while you're there during normal Business hours. The whole entire time I'm trying to move a 3 bedroom apartment with just me and my wife.(not their fault) the employee awkwardly watched us and acted like a Karen. every time I grabed more then 1 cart she would complain and say we need to let other people use the "tool" to but there is 7 carts. I wasnt aware of the whole after hours code thing so 20 minutes before they closed she tells me its time to look up my unit. When I asked what I'm supposed to do with my stuff she said "I don't know put it back in the truck or shove it in the unit but we gotta go. Once again what do I pay for? I work a 9-5 so what I get an hour to access my stuff? I personally think they need to check Karen and teach her some people skills and fix their hours. You can't tell someone they get an after hours code but can't access the unit after hours. hones if I didn't already pay for it I would have moved my stuff out. read more

I was mostly happy with this storage facility when I moved all my items in. It's clean and temp controlled. However, the front desk was gone when I arrived despite it being within business hours. What's worse is that they also wouldn't answering the phone. I was stuck outside (with a moving crew I was paying by the hour) for 45 minutes. There was no apology upon the front desk staff returning. The customer service here is beyond awful. I've had a couple more instances where I've had to call facility to ask questions, and the staff is brisk and rude. Just today the staff member talked over me, laughed at my question, and gave me no assistance. DO NOT store your belongings here if you're looking for a place that makes you feel comfortable and as if you're free to communicate with the place housing the items you worked hard to own. read more

This place lacks management and cleanliness. There is a girl living in one of storage units!!! Appears to be struggling with addiction and has her friends come to visit her at the unit ! Management was notified. 1 month later...she still is living there. If you don't want your items smelling like homelessness...remove your items ASAP! read more

I have had very poor customer service with this location. They rented me a unit on the 3rd floor when NONE of their elevators were working, but told me they would up am running by the weekend when I was moving my stuff in. The elevators remained down for weeks. I had movers that I was paying by the hour and we had to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs. The office had closed early or something that day because no one was in there. I called the next day to express my frustration as I would've never rented here if I knew the elevators would be down. I was told they have hired people to help us move stuff but later that day when I went back, there was no one in the office, the door was locked and I waited outside for 25 min. They tell customers they have to wait outside because they can not leave us in the office/front desk when they leave the area. So one staff member to show the units and the customers wait outside in the cold for their return. Only for there not to be any movers to help bring the rest of my stuff up the 3 flights. I requested contact info for a higher up...left a couple of messages before I got a call back and after I expressed my frustration, nothing and I mean nothing was offered...not even a dollar off. Now with COVID19, my income has been affected. I was late and called them, the lady said to avoid a late fee I could call a higher up and request a one time Courtesy to waive the fee, gave me the phone number and everything. I called the guy left a message and he returned it and said ....no!!!!! I am just over this place and their lack of consideration and Empathy for their customers.
