Great location, very close to espress way. The storage units are very clean, great deals, friendly staff. Before choosing where to store my stuff during my move I looked at a few places in the area. This place was the nicest and had the best prices overall. Right now they have a deal that your first month is free with no hidden fees. Also the hours on Yelp are incorrect, if you rent a storage unit you can access it 7 days a week 6am-10pm. The hours that Yelp lists are the office hours. read more

This is a horrible company that engages in unethical business practices. They improperly imposed a foreclosure fee when our bank card. got hacked and refused to remove it. Then in retaliation Tom the terrible manager and Matt increase the monthly rate to $95. Stay Away DO NOT RENT FROM EXTRA SPACE STORAGE IN WUINCY. The storage price you start with will continue to increase and get reused without notice arbitrarily. Similar spaces that we have only rent for $ 35. The worst customer service after 20 years. AVOID. Excellent experience with this company. First time renting a storage unit and Shad couldn't have been nicer, showed me differ units to determine size needed and so helpful. Lots of carts to move boxes and easy access to building and unit. We moved to this location from another Storage facility, my initial interaction was with Mickie (sp), who was very empathetic, which was what we needed to start with. Luckily they had the size we needed and we had visited once before so we were already well aware of how clean it was. When we came in to officially reserve the unit, we met with Christina who went above and beyond to meet our needs, she listened (probably to a lot more than she needed to) and had an answer to every question, even giving us the best cost & size options to chose. This facility is spotless, I mean it, the halls are well lit, my husband and I had to stop in one evening and witnessed them cleaning. The loading dock is well lit and also very clean, the pin pad both on the outside of the door and at the elevator itself give an added layer of protection. I'm so pleased, the last thing you want to do is worry when your things are in storage so I'm glad to not have that burden anymore! read more

You're lured in by the free month that's offered upon signing up, but be aware that the cost of your unit will increase every 3-6 months. Over two years, my monthly rental fee increased by $100! Had I been told this upfront (ideally when I sat down to review all costs/fees before choosing this company), the increases wouldn't have hurt so much. They claimed that there were increases for all units--even new customers would have to pay more. Yet, when a friend called to get quotes on my identical unit...they offered her the same low price that I started out with. So shady! I once spoke to a woman who rudely said, "storage units are meant to be temporary...you've had one for too long so the price went up". So, basically this business model doesn't want long term customers? Due to circumstances beyond my control, I needed a storage unit for two years. With each increase, I considered moving out but the cost of hiring movers outweighed the savings I'd get by going somewhere new. I was stuck. When I did move out, many of my items (rugs, couches) had an odor. My headboard with pewter nails was rusted. Makes me question controlled temps. Bottom line--I'll never use a storage facility again. If I'm ever in the same boat...I'll donate or sell most and store sentimental items with friends/family. The overall cost and condition your items end up in just isn't worth it. Long ago I used another company (sadly, they've been bought out by ESS) and they never went up on prices. If you must use storage, shop around, ask more questions and read the fine print. read more

This place is clean and the office well organized and efficiently run! EXCELLENT staff. My only complaint is there is no bathroom after office hours & as a coffee drinking female, I am forced to walk across the street to go into a gas station which sucks. Otherwise, 5 stars! read more

This review is long overdue. I cannot say enough good things about the Liberty Street ExtraSpace Self Store. The staff, the cleanliness and ease of use are all top notch. The building is climate controlled and the elevators are huge. This is a fairly new facility and is very well laid out so you can get in and out fairly quickly. The people in the office were so nice and very professional. I felt very comfortable leaving my things there while my new house was being built. The area is always clean and bright, the staff friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. Thank you to Brandon who made this process easy and fun. read more
