Steve was very helpful today. He showed me the lay of the land and was personable and welcoming. The property was clean and neat.

I'll start by saying that their manager, Steve, was always polite and helpful. He made the entire process very easy. The good: Introductory prices are reasonable, lots of unit sizes, relatively clean. Easy to get in and out. The bad: Once the introductory price ends, they are very expensive. The app that opens the gate stopped working and no one could help with that. I used this place as temporary storage during a move. It served the purpose nicely and it was a good experience. I had three(!) storage units for nearly three(!) years and a major reason that I stayed so very long was because of the help, care and kindness offered by Steve. Simply put, he was knowledgeable about Public Storage and was always willing and able to help if I had a question or concern -- Steve is a valuable asset to the Public Storage brand and his work should be deeply appreciated. Putting one's possessions in storage can be both a physical and emotional challenge and Steve made the process as easy as it could possibly be. There is no one to go to with concerns or problems. It's impossible to reach a supervisor or manager other than the property manager whose abilities are limited. I have been unable to access my unit because of snow since the first major snow fall this month. The bills come on time and I am expected to pay on time, yet I have no access without risking my physical safety. This is WRONG! Someone needs rerun my calls and contact me ASAP. read more

OMG what an awful facility. The average employee is OK but whatever they call management is simply dreadful. Over this terrible snowy winter they did not plow (got stuck in the snow in the facility one - took an hour to dig out). When they did plow they simply piled it up against the locker doors making them inaccessible. Eventually they piled so much in front of the locker that the door caved in. It still has not been fixed, can't open the door because it is off the tracks and God knows what is damaged inside...but they don't know when it can be fixed. Oh - and make sure the rent is paid on time or they will sell your stuff - even if you cannot access the locker. BTW -in the contract fine print - they are not responsible for anything. The service here is great--I'd like to make special note of Daffaney. Even though I was closing my account, she helped me every step of the way with a smile. She even walked all the way out to my unit to help me with my lock and to give me my final statement. Thanks, Daffaney! My only complaint is that the lighting in the walk-in units is pretty dim--with better lighting (and this has nothing to do with the on-site staff!), I'd give this property a higher rating. read more

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Anthony is very personable and professional. He answered all of my questions and always provides great customer service with a smile! I like that this location has outside access for many of their storage units so you can pull your car/truck right up to your storage and load/unload. FYI...This location's office is smaller than other locations, so they may not have all of the packing supplies you need. However, Public Storage prices are VERY high for supplies. Go to U-Haul for a large variety of various packing supplies that are MUCH cheaper! read more

We have had nothing but a great experience at this location. We've had a large unit since January 2017 and just signed up for another unit. Rondo has been extremely helpful and personable. Go to any other location than this one. This location has horrible staff members who simply do not care, management personnel that never respond to requests, dirty units and hallways and most importantly, MOLD! That's right, I stored items here for less than a year and my unit and belongings were covered with mold. The insurance I had for the property will cover SOME but not all of my losses. The staff members didn't care and management continues to be non-responsive. Choose another location and another brand (and make sure it is climate controlled). I can't be the only person who has experienced this, as the clerk in the office immediately handed me the claim form and stated, "This happens all the time." Still in shock that so many of my personal belongings and furniture were destroyed because I chose this location. ZERO STARS! read more

A bunch of heartless people. If you are even a couple days late with payment they will start tacking on late fees so aggresively it makes it impossible to catch up. I made a pleading to the district manager to reverse some of these fees as I am unemplyed and couldnt affford. After storing with them for 1 year and paying they refused to help, swiftly moving my things to auction with-in a month of their aggressive fee campaign. NEVER USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO SELL YOUR STUFF read more

The staff were always rude, a lot of brown fluffy debris fell on our stuff, I guess from critter damage. But the reason for the single star is what happened when I closed out the account. I asked the staff member a couple of times whether anything special needed to be done and was told no. Then as we are clearing out the room I find that I have been slapped with a $59 late payment fee. What about my Autopay? I ask. Autopays are always cancelled once you say you are leaving, the staff person tells me. Really? I was not told that earlier, despite my asking if there was anything I should know about closing out the room. Calls and an email to the manager of the facility were not returned. This isn't acceptable. Update: after writing this, I forwarded my (previously unanswered) email to the manager back to him and told him that I had just written this review and would move on to BBB, etc. He responded immediately this time and is waiving the fee.
