The caretaker was super nice and helped us jump the truck, which was actually a lot of work because the battery on the U-Haul is pretty hard to reach (it's under the cab) and the cables were just barely long enough. They had a pair of units available in the sizes we needed and along with their availability made this an easy decision. Now the initial cost was acceptable for each (both were not the same size), but then inflation brought the cost per unit up somewhat, and although that wasn't the main reason behind moving out after 6 months (we actually found a place to call our own). The units were clean and we felt secure that our belongings would be safe onsite. The only "complaints" I have would be that online it stated that they had climate controlled units at this facility, they, they did not. The other is that they're not "open" past 10pm (not terrible, it's just tough when I work the late shift at my job).
