Scheduled a unit. They called the next day to confirm. I told them that I wasn't feeling well but I would come up to pay. The man asked when I would actually be loading the unit do I said the following Friday. He said wait to pay because you will be charge if I came up that sane day. He said every penny helps. Any time I've needed storage, it's been in less-than-ideal conditions, and this was no different. On a really hot day and after a lot of struggling with it, I had to store a motorcycle last minute and feared the worst when I looked for a storage unit. I was stunned when I found this place - it was easy and cost-effective, and manager Juan was kind, helpful, and pleasant to talk to! After getting set up, it turned out the unit I got didn't quite work. Juan switched my first unit to another one, and he had the paperwork changed by the time I got the bike into the new space. My friend and I were given cold water while we waited for everything to get finalized from the switch. This place is really clean and extremely secure, and they are so easy to work with! Juan really went above and beyond today. He saw that we were having trouble unloading a refrigerator and helped us out . Not only that, he even brought us 4 cold waters . Juan took time to help me pick the right size worked with me and my budget to get me going right away and Juan has a abundance of Warmth and understanding not to mention a welcoming smile. I would say this is the best facility you could ask for. There are no people hanging out or loud music blaring or filth. The containers are immaculate sparkling clean. I recently wanted to buy an RV, and every storage yard in and around the Bay area to Sacramento was full and with waiting lists. Then ZipSpace popped up and I called. Juan answered and explained everything about their operation and how it benefits the client to me, and said he can hold me a space until I get my RV. That really helped me seal the deal to calmly buy my RV knowing it will have a safe place to sleep. When I got there with my RV, I was a complete newbie, and noticed I don't have blocks for the jack to stand on, or even to chock the wheels. No problem. Juan brought me a stack of cement blocks that perfectly fit this purpose. It's a brand new facility, with gates and video cameras and pull through parking spots! That was a big deal to a newbie, that I didn't have to back in my little trailer and learn by mistake. Just drive right up, and drive on through, stop, unhook, keep going. Could not be more simple. I love ZipSpace Storage! Very affordable storage units in the area! While I was gathering some things from my unit a man who has a unit nearby stopped and was talking my ear off. I didn't mind but he got EXTREMELY close to my unit door while I was all the way in the back. It made me so uncomfortable I decided just to wait till he left to go back in my unit but he didn't leave. I really didn't want to say anything negative to the man but I wanted to be safe so after about a hour I told him I was leaving. I was just going to circle around and go back to my unit but he kept insisting on closing up my unit for me. I finally caved and called the phone # and just said I needed some help closing up my unit. I never said I was uncomfortable or anything like that - within a minute Juan was in sight coming towards us - and the other man jumped in his car and LEFT. When I told Juan I was actually going to stay - he still so so so nice! He made sure I knew how to close the unit and was so polite. I was able to get everything I needed from my unit and I felt so so so safe knowing that they had management just a call away. Thanks Juan & ZipSpace! read more

I searched every storage place in the Tracy area for the best place for my 20 foot fishing boat. I started here at Zip Storage and it turned out I never needed to go elsewhere. After I called and visited all the places I settled on Zip. Juan the manager was super helpful and a super nice guy. He told me the place has been there around 6 months and it seemed brand new. Super Clean with a roomy space for my boat. I wasted a lot of time going to and calling other places. Access to my boat starts at 6 am daily. The cleanest and most convient place I saw. Right off the 205 at McArthur and w 11th . Zip is Filling up fast and I am not surprised. read more
