I have had great and good experience here. My items always felt safe stored here. Brianna, who i have had a pleasure to have gotten to know while here, has been exceptionally helpful and nice. She is always so punctual and goes above and beyond explaining and clarifying the rates and prices and is always ready available when needed. This location is well kept and clean. Update... here it is 3 days later Monday 7/25/22. I went to pay my bill and no one was in the office. There's nothing wrong with stepping away from the premises because many property managers have done it in the past at this location and many others. However, when they step away they put the little clock up that's let's folks know when they will be returning. I was there for 40 minutes total. Guess, I'll try again tomorrow. read more

I was stuck inside the storage location for AN HOUR! The access code they gave me did not work and I called all locations about 20 times and no one answered. Finally customer service was able to open the gate from their end but gave me NO reasoning as to why my code was not working and did absolutely nothing to make me feel like they cared I was stuck. Be careful here, no assistance even if you ring the bell (and they are there because I got a call when I had to leave something out for 30 mins to make a garbage run), they will not notify you if rats have infested your unit or nearby units -I only found out when I had to move and added more items into it or I would still not be aware of the rat problem. I received absolutely no apologies from the manager on duty nor from corporate for the damages and for not being notified. I was only told told to call the insurance. I Still, months later, have not received any kind of notification. Instead of apologies and/or pest notification I received an email that my 5x10 rat infested unit has just jumped up to $100 from $89 (started at $56 four years ago). This place probably has the one of the best Customer Service I've been too so far!! I spoke to the Regional Manager (Neal) when I called back because they left me a message confirming my reservation and he was really friendly and professional. I came in the next day and had even better Customer Service from Julie. I was in and out in 10-15 mins tops!! She was so friendly and we joked around and had some great laughs. Price is cheaper than any other public storage's I know so far. Highly recommend this place!!! read more

After all my belongings were covered in rat excrement, my rent went up from $200 monthly to $400 a month, in about one years time. Thats some expensive rat shit, lost a lot of valuable belonging to damage as well. read more

RATS, RATS, and dead RATS...ruined my furniture, clothing, bedding, chewed thru my washer line...the list goes on and on!!! RAT fesses everywhere!!! in my stuff and all over the inside of my unit. Plus when I moved in they gave me a great rate, and within less than 6 months it was raised by over $47+ dollars!! then again in less than 6 months it was raised again. Went fro $180 to $251 to $295 in less than a year!!! So my "bargain storage" ended up costing a fortune each month. They know if you have a larger storage, you can't just pick up and move out, so they have you by the b???s, You're stuck with paying the higher rent. Liars, sneaks, and FILTHY facility. I have had to rent 2 units here in my recent transition between moves. Kernesa is very professional and efficient. She made the process painless. The only problem I would report, which is probably a national company policy is, online they offer a 50% discount on your first month, however it only applies to first time customers. I believe since I am a return customer I should be rewarded, for coming back. This policy irritates me and if I didn't already have a space there I would have go elsewhere. But this is not the employees problem. read more
