No one is ever in the office, so you scan a QR code to speak to someone that is offsite and has to look up the property in the system and try to guide you as someone that has never even been there. Absolutely worthless. We will be moving our items as soon as we can. Oh, right, one last thing - they continue to raise the rates on everyone regularly.

I could sense he was annoyed but he then asked me to try another unit. I removed the tag and tried to open the door but it was not rolling up. I knew at this point that perhaps I was doing something wrong. so I asked him if there was something else I needed to do with the latch. To my question he responded "I mean it's pretty self explanatory how to open a door". I'm sorry what? I don't think that's how you handle this situation. My father called the call center to see if they could make an exception or further assist since he has been a loyal customer and had 24 hour access up until they changed management. He is humiliated and appalled at the unprofessionalism of Anthony. How dare he call a customer SHADY after seeking help from the company call center. After being told by Anthony there was nothing they could do, it's his right to seek help from the call center. This is absolutely unacceptable, humiliating, and appaling that a customer is being called a name. Shame on Anthony for treating a customer this way and calling him SHADY. Clifford Mitchell will be taking his business elsewhere. As for Anthony, he shouldn't be working for a company with such a great reputation. Loyalty clearly means nothing here -- long-term customers get punished instead of appreciated. On top of that, the facility has no carts or equipment to help you move items. When I asked about it, I was told that "people put them in their lockers and there's nothing they can do." So basically, you're on your own. If you're thinking about moving in, stay away. Between the overpriced units and the lack of basic moving assistance, this place is not worth it.
