It's like Frogbox or Bungobox, but it's locally owed and family owned and operated. I asked him how he was going to handle it he said he has insurance and he would have to make a claim cuz it's so expensive. Days later I asked him to drop off the slab since I never even got a chance to see it he refused to unpack it. He finally brought it today and said he was going to handle paying for it until I called his insurance company there's definitely something wrong with this man because he is the one that reached out to his insurance company to file the claim I called to follow up if the claim was made I have all documentation and proof for his insurance company I definitely would look for another mover

The new dresser (never used) backing was ripped when they tried to lift it. The case of baseball vintage hats never made it to our destination and on and on. The biggest hurt was seeing my new leather couch scuffed up on three edges and a broken frame that must be repaired. A $500 good will gesture was offered but this does not cover the damage. So sad....I am so angry that I can't express how I really feel. This has been a nightmare! The least they can do is repair the sofa.
