I tried to purchase a product that was not available at this store. I went to customer service the girl did not know how to check if other Publix in the city carry product. She at least got the grocery manager. He did not know how to check other stores. Said he can request the product and can call me when they get the product. That was waste of my time. How are employees not trained to use an application to cross reference other stores to help locate a product if it is available. Now I have to manually drive to each Publix to see for myself. This is how companies lose business to their competitors. There has to be some training done by district managers to lower management and to front store staff as well. I'm very disappointed

The kindest people work here. Their iced coffee is $3.99, and the hot coffee is $4.99. They accidentally charged me $4.99, I hadn't even noticed or said anything, they corrected it to $3.99. Unfortunately, it wasn't even worth that much. This coffee had no flavor of coffee at all. Oddly, it actually smelled and tasted like cardboard. Not that I consume cardboard, I've just opened a fair amount of boxes in my time to be familiar with the scent. We sat outside on their little deck overlooking the beautiful Hollywood Beach.

I also was able to find a courteous male associate to price check the item (after a female associate said she couldn't do one) just to make sure it rang up at the listed price. It was accurate. Bags My husband was the one that paid He is not very good at checking his bill, and when we got home he gave me the bill Looking at it, they charge me $12.99 a lbs for tuna that had a big sign $6.99 lbs So I went back today with my bill to show there mistake ,they agreed ,they have made a mistake ,the price on the counter was wrong but refused to gave me back my money ,at the price $6.99 They want me to bring back in 24 hours , the tuna, and they would give me back the difference in the price I had all the proof of there mistake, Why should I I go back again just to show them in person the tuna You can understand that I was not very happy, this is not the first time that they charge me the wrong price on some articles in my grocery. I tried so hard to really show them there error in price on my bill, that I had brought them, a package of the tuna , to show them there mistake. But not paying attention when I got it out of the freezer to bring it with me, to show them I took the wrong package that was originally in the freezer, but that should not had make a difference, because there mistake of over charging me was still there , and they should had gave me back the money of the difference in prices . I wish them good luck but not being customers friendly won't help them ,and will keep that store with not many customers It has been low for business since they open, and there next move will be to close the place
