I usually stop by this location for sandwiches and lottery tickets. Yesterday, I've made the decision not to go here anymore. The drama I always see at the deli has become ridiculous and unbearable, it's usually the same employee and I'm sure management is aware so I didn't complain. I was about to leave but I just wanted to get my sub and be on my way. Some employees don't understand that good costumer service benefits themselves as well as the company. Bad service just pushes costumers away resulting in lost $$. You need to do better! read more

This is our neighborhood Publix. Erin in the bakery is the best!!! Our son (almost 2) won't sit in the cart without a sprinkle cookie from the bakery. They weren't done baking in the oven so she opened a package just for him! We go to this store 3-4 times a week because of the great people working there. read more

Even though the folks who live near this store could use a lil TLC and so on, the store itself is clean (more so than on past visits at least), big and inviting. The employees are the typically friendly sorts one comes to expect from Publix. I'll give U a quick example... This week, Hatfield bacon is BOGO. I went to take advantage of it, only to find they had none. The clerk who takes care of that particular part of the store was nearby and asked if I were looking for it. He checked on his cart of stuff nearby to no avail. He then offered to go look in back to see if he had any! A moment or two later, he hunted me down as I was picking up some cheese. He presented me with two packages of bacon! That is way above and beyond as far as what I expect from a grocery clerk!! I wish I looked at his nameplate to give proper kudos to his superiors... Anyhow, the rest of my trip there was somewhat uneventful. Fill the cart, empty the wallet! One thing I noticed detrimentally was the dairy case; 'twas poorly stocked! I had to look quite diligently to find half & half, creamer as well as milk in the sizes and brands I wanted. Even then I had to compromise but at least I found something. Cashier and bagger ladies all friendly too. I usually stand there and crack jokes while cashing out. They obliged with appropriate laughter and so forth. As I've stated elsewhere, I prefer this particular store for size, product availability and variety. It's further away from home than Tri Cities but overall worth the extra couple of miles. read more

We usually don't stop by this location but we always find that they usually have an ample supply of frozen turkeys. Despite the current coronavirus situation, they did have a few to choose from. This store is always clean and even in most recent times have a good inventory of items. All of the store's employees wore masks and the aisles were marked with 'one-way' floor stickers. Stay away from Publix unless you enjoy getting ripped off! As always... Publix tries to rip you off. I went in with my Humana food card with three items of food and the balance due was $5.01 and the cashier or the manager could not tell me why there was a balance. When I shop at Walmart with this card they do not charge me tax yet... Publix loves to get whatever they can from the customer. They couldn't even credit my Humana card when I told them to keep the items. They gave me a Publix gift card. Publix sponsored the insurrection if anyone would like to know. I won't go there again. first of all they charge twice as much for the exact same product you can get at walmart and the products have less in them. secondly they charge the price of 2/12 packs of soda for 1 pack then sell them for buy 2 get 2 more free but the 2 free ones are NOT free. you paid for them when you baught the first 2 at double the price. i keep hearing about how bad the economy is and how expensive groceries are and yet people are flocking to publix paying double. I frequent this Publix because it is extremely convenient to where I work out. The store itself is typical for what you expect from Publix--clean aisles, fresh goods, and friendly associates. The only thing that detracts from this location is that it is definitely one of their smaller locations, and naturally a smaller location means less available merchandise. It's not unheard of for the weekly BO-GOs to run out at this store. Also, the aisles here feel a bit more cramped compared to other stores, especially the other store on East Bay and Belcher which is not even a mile from here. The deli is also a bit on the slower side. It is super convenient but I would not go out of my way to shop at this Publix. read more

my friend only had a few items so we decided to use the self check out. Everything was fine until a problem with the last item. A woman employee came over to helps us. She was very rude and abrupt to both of us. Said we did something wrong and when we showed we did not do anything wrong she was ever more rude. She asked us if we were brothers because she thought we were bickering with each other, when in fact we didn't say anything to each other while checking out. This Publix is a remodeled Albertsons and is on the smallish side as far as it's size. Therefore it does not stock the variety or quantity of items of the larger Publix stores. It's good in a pinch or for its pharmacy, but not for my weekly shopping. For that I use the Bardmoor store on Starkey Rd. I also notice that the the employees at this store are...well....not as helpful or as friendly as other Publix stores staff. I like this store a lot. There is a Greenwise section, all on its own. That's rare for a lot of Publix stores in the area. Also, there is a decent selection of products in general. If there is something that you'd like to see on the shelf, you need only ask and the staff will do their best to help you have it. I'm not sure about the other reviewer, but I have never had a problem with unfriendly or not helpful staff. I think the employees, here, are very hospitable. There has been nary a question or request that wasn't met with decency or expediency. I've even been that crazy customer who has to special order the weird stuff in that only I will buy. Lastly, parking at this plaza has that rare quality of being decent, for this area of Florida. The parking lot is ample for the store volume. It can be shady over by the liquor store, so be mindful. read more

I have been shopping at Publix for over 20 years first time I had left upset. Very disappointed that they did not accept a $5 off coupon spending $50 or more. I had spent $220 and told the cashier I have to run to car to grab the competitor coupon from my car. I quickly ran back and was told they do not accept this since they are not the nearest Publix. The sprouts coupon and location is about 7 mins up the rode.This is probably the last time I would go to this location. I thought shopping was pleasure here but not this time around. I work in the shopping center where Publix is located, so I go into this store quite often. I absolutely love how helpful everyone is here, they are always willing to help and show me where things are if I don't already know, since I'm usually there on my break or lunch, so I'm in a hurry. Store is very clean and lines move very fast, if there is even a line to wait in. They also take Duke Power payments, so its easy to help pay the bill when I'm at work and can't get away to pay bill when it's due. read more

Every time I visit this Publix location I am always impressed with the store's appearance. Very clean, neat and eye friendly. The staff is polite and helpful. Shevles are stocked up neatly and are organized. The deli and bakery sections are second to none. I like visiting this location very much. read more

I've been going to Publix since it replaced Albertsons. I was always very happy with this service. It seems that lately they have been overrun whit homeless people, drug addicts and panhandlers. Wings werr done, but i had to wait 15 minutes for my wedges because they "forgot to drop them" 06/15/2017 Again ordered my winga and wedges an hour prior to pick up. This Publix store stands far from the rest. This store is a great model of what customer service is suppose to be about. I have been shopping at this exact store since it became a Publix and refuse to shop at any others unless needed. Employees at this store go out of there way to make their slogan true, "Where Shopping is a Pleasure". Paul who is the grocery team lead rocks. My partner is a vegan and has problems finding certain items in which we are normally having to go out of our way to a specialty store to purchase. Well I ask Paul, "Hey any chance you guys can order this in and carry it as I prefer to shop at Publix only". He response is I will see what I can find out and he does. He follows up with in 72 hours after contacting his buyers and warehouse to see if one they carry it in the chain and if not can they get it at all, if they can carry it or not. If they can get it which has been about an 95% success rate they order it and the day it comes in he calls us and tells us it is in, where its going to be located in the store and if we want any put to the side for us to pick up later. I cant imagine any better customer service. Publix is also the cheapest place to buy groceries period. I have taken my list and looked at other stores and none can compare to Publix's prices at all. Also I am a major coupon user and Publix is extremely coupon friendly. I usually am knocking 50-80% off my bill that is how coupon friendly they are and I follow all the rules set forth by Publix. Ordered an 8 piece chicken at 3:05 pm and was told 30 minutes. Showed up in 35 minutes to pick up the order and was told 13 more minutes. Did no receive my order until 3:55. PUBLIX PHARMACY REVIEW: This is the 3rd time they've wasted my time and i'm moving on to a different one now. I dropped off my prescription around noon, and was told it would be ready at 6pm, well i show up at 6pm, and not only wasn't not ready, it had to be special ordered. Went shopping with my grandchildren ages 3,6 and 7. Found what I needed however when cashing out was another story. The cashier named Kristina was very rude. My bill was $27dollars and change. I have been going to this Publix for decades and have spent a lot of money there (have multiple rescue critters) and regularly purchased multiples of my very favorite frozen meal from them. Many times went there and there were few meals left in the freezer. Anyway, went there again this morning. Couldn't find it! Asked an employee what happened? Was told the "genius" in charge decided that despite this product was a "good" seller they would no longer carry this meal. They do NOT care about their customers! Goodbye Publix! read more

This is "Our" store. Clean (very important) and safe. I use their pharmacy a lot and they are very helpful. The other big markets are all around us, but we go here because it reminds me of a small town Grocery Store, rather than a big box or discount store.
