Once you experience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities that Publix opens a location in are very grateful for a Publix opening by them. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location and I give it five stars. read more

Mike in customer service took a long time to help an older man, and when he was finished he decided to help someone with their lottery who had been waiting 10 minutes less than us. I had 2 soft drinks only. This place is so dirty and ghetto they need to be evaluated by corporate. read more

The food here is always fresh the meats and bakery department . I love their customer service all the staff is always attentive to one's needs. And it's also nice and quiet just enough noise that you are able to focus on your shopping and the store is always super clean and bright. read more

Talk about your OLD SCHOOL Publix. This one is Ancient. I'm talking about it still has the old tile mosaics out front! Still the store is clean, the chicken smells like heaven and the bakery is a delicious sight for sore eyes. The flower shop always has colorful blooms at a great price ready for you to pick up (3 1/2 dozen bouquets of roses for $12 this past weekend) The service was great and everyone seemed happy to be there! read more

Publix is the main grocery store chain out here and for good reason. They seem to have everything you need in one centralized place. My only issue is that the prices are slighly higher than average prices, but for convenience there is often a price. The staff are also friendly and helpful, which is a plus. read more

I've been shopping at this very store since I was a little girl with my dad. I've grown up with some bag boys and cashiers, watching them turn into managers and grow with the company. This Publix holds a special place within my family and our community. Everyone here is so helpful, especially management. Staff is always smiling and eager to help, the store is always so clean, and I can always find what I'm looking for. Without a doubt Publix is my favorite grocery store and I think most other people in the southeast can agree. As long as I live within driving distance it will be my grocery store of choice. Shopping is a pleasure! Just the other day I couldn't find a product I always purchase so the manager took my info, called me when it arrived in store, and held it for me. At this Publix I've had really great interactions with the store employees. Other customers, not so much. Twice I've had my cart stolen by other customers AND IT ALREADY HAD GROCERIES IN IT. What the what??? Some customers make the shopping experience crappy. Rude people. I had one woman complaining to her friend behind me that I was taking too long to pay for my groceries. Really??? There was a little old lady in front of me and she was having problems with the card reader. I turned and said something to the complaining b1tches and she responded "shut up shithead". It should have been fairly obvious to anyone who is not mentally deranged that there was another customer in front of me. The store employees are great though and are consistently helpful. If I had to say anything bad about Publix it is that each store is laid out differently and I mean differently. Only one store I've found has Tabouli, none of the rest of them do. Where I moved from that wasn't the case and stores were fairly consistent. Because of that I can't give the store an overall 5, only 4. The employees get 5+ read more

Publix is usually a great store. , each one I've been to the food has been great and the service as well. The store on Babcock Street in Palm Bay. However is a different story. I just had to return hamburger that I bought 15 minutes ago because it is bad with a terrible odor! Last week I had to return an eggplant that in the store was so cold. You couldn't feel if there were any soft spots. I get it home warm it up and it is all soggy and brown. Do they freeze their produce? It appears they may. The other Issue is their lettuce I get better lettuce at Walmart for a lot less money! The website says this Publix is closed, but it is not although it should be! Managers are non-responsive to customer complaints. And overall terrible experience. :-( read more

This is a dope Publix. Publix are almost always good, but this one is great. There's a lady (short, middle-aged, tattooed) behind the deli counter who I'm pretty sure is legitimately crazy, but is the most friendly and helpful deli person I've ever met. She had recommendations, serving suggestions, the whole nine yards. Parking is ample (duh), and it's definitely in the top range of "clean" Publix. Everything inside is organized, and checking out is easy (plenty of registers open when I went, late on a weekday). Yay Publix! read more

The worst Publix I've ever been in. Unfortunately I go here because it the closest to my house but find myself driving further to the better location on the beach. As Publix go it has a horrible selection. No joke they must have 15 electric shopping carts parked out. The most I've ever seen. This is were Publix go to die. Deli is terrible. Slow doesn't even begin to describe the service. Ordered meat on line to try and avoid the slow service and when I picked it up it, it was just a big lump of meat, all stuck together. They didn't separate the very thin slices, so it was a lump. read more
