Also, the pharmacy staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The pharmacy drive-through is convenient to use. Store aisles are always well-stocked and seasonal items are rotated. I often frequent this location when I don't feel like going inside Super Walmart. Sometimes, I just prices may be slightly higher than Walmart, but I but I don't mind because shopping here is just so convenient for me. I am always happy to see familiar employees. They don't have extremely high turnover with employees.

I've always had good luck with the prints that I've had made from Walgreens so there wasn't really a question in our minds when we pulled in. The staff that was working the photo desk were helpful and kind and even though we couldn't get what we hoped for done they offered suggestions and other options. The store itself was clean and organized--especially so, I thought for having just weathered the holidays. I love nail polish and they were having this big clear out of their products so I grabbed a few. While checking out the gentleman working the cash register was friendly and talkative. If I need something while in the area again I wouldn't have a problem returning to this location.

I waited 3 days and then went to grab it. I was told that one was ready but the other wasn't filled yet because of time lock even though it had been 3 days but should only be 30 minutes more. But they could get my information entered in the meantime. Gave them all my info, phone number, address, drivers license, insurance cards. They entered in all of it. It was all in the system previously but moved from a different state and they couldn't just update it and had to set it up new(?). I head home after and say I'll pick it up tomorrow after 20 minutes I had to head home Day 2, I return and they say it's ready, but insurance didn't cover it. Okay, I'll pay out of pocket. Enter my phone number to get the meds. Phone number is wrong. I can see on the screen it shows "000-000-****". "Are you using the right number?" I literally show her the screen that shows the zeros, and she says it's weird but I must've entered it wrong. SHE entered it yesterday herself. Same girl. She updates it and I go home. Get home and discover one of the meds is missing. They knew there was two since they said one was ready. And the med they did give me was a time safe med, so they didn't give me the one ready in the first place. Day 3, I call Walgreens and speak to Jonathan and they say they see it, but because my insurance card wasn't entered, it was rejected back to "the drawer". But I could pick it up later today and bring my insurance card to apply it. I come in, and I literally pull up the insurance cards in the app to make sure they're updated and accurate. Same girl at the counter, Rebecca. She asks for my social even though she hadn't before. "It's saying your social is incorrect". I read it to her publicly 3 times. Not fast, not unclear, and she still reads it back to me wrong every time. Right numbers, wrong order. I don't have an accent. I finally just type it on my phone and hand it to her. Still says it's wrong and she says I'll have to pay out of pocket. At this point, I'm not confident she's done any part of this correct, I've been at the counter over 3 days spanning 45-60 minutes, I'm done. I honestly can't believe I didn't give up sooner. I've been polite and patient but at this point I ask if I can pick it up at another location. She says I can just go to any location and pick it up there. I don't even know if that's true, but I just left because I can't anymore. This wasn't the closest pharmacy to me, but I liked Walgreens. But what even was this?

We needed to rent a manual wheelchair for my brother in law who was coming from California for a…read morevisit. Laika was very pleasant and very easy to work with. We ended up deciding to have the wheelchair delivered to the hotel instead of picking it up ourselves. It arrived on time prior to the visit. It turned out that we had an issue with the wheelchair. Once I contacted Volusia Medical, Amin was very helpful and anxious to resolve our issue, offering to come to the hotel and pick it up. My husband and another brother took the chair back to the store and were able to exchange the wheelchair for one that was perfect for our needs. A couple of the Yelp reviews almost scared me away from using this company which has maintained a great reputation in this area for many years. I'm glad I ignored those reviews. We had a very positive experience with Volusia Medical Supply and would definitely use them again if the need arose. I should add that the rental price was very reasonable and without us requesting it, Amin even gave us a discount for our rental due to our issue.
