I always like going to Publix stores that I haven't been to before to see how different they are from the Publix I usually shop at or otherwise known as "my Publix". If you are in a state that has Publix stores then you probably have a "my Publix" as well! This Publix store was a bit smaller and older but they still carried all the necessities one needs and then some. The workers that I interacted with in the produce, deli and grocery depts were all helpful and kind. The store wasn't very busy which was nice and checkout was fast. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars was because 2 products I picked up were expired. They had some good items at their markdown and clearance table and a few good specials on wine. My husband's favorite beer was BOGO so that was a big plus also! read more

A quiet Publix out west on Sheridan Street. It's my favorite when there is a run on certain dry items. Some departments are not as good as more congested areas. The floral dept is not the best. I bought jasmine rice, eggs, frozen peas, and green onion to make chicken fried rice. read more

Ive been at this Publix in Southwest Ranches a few times and the customer service is excellent. The manager assisted me trying to find a cheese product which they no longer carry and had to goto another Publix tonight. Another manager helped me secure the last three cinnamon buns in the bakery. The aisles are very clean and inventory is stacked tightly on the shelves. All the other items on my list I found easily. They have a decent size florist section at the front. read more

Had to run and grab some things on my way to my parents and this Publix is the closest one too them. It's usually a very quiet Publix, never a lot of people in it. The staff is usually nice enough, and I've never had an issue with them when I need assistance. The deli can be hit or miss if you order a sub online, on several occasions they have messed up my order. Overall it is a clean store and pretty well stocked compared to the other stores in the area. read more

Cant go wrong with Publix especially night shopping or to grab a Florida Lotto ticket. The staff at this location are always friendly. The cashier at the customer service area are easy and quick when returning an item or buyung a Lotto ticket. The aisles are usually very clean and the items are faced. They have a large bakery and floral section. Plenty of parking available. read more

This is my favorite Publix!! Can I say that I live 3 minutes away from 3 publix stores and I adore this one. Why? They have everything. I don't know how they manage, but they do. They are (or seem) a little bit smaller than the coquina one (off Sheridan and dykes) but the store seems less crowded, more friendly (if that's possible) and the best one: this store supports the community. Yep that's right! They let the girls Scouts sell cookies, Boy Scouts sell their tickets, Santa is here for the homeless, and you can choose to be as engaged or detached as you wish! I always look for cookies so it's a great excuse. The managers always are helping at the local level that support is always much appreciated. So I choose this store when I have to purchase. I vote with my $$ and support this publix over the other 2 I have nearby. Hope you do too! read more

I got to almost every Publix in S FL as I travel often for business and pleasure. This is the worst Publix - it's big and newer however the attitude just experienced in the bakery was so disappointing. Beyond RUDE and shopping here is no pleasure. Worth the drive to Country Isles, Cooper City, Weston or Shenandoah. RUDE RUDE RUDE and I would love to share what happened with the manager. This is my go to Publix when I am anti-people. There seems to be about a million Publix stores around my house in Weston. The store is rarely crazy busy, the staff there is always friendly and the store is always clean. When the store is busy, It doesn't feel like it because the store layout is more open (or so it seems). Like many publix stores that removed the pharmacy...they remodeled and added the pharmacy back in. The parking lot is not as crazy as the Weston Publix stores. read more

There is an older gentleman-Franklin in the deli who is always eager to see usual customers and helpful to new ones! There is also a young high schooler who works as a bagger and sometimes in the Bakery. He is a friendly employee and even worked hard with his leg in a cast. Where shopping is not a pleasure. This has to be one of the worst Publix in the area. Employees have a huge attitude, from the older gentleman in the deli to the lady in the bakery and the cashier. They look and act depressed, unwilling to smile and provide helpful services. You can't say they are overworked caus the place is dead almost every time I go there. Stay away and go to the Coquina plaza or Weston ard options. read more

This is my happy place, 15 years and not one problem. Well stocked, fresh food , great customer service. And I like the way it is set up. I like to go to the bakery at the end. when I went thru all my aisles, so my baked stuff is on top of my cart, the fruits and fresh veggies are near the end of all the aisles also, they land up on top of the heavy stuff too. Its never crowded but the food moves. I also like that they moved the Pharmacy towards the front. This way I can pick up my med, throw it in my bag and not wait online with a cart full of stuff like previously. oh Best steaks everrrrrrrr. I luv this Publix read more

Stopped by real quick on Memorial Day for some cranberry juice cocktail as a chaser. I was delighted that they were open on a Holiday, upon entering you can tell they're up to something on the right but all good things. The isles are clearly marked, I located the juices but before I could find it an employee asked what I was looking for and brought it to me. Its the little things that count really. When I went to the check out there were a couple of lines building up so I decided to head to the customer service counter where they checked me out in less than a minute. Definitely one of my best shopping experiences, I was in and out in under 5 mins and thats including parking. Ive stopped by this location in the past as well and each time its a breeze. I always grocery shop here. It is very clean and the prices are always fair! Whenever I have any coupons, even if they are slightly out of date, they take them in anyway. This has been our family grocery store for many years and will most likely continue to shop here. My personal favorite is the Publix brand vanilla ice-cream. If you like ice-cream, give it a try! It's affordable and tastes better than most name brands! Ask the bakery for a sample chocolate cookie, you won't leave without a few dozen after you try one. read more

The deli at this Publix is absolutely horrible! The staff is unfriendly and they have no idea what a sense of urgency is. You shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes to have your wrap made, when there's no line!! They didn't have any spinach wraps so I had to get a wheat wrap. The lady then broke my wrap and it just so happened to be the last wheat wrap! I was forced to get a regular wrap (which I did not want) and it was horrible. I was told that the wraps were in the back frozen, instead of out and available for customers. They weren't even closing for another 4 hours! My wrap was poorly made and fell apart as I was eating it. This meal was a waste of calories and was unpleasant and unenjoyable. We also told the lady we wanted a combo, which she did not ring up. This is not the first time I've experienced this at this Publix! This has happened at least 3 or 4 times prior. The lady that helped us today, happened to help us last time we were there about 3 or 4 weeks ago. It was her first day then, and now, 3 or 4 weeks later, she hasn't improved whatsoever. Training is horrible and everybody has an "I don't care" attitude. I will not be going back to this deli!! read more
