I absolutely love this Trader Joe's location! I live right next door, so I usually walk over to grab anything and everything I need. I'll tell myself I'm only going in for three items... and somehow leave with twenty-three. But honestly, never a complaint! They're usually well-stocked with all of our favorite items, the store is always very clean, and the staff goes above and beyond; sweet and helpful, just like every Trader Joe's I've been to. The prices are great, which is always a reason to come back (that and all the fun specialty items you can't find anywhere else). On weekends, they often have samples, which I love. although it usually ends with me buying whatever I tried. Their wine selection is my go-to, especially during the holidays. And the flowers are always in full bloom and beautifully stocked; just make sure to come early for the best picks! read more

My kid absolutely adores Trader Joe's but I'm not hooked yet for a few reasons. I shop here maybe once every few months to check out new inventory of rare flavored potato chips and some of their beers but not a fan of organic foods at $1 or $2 more per item. The wife has me stop in for a few things that Publix does not carry but either way we still have to shop at Sams Club or my grocery bill would be enormous. At the Hydration Station the New Zealand gallon water jugs are a whopping $4.49 each which is a top tier pricing and not really sure why. Bought bananas that were mid-ripe and priced at only .24 cents each vs only a few cents more for organic bananas. The single avocados were fresh and hard to the touch and nicely priced although the same avocados in the 4-pack were mushy. The store was clean with several food stockers available for help if needed. The double thick paper bags with the carrying handles are superb and appreciated. One thing noticed here different than other grocery stores is the continual commitment to customer service and smiles everywhere. Maybe organic products cause this rare phenomenom? read more

Omg not sure how I haven't written a review yet for this location. Located at the end of the strip mall on the corner of Flamingo Road and Pines Blvd, this Trader Joe's is usually easy to get in and out of quickly if you park far enough back or off to the side. Staff is almost always restocking shelves and willing to help when you are looking for something. They do run out of hot selling items like most locations. Lines can sometimes be long but generally move well. Overall good location to run in and grab what you need. read more

Organic wonderland here with some good tasty finds but still need to goto Sam's. The eggs are high priced but the spinach salad and the milk were perfectly priced. It's hit or miss finding a good deal. They do have my favorite rice crackers here that are Trader Joe's exclusives, literally can't find them anywhere else. C.J. is an amazing store manager. He took the time to answer questions about ordering flowers in advance. He even helped me think through the process of how to keep them so that they won't wilt in this heat while going from one part of an event to the other. I like how this Trader Joe's always has staff that are friendly and knowledgeable. I was here on a weekly trip to pick up some wine and some flowers. I'm usually buying some of their frozen meals but not today. I'm including some pictures of ones that I really want to buy next time. It was nice to see staff stocking the produce in a good mood. I really enjoy shopping at TJ. There's always great fruits and veggies at good prices. Recently I've started buying the salmon, it's very good and at a great price. The service is exceptional. They're always stocking the store and I go down every isle and always find something new. The frozen foods are great and relatively low in sodium. And if you need flowers, this is the place. I forgot about this fantastic store because it is out of my usual route, nowadays... and yesterday, I was listening to this cool podcast about Trader Joe's and I wanted to go check it out: so I did. I purchased $90 worth of food. 3 huge bagfuls of assorted veggies, cheeses, wine even!, some delicious and different frozen foods and these croissants that you bake as you want and were delicious! All of that would've cost me over 200 at Publix, for sure! I am so happy I found my way back to Trader Joe's! Just don't crowd the aisles please as you all will be flocking to Trader Joe's after this fantastic review. Did you know they even had the caramel fudge thing that I " discovered " and loved on my last trip to England? It's sinful... and they got it! I also got spanakopita that was delicious and some condiments: let me tell you the prices of spices alone make a trip there worth it! And the nuts? I am a nut lover and the variety and pricing was amazing. Did I mention the cheeses were bountiful, varied and at affordable pricing levels? No need to wait for the bogo sales! Oh my. I am so annoyed from this place that I had to update my review. I came here yesterday because I was in the shopping center already. I never really make a special trip here. It is a random occurance. I like how they have their own branded products. I like seeing food and drink I cannot find elsewhere. I do love their potato latkes. They are frozen and are delicious when heated up. At least I hope I still like them because I am not happy with other food I bought from there yesterday. I tried several items new to me. Their orange chicken (frozen), watermelon juice (refrigerated), their Sardinian chips (well a fried snack, not chips but you get the idea) and root beer ice cream pops. I tasted the watermelon juice and only had a few sips. It barely had any flavor. About 8 hours after I got home, I had a root beer ice cream bar. This is vanilla ice cream and a root beer coating on the outside. I was concerned my freezer broke down or something because this frozen treat was practically falling off the stick. It was pretty melted. I checked my other frozen goodies and they were frozen solid. This root beer thing did not taste great. Today I made the orange chicken for dinner. The sauce was horrendous. I don't know what it tasted like. Extremely sour. The chicken on the inside looked like it was all filler. I did taste two pieces and threw the rest away. I tried. It reminded me of McDonald's quality nuggets which I think I last ate 30 years ago. And the topping on this hot mess was TJ's straight outta Italy snacks. These "pizza" flavored potato chip sort of snacks. "Sardinian". I have been to Italy a few times and I don't think anyone there could even stomach these. I bought two boxes of the potato latkes but am not going to have much hope for them at this point. If those are no good, TJ's is done for me. This location is on the corner of Pines Blvd & Flamingo Rd, in a plaza that can be a one stop shop, no matter what you need. This is a bit of a trek to go to but I love coming to this area because they have this Trader Joe's Kimchi Mart nearby, and also a ton of Publix's on the way back home for me if I ever forget anything. Everytime I visit, I always leave with at least one item I didn't know I needed! Like most Trader Joe's, their staff is super friendly and helpful. You know how Publix has the slogan, "Where Shopping is a Pleasure", well I vote that Trader Joe's has the slogan, "Where Shopping is ALWAYS AWESOME!!!" Because it is. Duh. If I'm being honest, I have a tendency to shop more at Publix on a regular basis because I like my brand name items and Boars Head deli meat. But because of the TJ's hype, I have started shopping at TJ's more during the past few years. They have affordable prices on literally EVERYTHING!!! And no joke, the TJ crew is always so friendly and helpful. I love coming to TJ's every single time. It really is ALWAYS AWESOME!!! I even follow social media accounts that share new TJ items to be on the lookout for. It's nuts, I know. But the Trader Joe's hype is real and it's pretty amazing. They have the staple items I always get. But I love taking my time and browsing for cool new items or the coveted seasonal items that fly off the shelves so quickly. Really nice and personable guy. So I chatted with these two the entire time while they rung up and bagged my stuff. I have no fear when I go to Trader Joe's. This location has ample parking, ample shopping carts and baskets stocked at the entrance and ample sanitizing wipes to clean said carts and baskets before using. All the employees are pleasant and helpful if you can't find something (they'll greet you to see if you need help all the time). Sadly, food and beverage sampling has been shut down with the start of the pandemic, but they showcase plenty of seasonal and new items at the ends of their aisles to make me want to buy everything. Trader Joe's keeps up with the food trends, so I know I can find canned jackfruit, veggie based snacks, heart of palm pasta, alternative grain and bean pasta and frozen meatless entrees and ingredients. Since I went vegetarian/vegan recently, I've been delighted by the variety and abundance of meatless and dairy free items that they offer. Their tofus are affordable and delicious, their Soy Chorizo is a great seasoning crumble for stir fry and omelettes, their dairy free cheese is actually pretty good, and their dairy alternative yogurts, like cashew, almond and coconut milk based, are again, affordable and delicious. They offer the ingredients to be culinarily curious and creative without making you empty your bank account. Shout out to the wine department also. There's always someone restocking and offering to help find something when I mill around the shelves. I've gotten nice recommendations for a cheap but solid red wine for myself, a still cheap option to impress someone and a tiny splurge for a really high quality. They've directed me to the Beaujolais Nouveau when I came in for it long after its release. I don't think I've ever gotten a wine from here that I didn't like. 3 Buck Chuck (Charles Shaw) doesn't count because those days of buying that are over for me. Trader Joe's is one of those places that if I walk in I am definitely not coming out empty-handed! The amount of items that they have that are seasonal or there year-round is absolutely jaw-dropping. They have many different things whether you need fruit, vegetables, a quick on-the-go lunch wrap or even Sushi basically anything you can think of they have here. A lot of their items are frozen but what is really cool about their products are unlike many others, there's do not have an insane amount of sodium in it. Their prices are insanely reasonable such as a bag of there to die for orange Mandarin Chicken for $5 and it has enough in it to serve 4 people. Anytime I'm there I need to get at least two bags because of how much I am craving it the next day. They are doing amazing in terms of limiting the store for Shoppers due to the ongoing pandemic and they are even wiping down carts with sanitizing spray before they give it to you. Traders Joe is a great grocery shop!! I've been coming to this location for a few years and it's great to see they are still providing great customer services during the pandemic. I went Saturday morning and waited no more than 10 minutes in line. They have tents outside and 6ft distance marks on the floor. They also are disinfecting each car, allowing only a limited number of customers inside and all employees and customers needs to wear their mask all time. Two days ago, I decided to get some groceries. There was no Brown Sugar on the shelf. When I went to check-out, I asked the cashier's when the next time they'll have brown sugar. Update: Just wanted to pop by to my old review to say this store has done a fantastic job during this covid situation. The shelves were fully stocked, line moved in a reasonable time and the employees were their usual peppy selves. Thank You! My only complaint is that I wish this location was bigger. They have a friendly staff and the store is always clean. Everything is labeled well with tags that also give you little 'tips' about the items. Prices here are always extremely reasonable. They have a lot of different dips, sauces and chips that you can't really find anywhere else. The selection is always seasonally changing as well. Stock up if you see something seasonal that you like! You can also ask the employees to sample an item you might be on the fence about. But don't worry since the return policy is fantastic with no questions asked. They also have a nice floral selection and even sell potted plants for last minute gifts. Trader Joe's has to be my favorite place to shop for grocery and it's rare that I've purchased something I don't like. My only gripe is that they discontinue so many amazing items. They offer lots of healthy foods, vegan mock meats and vegan cheeses and the staff has ALWAYS BEEN AMAZING!! Trader Joe's is my happy place. I like to go alone and leave my family home because I enjoy taking my time and exploring the aisles to see what I want to take home and try. Their prices are pretty good too and especially for produce. They have a seasonal granola (it has dried apples in it (yeah I know....didnt think I would like it either) it's really good with their yogurt. Some of my favorite items are their fried rices, the frozen pastas (garlic noodles!!), their stir fried garlicky cabbage, their chai tea latte mix, matcha, their shrimp scampi, their soy sauce, their cookie butter and speculoos cookies, their ABC cookies, their cinnamon graham crackers, their almond butter covered almonds, omg I could literally go on and on! I love their Almond Danish Kringle! Unfortunately they only have them a certain time of the year (October/November). They're so good that when I didn't find them at the Davie store, I went to the Pembroke Pines store where I lucked out. I think I may have gotten the last 2 of 3 that they had! They freeze well which is what I'm doing with the second one that I got so that I can enjoy it later. I have such a great time when I come to this Trader Joes. Depending on the time you visit it can be a little busy. Luckily though, the store is spaced out and organized in a way that nobody finds themselves on top of one another. The thing that stands out about Trader Joe's is not only do they offer affordable prices but they offer unique product selections, usually items you wouldn't necessarily find at your local Publix or Walmart. It makes food shopping so much more entertaining and less of a chore because every trip can be a surprise just on the products alone. The staff here are very welcoming and the cashiers are always super quick. It's quite possible to find yourself spending a good 30 minutes or so just roaming around. The store is bright, clean and well organized. Seems slightly smaller then the Davie location. Not always well stocked. On a few/separate occasions some items were not in stock. I am a huge fan of Trader Joe's. The food and goods sold are always fresh and has the best ingredients. There are many healthy options and the price is affordable. There are so many options from fresh fruits and vegetables, gourmet salads and cheese, grass fed beef, organic chicken, fish, pastas, seasonings, milk, eggs, different variety of breads, cakes and cookies. They also offer samples that showcase some of the items that they are selling. Everyday is a treat to what they are offering. Today I attended a wine and cheese tasting. It was great to try the different blends of wine and cheese. The staff is knowledgeable and always so friendly. The wines being offered came from all different parts of the country. The cheeses were amazing. My favorite cheese was the toscano, which had wine in it. So yummy. My favorite wine was Puerto de Plata from Spain. Prices were very reasonable. Finally a Trader Joe's with a big parking lot. I encountered all the usual TJ's staples, excellent produce, unmatched prices, and a friendly staff. This was my first visit to this TJ's and I'm glad that their service and value continues no matter which store I'm at. I was there around noon and it was packed, but it didn't feel that way. The Davie location of Trader Joes is my favorite location, even though the Pines location is closer to me. I never come here unless it's an emergency, like having something on the stove and missing an ingredient lol. But I haven't been to Trader Joes since they started this canary virus 60-minute line-wait, instead, I've been going to Nutrition Smart and Wholefoods. Today I drove by this location and to my surprise, there was no line, nothing at all. They had tents up for a line but no one was there. I turned my car around and ran inside lol. We went to Trader Joe's today to replenish our stock of food (mostly snacks!). Of course, we were hesitant to go out given the outbreak, but found relief in the excellent job the TJ staff did managing customers. Outside of the store, we were met by a friendly greeter who offered us waters to stay cool under the hot sun. The staff had also set up small tents to stand under for shade. Each customer's cart was thoroughly sanitized as well. COVID aside, we love TJ for their amazing selection of foods, all of which are free of artificial colors and ingredients. They also offer plenty of organic options. Most of the food is private label and branded with the TJ logo. However, don't be fooled, as their products are top quality. Each time we come, we notice how clean the store is, how friendly and helpful the staff are, and how often they add new items to keep the shopping experience fresh. Even before the outbreak, Trader Joe's was our favorite grocer.
