This location was under a bit of construction as there was a clear repaint happening in multiple areas. But that Publix service standard is still there and we found everything we were looking for without trouble even if it was in a different row than our normal Publix. I am not sure if customers have access to the floors. It also is on the darker side. I noticed Publix is building stores with a dark ceiling and different lighting now. Publix has created a pleasant shopping experience with a nice ambiance and fantastic customer service. Parking is a nightmare and the store just cannot keep up. It would seem there are other Publix in the area, but if you've sat in traffic on 27 or 17 you know that even if the next Publix is only 5-6 miles away it is easily a 20+ minute drive to the next one. Seriously, Reunion, Champions Gate, Bella Citta, or Haines City are all going to take you 20 min or more. This is why this one is just so overwhelmed and not a pleasure to shop at anymore.
