Limited Edition Ice Cream. EXCELLENT. Beginning in FEBRUARY 2024 the local Supermarket chain PUBLIX released 8 Limited Edition Ice Cream flavors. Available flavors included: - Bananas Foster - Black Swamp Raspberry Cheesecake - Irish Crème Salted Caramel - New Orleans Caramel Praline - Peanut Butter Pie - Strawberry Shortcake - Vanilla Shortbread Cookie Much to my surprise the Limited Edition Ice Cream flavors were available in Half Gallon containers instead of Quart sized cartons. RECOMMEND.

This supermarket has improved a bit. My last review I only gave it two stars (12/20) because I went there for Hanukah candles and they didn't have any. This time I went here for Yahrzeit candles (to memorialize those that have passed - you light it before Yom Kippur -the holiest day of the year for the Jewish religion) and they had a lot (the other Publix on Hidden Valley in Boca didn't have any). I spoke to the Mgr (Alex) when I checked out to thank him and he said he had seen a lot of people buy them. They had a nice hefty section of items needed for the holiday which was a nice change. So I thank you for that! The store has all of the other items that a Publix would have-meats, ice, flowers, chicken (though not a huge selection) and more. TY

The management at Publix needs a total overhaul. The deli department at this location has 1 person working the sandwich and hot food counter at NOON ON A MONDAY. I WAITED 10 minutes while the associate made a sandwich so slow it was almost in reverse. Then she literally walked away for 3-4 min, came back and looked at the lady behind me and said "can I help you?" I could only walked away. You get what you pay for. TERRIBLE.

Chicken Tender Sandwich (Whole/$8.89)- 3/5 stars

3 stars for the sandwich, but rounding down for the super slow service (I know this is a grocery store, but taking 25 minutes to make 2 sandwiches is still ridiculous). There are giant sandwiches to be found here, but the service was sooooooooooooooooooo slow. We came by around 8pm on a Thursday night, and there was one person in line in front of us. For some reason, it took about 15 minutes to make her ONE sandwich. The guy working there moved so slowly, it was painful to watch. For the sandwiches, you can choose from 3 different breads (white, wheat, multi-grain), and from a bunch of different combinations, or make a custom sandwich. After choosing the protein, you can then customize your vegetables and condiments- similar to Subway, but with slightly less choices. When it was finally our turn, we ordered the Chicken Tender Sandwich (Whole/$8.89, https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=ZhH8a0n5vv5QajCCF5temw&userid=76vIFZcC7owykCBjMfGVXg), which was gigantic for price. They chopped up 4 large chicken tenders to put in the sandwich, and the chicken tenders were nice and crispy on the outside. However, I didn't like the white bread, which had a slight sourdough taste to it. Since we had to stop by another store before eating the sandwich, it was at least an hour before we ate the sandwich, and I probably would've had a better experience had I eaten it right away. Based on this experience, I would still come back and try out their other sandwiches, but just plan on eating it sooner rather than later. Parking for this Publix was really easy since they have a giant lot.

The best chain supermarket in Florida. The stores are always clean and neat. Well stocked with the most popular products. This is an older store that has been remodeled.

The best place to shop for groceries and not expensive..at least not as much as in some other places. I have been to many a market and it is really clean here and they have everything. What's not to like?

Publix new and upgraded look. New colors. New signs.

Under renovations but no explanation. I guess they are freaking out like all the chains because Trader Joe is coming to town. sidebar: Reminds me of the Santa Claus song but I digress. This is my neighborhood Publix. I come here often to pick up just a few items since I live close by. I like the new policy of everyone saying hi to me although in the beginning it was a little off putting to say the least. I can't say that they have the best selection of anything but they are Publix. I am not a big fan of their competitor. What continues to bring me to this Publix is the convenience and knowing the layout of the place. They better get their renovations in order though because the place is looking kinda dumpy. I wish they would put laminate flooring down. It would look awesome. I know its not practical but hey, its my dream. They need to work on their produce section too. Green lemons? Seriously? There is a Redbox there too so I can get my movies on the run. I don't use the ATM outside anymore. I get my extra cash from the cashiers.

See price for planters!! Sign was different. See next picture.

BTW, they also carry Duci Gelato if you can't make it to their place on Congress. The store itself isn't all that big but they do pack a lot of unique produce items, some hard to find. The produce is super fresh and some of the pricing is cheaper than big box supermarkets, while others are more pricey. In the end it evens out but you get local farm fresh produce and that's a win win. By the way, the lemonade blueberries were a pleasant surprise. I thought they would be on the tart side but they were refreshingly sweet. Happy I stopped in and will definitely come back!

We come here for the staples--organic air-chilled chicken, fresh fish, crisp produce--and somehow always leave with a "surprise guest" for the closet. The staff? Absolute gems. They're cheerful, knowledgeable, and have that rare quality of looking like they actually enjoy being at work. It's contagious. My toddler's highlight, of course, is strutting up to the Customer Care counter for their free fruit basket pick--because nothing says "power shopper" like chomping on an apple in aisle three. And let's talk temptations: the toy aisle is a siren song for little ones (and sometimes for me, if I'm honest). But hey, I'll take toys over candy any day. That said, the chocolate aisle is worth a slow stroll--hidden treasures, fun imports, and vegan chocolates that can hold their own against any fancy boutique bar. Ambience-wise, Whole Foods is clean, bright, and just the right amount of busy. Once you've mapped out the aisles, it's a quick in-and-out mission. Yes, prices can be steeper, so we play the "what's worth it here vs. what's better at the co-op" game--but the experience here keeps us loyal. Bottom line: Whole Foods makes grocery shopping feel less like a chore and more like a weekly foodie adventure!

Walked in today (and pretty much every other time I've bothered going) and it's the same story: ZERO help anywhere in the store. Every single regular checkout lane is permanently closed, forcing you into the self-checkout gauntlet where half the scanners don't work properly anyway. Need help with an item that won't scan? Good luck--there is literally no one around who cares enough to assist. The employees (what few are actually on the floor) just cluster up front like they're on permanent break, staring at their phones or chatting, completely ignoring customers waving produce or asking basic questions. It's like they all collectively decided "this isn't my job" the second they clocked in. The shelves? A joke. Always, always out of the most basic organic items--organic chicken breasts, thighs, you name it. Half the time the cooler looks like it was raided days ago and never restocked. And don't get me started on the produce. They slap the "organic" label on it, charge a premium, and then give you limp, bruised, half-rotten fruits and vegetables that look like they were picked last month. I've thrown away more moldy berries, and slimy greens from this store than I care to count. For "farmers market" prices, you'd expect at least decent quality. Nope. Management? What management? I've never once seen a manager on the floor, addressing the chaos, restocking, or even pretending to care that customers are walking out empty-handed and furious. The whole operation feels abandoned. I'm done. There's a Whole Foods literally down the street that actually staffs the place, has cashiers when you need them, consistently stocks what they advertise, and sells produce that doesn't make you question your life choices. I'll happily pay a few extra dollars for competence and basic customer service. Avoid this Sprouts location like the plague. One star is generous--should be zero.
