The first visit was where noticed a problem, there was one person in front of us and it took 14 minutes to get through the checkout because the one cashier struggled to figure out the POS. Today, we were called into three different lines only to be shuffled back to the original line after two different cashiers struggled to get the system working. I want to believe there's a problem with the system however, the process in place to train cashiers seems to have some real issues with effectiveness. We'll be taking a break for a while to see if they can't get this issue resolved as it's very frustrating.

Staff seemed friendly although felt rushed through the checkout even though they weren't busy. Currently this store is undergoing extensive renovations and everything inside is jumbled up and difficult to navigate, with rows moved closer together to accommodate the screened off construction. I needed to grab a couple of simple kids clothing items in the past month, and both times, finding items was disorganized and stressful. Adult clothing was mixed in with the kids clothing, and there was little to no signage indicating where anything might be. Until the renovations are finished, I would avoid any extensive shopping trips here!
