This is a large Publix in a very busy shopping center. The parking lot is chaotic because the rows are more narrow than usual. I encourage patrons to definitely use caution when pulling in and out of this lot. read more

I love my Jupiter Farms Publix. I am elderly, and grocery shopping is my major source of socializing. There are absolutely zero unhappy people who work there. They are amazingly friendly and I cherish the dozen or so people I know by name (and they know mine). The pharmacy staff is second to none. I love the music they play and it has me singing and whistling my way to the car after shopping. The deli makes tasty, quick food, always with a smile. The cashiers, the baggers, the management, the produce staff, the stockers, the cart retrievers...they are the best. I have been to other Publix stores in Jupiter and they are not the same. Jupiter Farms Publix is a family that I am grateful to be a part of. read more

The overall store is nice, clean, and the staff is courteous, but the Pharmacy Technicians are not good. One technician has made multiple errors with my prescription, and became very rude and combative, and even lied , trying to cover up the errors, by not reading the prescription properly. As a Health Care Professional for over 34 years, I have lost confidence in this Pharmacy, and have transferred my prescriptions elsewhere. read more

Do they purposely train the baggers to put all the most heavy items in one bag? Sometimes I have to re-bag my items.

This is now my home Publix. It is a little smaller than most and also has its parking opportunities, but the staff is great. If there is a product you like they don't have, but you want it, they will special order it for you. The General Manager became a friend of the family that way. He is always going the extra mile. If Publix reads this, he should train other general managers on how to create life long customers with the little things. read more

This is not a JOKE Publix Bakery store number 638 in Jupiter Farms Fl. 33478 they ruined my sons high school graduation celebration. I am so upset at the mess the failure of this cake I ordered, looks NOTHING like it was pictured in the Publix bakery book. Please see pictures posted of this in a photo grid I posted, the top left of the photgrid is what I ordered, rest of pictures are of what actually was made by Publix Bakery at Jupiter Farms Store Number 638 it looks nothing like what I ordered. They call them cake decorators REALLY this looks like it was done by a child... who probably could of done a better job only difference in the original cake I changed the colors from what was red to be hunter green and black dots to be in deep yellow or gold as for my son's school colors. I was running late and had a friend pick up the cake to bring to the venue where we were having the graduation celebration. First I ordered 32 cupcakes with a 8" cake, I was called at 11a that morning this past Saturday the 21st of May and was informed telling me "were sorry but we ran out of cupcake holders and they only had 18", heck when I saw this at the venue I was pissed to say the least. I called the store but all the decorates were already gone it was Saturday at 5p. I had no choice but to serve this unsightly mess... I was so embarrassed it ruined the evening, I didn't even have enough to serve all my guests. The following day I went this store 638 and I was met by the bakery assistant manager he had already heard about my call from the day before he was very sorry and when he saw the pictures he was embarrassed of what he saw. He said lets go to the front and speak to our general store manager to see what we can do for you, The general Store Manager is fairly new and his name is Russell Miller. This man is a complete and pompous ass this Store Manager I'm sorry he rolled his eyes at me .. Oh yes he did... it seemed to be a bother to him to speak to me, then after I made him look at the actual pictures of what his store cake decorator made, he said he didn't see any problem.. really I said look at these pictures again... .. and he replied again " look there nothing more I can do for you, its already done and over and I'm giving you a full refund what more do you want?" Oh I was seeing red now... he never once apologized for the mess I received never saying I'm sorry. I said to him this ruined son's celebration...this has NO REDO... this may upset most of you... if you were in my position... he had the nerve to then sigh and say again... look your getting a full refund and then he just walked away... I was pissed beyond pissed. I have heard bad unkind things about this specific store manager Russell Miller but until I actually had to deal with him about something I personally had a MAJOR issue with, I didn't believe it... he is NOT what Publix's stand for. I will NEVER shop this location again till he is gone and its very sad as many others in my community feel the same way about this specific manager...HE NEEDS TO GO... to a different location, and this is my neighborhood location I will go out of my way to shop other stores even competitors now. I refuse to spend my money at a store where customer service by the actual store manager RUSSELL MILLER at store 638 discarded me and my complaints like they were nothing.
