Publix has a BOGO on a beer but only one in stock. Store Manager wrote on the receipt one free six pack with the caveat that I had 30 days to return. Went to Publix a week later with my receipt. Cashier says no, go to Customer Service and walks off. Returns with an overweight, angry woman that refused to identify herself except to tell me I now had to buy two six packs to get one free. I ASKED WHY BUY-ON-GET-ONE MEANT I HAD TO BUY 3 and now she was really angry. "That's the way it is." I refused to argue, threw the receipt in the trash and left. Only time to buy the OVERPRICED LIQUOR at Publix is on sale. read more

Tasty, tender, and flavorful chicken tenders. The breading/crust is excellent. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and pleasant. I don't care for the medical clinic hogging the parking lot but it doesn't obstruct access to Publix. When available I highly recommend the onion rings. They're some of the best in Bellevue. read more

I mean, it's Publix...best subs in the game! But, in addition to those delicious PubSubs, this location has the goods and BOGO's that I do love to see! This Publix is located on Highway 70 and sits alongside the One Bellevue shopping plaza. For a Publix, it does have an odd and dated look from the exterior to parts of the interior. They keep the store clean and well stocked, but it could use some love and updates. I pop by this Publix for the random PubSub, full blown grocery shopping or just to wander the aisles in search of BOGO's for items that I don't need. Per usual the staff is always stellar from the deli to the stockers to the cashiers. Never an issue, always a smile. Overall, solid Publix in a great location! read more

This Publix is now my go-to for groceries in a calm, friendly environment. I do have this working theory that they have their best staff on weekday evenings and during the busiest hours of the weekend, but I haven't really had any negative experiences with any of the wonderful staff here. Publix is one of those rare places where, instead of barreling through you to re-stock supplies, workers will often stop what they're doing and ask, "Can I help you with anything? Are you doing alright?" The bakery and ready-made food sections are always such gems. I've now stocked two separate gatherings with the fruit tarts made here, and they have just been divine without the chaos of crowds in other comparable stores. You'll have to wait a bit during weekend prime-time for a Publix sandwich, but it's well known that their subs are quite good; so good in fact that they sometimes sell out of certain fillings (i.e. meatballs). The shelves here are always organized, and the carts are just wide enough, meaning you won't have to have awkward conversations with other shoppers to negotiate aisle space. My one critique is one solely linked to some of the pricing. With the pandemic especially : their rapid test selection is limited and expensive. Most other stores, you can get the standard two set for around $10. Publix sells packs of one for around the same price. Their cheese aisle is also fairly disappointing in terms of price per ounce near the fresh foods. While their generic brands are reasonable, this is not the place to stock up for charcuterie. Publix has become the leading name in the supermarket field here in the southeast. Once you experience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities that Publix opens a location in are very grateful for a Publix opening by them. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location and I give it five stars. read more

I love Publix in general, but this location (lucky for me) by my place is the best. They are simply so great! Their selection of produce is tops. Fresh and always ripe for taking home. They even have some unique produce you don't see in other mainstream grocery stores. They have a great sushi bar and meat counter. But their seafood counter is my favorite. Not only do they have a fantastic selection, but the gentleman who generally works it (sorry I didn't get a name), is freaking awesome. Case in point: I was in a few days ago for a lone piece of salmon. He was kind and funny and quick with my order. Fast forward to today. I was not even at the seafood counter, and he spots me. Remembers me and asks how the salmon was. He must see hundreds of customers a day, that really stuck with me. I'll of course be back as it's my go to grocery store, but just wanted to leave them some virtual kudos as they so deserve it. Keep rocking it out, Publix! read more

Their deli is the main reason for the poor review. Consistently poor customer service, make you feel like a burden ordering a sandwich, last 3 on-line orders have not been correct/missing ingredients with no warning. Wings are never in stock and staff could care less if they don't have the items you are looking for. Fine to shop but don't expect the deli to care one bit about you order or alternatives if out of items. read more

Another win for Publix! This might be the friendliest and most customer service savvy Publix (or grocery store all together) that I've ever been in. Managers are visibly on the floor either helping customers or supervising and motivating staff. Team members are actively engaged in work or helping customers. They actually offer to help you here and don't always wait for you to ask. It's great! Rarely is there ever a long line at any checkout. It happens, but it's rare. They're well staffed from this customer's perspective and don't seem to be suffering from "The Great Resignation". I could be wrong, but I can't tell if they're understaffed. My only suggestion, and I'm not sure that Publix can do anything about it, would be to have more trees throughout the parking lot. During the warmer months, it's nice to have shade spots to park in. This review is not about Publix as such but their delivery partner, Instacart, which is abominable. The most recent delivery we have had gotten many things wrong with the order, only one of which may be attributed to a miscommunication. What we might seem a miscommunication was a substitution of brand we specifically disapproved. Perhaps Charles, our shopper, got his wires a little crossed. It happens. Other problems with the order are not so easy to overlook, however. When one asks for cream soda to be delivered and the delivery includes root beer instead, that's not a miscommunication. That's inattention. When a bag of shortcakes arrive crushed because said root beer was placed on top of them, that's careless and lackadaisical. And when the order includes bread that we did not order and which obviously belonged to another person, the term for that is IDGAFism. And all in one order. Not good, Charles. As if that wasn't bad enough, calling the customer service number to correct the error took another hour, while someone from halfway across the world tried to address the issue from a computer screen and demands for documentary picture evidence of each item (it took said person a bit of time to understand that root beer was not in fact beer at all). Although we were refunded for the wrong or the damaged items, along with the tax, we still have to go back to get the correct items. With the time spent on the phone, we have spent far longer than we would have had we just gone out for the items ourselves. The company refused to refund either the service charge or the tip. Did I mention that our shopper was named Charles? This so-called service is not free and the whole point of using it is either to save time or to handle the challenge of being home bound. I sympathize with those who are truly stuck at home. For those who are homebound, I recommend they use Kroger, which has its own delivery service and can be trusted to pack the bags with some degree of care and responsibility Publix will claim that Instacart is a totally separate service, unaffiliated with the store. However, if you look online, you will find Publix advertises the option for delivery and encourages customers to use the service. In fact, this is the only option for delivery. They bear responsibility for the mistakes of that service and deserve the hit they get from a bad review. As for Charles, I can only hope that he quickly gets the help he needs. read more

Live in Brentwood however I travel back to Bellevue to shop because of the people. Today I waited a long period of time and noticed EVIE C.....standing in the express lane. I had a smaller hand held basket and walked over. She proceeded to count my items and claimed I had over 10. The lady behind me said no let her stay I am in no hurry. She was rude and mumbled under her breath the entire time and said I would need to bag my own groceries......which I did. Employees may be hard to find but customers can shop anywhere......evie c claimed she was a registered nurse....glad I don't need medical attention. read more

The service is very slow at the Bellevue Publix. There is no one to help you if you need it. I shop at three different grocery stores because of the slow service. Aldi has the best deal on veggies. The customer service is not that great. No one really cares. read more

I normally like this Publix. However, they are not enforcing the mask mandate issued by Davidson county. They have signs that state masks are required by all customers, but they do not adhere to it, or ask anyone to leave if they are not wearing a mask. They have a responsibility and the power to ask customers to abide by the policy, or shop somewhere else. When approached, management stated they don't want to upset or lose customers, but they don't seem to mind that law abiding citizens are upset about this. They have lost my business. read more

I go to this grocery store every week. It is consistently clean, well organized, and has great customer service. They have a decent selection, and I especially enjoy their weekly Buy One Get One Free (BOGO) deals. It was a revelation when I realized you can buy one item for half price! The staff is usually friendly and quick to show you where stuff is. When I've made returns or price adjustments, they've been agreeable. Be sure and check your receipt to make sure you didn't get charged full price for something that was supposed to be on sale! I buy several of the "Publix" brand products with usually good results. I steer clear of the paper towels (too thin) and sliced bread (dry). I try to hit them up on Wednesdays when they offer their Penny item. If you spend at least $10, you can buy the item for a penny! It changes weekly and has been stuff like toilet paper, crackers, cookies, and frozen pizza. If you have a kiddo, be sure and park close to the cart collector racks. Otherwise, you're in for a hike. They offer free help unloading your groceries but I feel awkward accepting it. read more

They are just so nice here. It makes grocery shopping such a more pleasant task. The store is always clean and the produce is always fresh (which is more than I can say for certain other grocery stores nearby). The deli sandwiches are so good (not unique to this Publix, but that doesn't make it any less true). My only complaint is that I sometimes don't really "get" the layout of the store or why they put certain products where they do (mostly having to do with gluten free and/or organic items). This store is a little bit older, but it is just as clean, organized and well stocked as the other stores I have been to. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Agree with the rater who said Publix has a serious lack of variety. For instance (don't judge): canned chili. I had a craving. There are TWO available brands (which btw I almost never located in the store). They don't even have a spot for a couple of other common items I purchase regularly. Also some common items are rarely really on sale. For instance diet coke, and/or flavored seltzer (e.g. Lacroix) unless you buy a lifetime supply and get one free, if you're lucky. I really want to like the store. It's closest to my house and you're not as likely to get run over in the parking lot like at Kroger or cut like at walmart but I typically end up having to go to one of those to get the "rest" of my items anyway, plus paying 20% more for the publix privilege. Having said this Publix meats are fine, the bakery is good and the produce is great. And they do take out your groceries, but still being of (relatively) sound mind and body I personally had rather them drop their prices. read more

I've been going to this Publix since 2004 and love it! The buy-one-get-one-free specials are great, and that bakery puts out some delicious cakes and breads. My favorite part of Publix though is how friendly and polite the staff has always been. They remember my face, always thank me as I leave, and call me "sir". This really sets them apart from other grocery stores, in my book. I find myself stopping in Publix, frequently, during any week. read more

The employee (I didn't get his name) promptly said I'll make you some very cheerfully, asked what kind of ground beef i wanted and how many.
