Publix is my hometown grocery store so when we needed to grab a few items for the RV while in the area this was a no brainer, not only was this a beautiful and clean store it was familiar, not that I've been in this particular location before but Publix Stores are laid out similarly for the most part no matter which one you visit. Publix is a little more high end than some of it competitors but if you plan ahead there are some great deals especially if you take advantage of their BOGO deals. Wednesday loves their Boar's Head Tavern Ham so that was our first stop after entering the store. The staff in the deli was very friendly and cut the portions perfectly thin just a bit thicker than shaved ham which was perfect we always purchase this in small amounts so it's always fresh other wise our cat will turn up her nose and walk away (yeah she's spoiled but deserving). We found everything we were looking for and was in and out of here in a few minutes, another great experience and it didn't break the bank. Publix started increasing their prices during Covid and have never slowed down. Their prices are constantly the highest in our area by far, and their advertising is slanted to make it look like things are on sale when they bring down the price to match other stores. They were one of the first to change buy one, get one off to buy three, get one off. I rarely buy there anymore, even when it's less than a half mile from us. read more

Publix is a franchise grocery store found in the southern regions of United States and this location happens to be in Panama City beach Florida. My family was staying on vacation and our condo was nearby this location. While we don't have Publix in Lousiville (not yet rumors they are building one) we've always had good experience at these locations. This location was no different. Good pricing and deals, stocked and maintained well and easy to find the products needed. Overall worked great and help us fill our condo refrigerator with essentials tot get us through the week. read more

We ordered subs online at 5:05 pm to be ready at 6:30 and did not receive them until 6:40 pm. Over 90 minutes for 3 sub sandwiches that we ordered ahead. And not even a sorry or refund. I will never be back. read more

After eating out so much we decided to cook our own feast so we stopped here to do some grocery shopping. Oh my how I loved this store especially the meat department. So after picking out out steaks the butcher asked if we needed any help. I asked him if they had any blackened seasoning that he would sell. He hooked me up with the best blackening seasoning I've had. We also bought a disposable grill and bought shrimp earlier that day from a local guy on the road. It was by far the best meal we had. I wish we had this store and the service I got here in Arkansas. Definitely will be back. read more

You lost a regular shopper today. Admittantly, I had 12 items in the 10 or less isle, I miscounted. The cashier was staring me down the entire time which made it awkward. Then she said basically sir, can you read... I apologized, yet she kept going. It was so bad I packed up my cart to go to another isle, but she just wouldn't stop. Left the cart and walked out. It's a tad off the best Publix we've seen because of the vegetables but all in all it's a very good location.

This Publix is clean & less busy that the local Walmart. We went to buy groceries for vacation here. They were missing a few things though. They had no plain biscuits at all. read more

Very disappointing for a Publix. I couldn't believe how many things on my list weren't available. They seemed to carry a lot of the larger sizes of products and very few of the smaller sizes. This store is clean, most of the staff is very friendly and helpful! They have a large organic section of fresh produce & had everything we were looking for. Prices are reasonable. They also have vegan options ( coffee creamer, ice cream, even Mac and cheese) and they carry Ghee for those who can't have butter. I liked that I could find virtually everything I needed in an organic option, gluten free option and they had plenty of small and large bags of frozen fruit. We arrived in Panama City Beach and needed groceries before checking into the condo. Publix was great - they had very good deals for a touristy area. Decent selection, but not as big as some stores I'm used to. But, I REALLY appreciate getting the deals without having to get a savings card. We don't have Publix back home, so a card doesn't do me much good, nor do I want to sit around and fill one out for a week of intermittent shopping. Much fresher produce and deli than Walmart. Good selection of not only the basics but some speciality/higher end products as well. Lots of organics! The deli carries Boars Head. This bakery is shaaaaaa-mazing. Like any decent beach town grocery store, there's an entire aisle (plus more) of beach supplies. Prices seem reasonable as well. I normally love Publix. (Not this location) Waited at the deli as several workers walked by without a glance. Finally, I just grabbed the last box of chicken and the bottom started to fall out. (No worries). Got to the register and the clerk and bag guy decided to fix the box after I said just stick it in a bag twice. They both managed to touch the chicken (during a pandemic). After the chicken had been touched twice, the box didn't have a bar code so they called another worker to go to the deli (with the chicken) to get a bar code. (You can't make all this up!! ) I finally walked back to the deli to check on the worker because it had been another 5 minutes and she was just standing there waiting for help. (I felt her pain). I proceeded to pay 88 dollars for groceries and still had no dinner. Come on Publix! You are better than that! My first complaint ever on any business, store, or person. read more

Starting earlier this year, whatever fruits and vegetables I buy at Thomas Dr Publix goes bad and spoils within 3 days. Never happened at the Breakfast Point or 23d St Publix.
