Of course nothing is for nothing so there are a few wonky things that you'll get used to pretty quick. 1) You'll need to rent a cart for a quarter but you get it back when you're done and bring your own bags that you'll use to bag your groceries. The things that are on sale can never be found; there are signs for things that aren't there, etc. Most recently when I visited specifically to order a cake, the two women working the bakery could not have been less helpful. They could not be bothered to stop what they were doing to answer any questions about a custom cake. They were not interested in even trying to deliver any level of customer service. They didn't even have any idea of the size of the ready-made cakes...(6 in? 8 in?...they had no idea). When this Publix first opened it was better but it's gone downhill.
