Ordered take out. Everything was delicious!! A little pricey but when food is good I don't mind paying a little more. Great Mexican pizza and the yucca and sauces was very yummy. Pleasant staff, clean interior and exterior. We ordered enchilada platters and were pleased with the portion and quality of the food. The chicken inside the enchiladas was flavored and moist, the veggie enchilada had a variety of vegetables (peppers onions and zucchini) and the beef was seasoned well. This is my first time the chips and salsa are okay, i order the calamari is not bad and my maine diner was the fish tacos none of the flavor of the tacos combine,the rice not flavor the refried beans had good flavor. Your restaurant is nice but you need to add some passion to your food. read more

Decent restaurant. I went here for lunch and I thought it was okay. I went at 2:00 at there were about 10 people dining in. The food was good but it took a long time for it to come out. It shouldn't take a while because of the amount of people in there. Our waiter was very nice but he was very slow. But, I would give this place another try. read more

We were in the area and ended up going to Pueblos since other restaurants nearby had a thirty minute wait. Since Pueblos is relatively new and we hadn't been there, we decided to check it out. Our service was excellent. I noticed our server had major patience when dealing with a customer at another table who was making a lot of substitutions too. As far as the food goes, it was good but nothing was super special. We ordered the fish tacos and the tacos tejanos. The cilantro crema that came with the fish tacos was really good. The only thing that we had that wasn't great was the queso with the chorizo. It was pretty overpriced and the chorizo in it was overcooked and was tough to break apart with the chips. Pueblos also offers outdoor seating and the tables are distanced appropriately. Most of the tables are also under an awning and offer ample shade. read more

I wish I could rate the food, but our food never showed up. After waiting over 35 minutes after ordering our food, we finally gave up at asked for our check. We ordered three simple dishes. They were not full, but were handling quite a few pick up orders. When we asked for our check, we finally had a manager come over and offer to get us our food in short order. The reason she gave us for the delay of our food was unacceptable. We opted to leave instead. The servers were nice and attentive, but it doesn't make up for not serving us the food we ordered. We ended up spending close to an hour pre ordering and post ordering, and left without having received food. Very disappointing. read more

We've been waiting for this place to open for months! Very excited to try it today, we dined inside and had lunch for two (with margaritas) for around $100. Our waitress was great, super attentive. I'd hope anyone who is in this area tries Pueblo's! The chips were good but super greasy, salsa was really good too, queso was good and we were super excited that they had queso Blanco. I ordered the chicken chimichangas which came with rice and refried beans. The chimichanga was my first and I thought it was good, the chicken just needed some salt or more flavor. The side guac was fresh and good, better than most. The rice was fine, the refried beans tasted like unsalted unflavored beans mashed up. My husband got the steak and shrimp fajitas, there was no seasoning or salt on anything, his rice and beans were okay but again no seasoning or salt on the beans. Overall everything needed more seasoning and absolutely salt. We frequent Guapos in Fair Lakes, I'd suggest the owner/chef go there and try everything for flavor profiles. We'd love to have an alternate to Guapos as we go to this shopping center often. My husband is an executive chef and I just love being a foodie and trying new places so take this with a grain of salt if you must! My favorite restaurant to go to for so many reasons. The food and drinks are excellent quality and decently priced, but my favorite part is being on a first name basis with the owners and their family. (As you can tell, I've become a regular) They always greet you with a genuine smile and show they really care about you and your experience there. I started as just being a random customer, and now I consider these people friends! I highly recommend this place. My favorite food options are the quesadillas, chorizo con queso, and their homemade salsa! My favorite drink on the menu is the peach margarita, yum!! read more

We had a GREAT dining experience here. We ordered the Tres Amigos fajitas and the steak and shrimp was delicious. It also came with chicken, which to its credit was also good- it's just that the steak and shrimp were extra good! We also had our 3 year old and got him the kid's beef quesadilla with fries and he loved it. Our server was friendly and made sure we were covered. We were impressed and would definitely come back. I'm grateful that LazyDog was full because honestly we only went there by default. Next time- I'm getting the fajitas with just steak or shrimp-- totally worth it! read more

We were able to make reservations day of. Seated right away. Outdoor patio was nice, nice live music at the restaurant across the way. The food & presentation was great. Loved every bite!! Can't day the same for the service...Our waiter was MIA half the time. Drinks took forever, appetizer was forgotten about, no drink menu. We waited about an hour for our food. I'm so glad I decided to give this place a try. Service is very nice and attentive. All wearing masks and following COVID procedures as well. Food is FRESH and cocktails are nice and strong. We had the Carmarones Aji as an appetizer and shrimp was cooked perfectly! Overcooked shrimp is the worst! Lomo Soltado is flavorful. The Mexican burrito was pretty good. We had it with chicken, which was super tender. The guac that's served on the side is nice and chunky.. again, super fresh! They really know how to prepare food here! Highly recommend!! read more

Pretty bummed. I was so looking forward to this restaurant as they are family owned and I love Tex Mexican. The tortillas weren't handmade I'm pretty sure and the fajitas had no flavor. So sad that this place was not very good. I don't think I'll try again as it was also pretty pricey for the serving size and lack of flavor. we got here around 6 in the night (of corse we did) and we got off to a great start. my sister ALWAYS annoys us when we go to restaurants, so we gave her my moms phone and then we could sit in peace. i think i ordered the burrito kit thingy where they deliver rice and beans and the tortillas to your table so that you can make the burrito yourself. my mom and sister had the same thing. we honestly were going to the crumbl cookies a few blocks down, but we stopped by because i am a mexican food lover in and out. service was great, food was out of this world, and the design was breathtaking. i love this place! read more

Had dinner here with my wife. Very friendly staff and servers. They also have plenty of outdoor seating. Fresh made chips and salsa to start the meal. Both were delicious. We split the fajita chicken and steak dinner for our meal. Delicious fajitas cooked with crisp and tasty peppers and onions. Come with refried beans and rice. Probably not going back. I think it was a bit pricey for what we got; $7 for a Modelo beer and $15 for a Taco plate. Could have been 1 or 2 $ cheaper. And they charged me extra for sub charro beans in place of refried beans. But, my biggest complaint is the food: it was totally bland. No real flavor or spice. I have eaten here only once or twice and food was okay. I think I had enchiladas. But this time I chose to order a taco salad for pickup, I requested the chicken. And I also chose the black beans. It had probably a teaspoon of guacamole and they didn't drain the black beans and added to very bottom so it made tortilla shell soggy. Not many toppings. But the worse part was the soggy shredded chicken, All of this made whatever little lettuce very soggy. I expected grilled chicken strips. When I phoned and talked to manager, his response was, I should've looked at the description. In ordering online you only got to choose chicken or beef so the only response I got was thank you for letting us now. To me that's poor customer service. The closest thing you'll get to good Mexican food in Chantilly. Yes, I know it's Tex-Mex, not authentic Mexican, but compared to the other options nearby, which claim to be authentic Mexican, this place is far above in their flavor and portions. The Carne asada is delicious and flavorful, their tacos are great especially the pork. My only complaint is the drinks are not large enough! :) P. S. They are knowledgeable about gluten free options and I've had no issues with their food and I have an allergy. So that makes it even better! read more

The reason I'm rating low is that they charge for a refill of chips and salsa. $3 for a refill of salsa that was 3/4 full to begin with and we had to add salt to for flavor. This is the worst Mexican restaurant I have ever eaten at. If I could give zero stars....I would but yelp wouldn't allow me too. The burrito had like one piece of steak in it and the food was awful. My husband and I were ready to have several cocktails. We ordered queso and each had our own meal. When we asked for a refill on chips they asked if the could charge us. Ridiculous! The food is awful! Taco meat taste burnt and is so greasy I was using a small appetizer plate and had to ask for a new one after just holding my taco over it. I could only get down 1/2 a taco because of all the grease and burnt meat. Tamales.... The meat was burnt and were all masa and not good masa. Rice had absolutely no flavor.
