I asked about a product and they were about to offer me the one that most people go to, which I know I don't like. He then got frustrated and told me to choose, when I made a selection, it wasn't the mg that I wanted so then he went through all of them like I irritated him, and did it twice cause I chose the wrong one again. I made my selection.... Did my transaction... he said "let me see if I can reprint it." As if it irritated him. Then without any thanks or expression on his face said... "all sales are final" bye. This place is a joke. Buddy broke like 100 dollars worth of glass trying to help me out and still couldn't even charge me right and up charged me for the rig plus the banger and then said "oh sorry didn't you want the other well I can't do anything now sorry". BEST SMOKE SHOP IN LA. Hands down!! Not only are they the only shop open until 2AM, they have the most variety of any shop I've ever been to. Ive never seen this amount of selection anywhere else or at such a reasonable price. They have super unique pipes, bongs, a huge selection of scales & bags, and practically anything you could ever need. The sales people aren't super snooty. They are knowledgeable, reasonable, & have stayed open past 2am for me on several occasions (sorry guys!). what can i say? i work in el monte but i live in san pedro. With that being said, last night halfway through my session i broke my glass. no worries. I go on yelp. But all the shops closed at 9pm. closest one on the way home was "smoke shop" on yelp. Had good reviews so i checked it out. the thinnest glass for triple the price. i was astonished because that's not what i expected from the reviews on yelp. So i thank the man for his time, and i give yelp another try. I find "puffs smoke shop". i call, george answers the phone to let me know they close in 2 minutes. (10pm). after telling him my dilemma and my location He tells me "just come through ill stay open for you". music to my ears. So i arrive and the atmosphere is totally laid back and theres deals -_- Nothing like what i saw at the other store. George worked with every penny i had. It never felt like he was selling me anything. It felt more like he was giving it to me. Who doesn't love customer service? from staying open late And understanding the situation, to deals too good to be true. That's exactly how you run a business to keep and attain new cliental. i mean. In & out in 10minutes. Including a sick upgrade deal from single to triple honeycomb. I couldn't pass it up Super long story short, i would stop by this shop everyday on my way home from work just because of the deals and amount of merchandise.
