The situation had gotten so bad that no amount of bird repellent was going to solve the problem. We needed some patch work and fresh coat of paint ASAP. I started inquiring about exterior painters on Yelp, receive 5 bids and Painting Solution Contractors gave me the best price. Antonio and Yulissa were a pleasure to work with. Prompt, friendly and super hard working. Antonio, his brother Alberto and their staff were always on time. They were very meticulous about the prep work. They did not rush and really took the time to finish the job. They were always very patient with my questions and inquiries. They ended up fixing my deck also. I've attached a couple before and after photos and the results speak for itself. Would 100% work with this Company again. Highly recommend!

I would also like to thank Anna and Mike (office manager project manager) for scheduling and coordination. Like Bergen said, "We won't sell you what you don't need." This is true! I appreciated everyone's honesty and expertise. I'm very particular: Mike and German ensured to carry-out my detailed instructions--and they delivered! Flying Colors Painting Company was highly recommended to me by a fellow neighbor and friend in my neighborhood. I liked the quality and attention to detail FCPC delivered to my friend's house. FCPC has been in business for 44 years and they're local! I support local businesses whenever possible. My FCPC experience started off with the estimate. Bergen took accurate measurements and did the necessary calculations. In this inflated economy, I didn't mind paying the asking price because I knew I was going to get a good quality repair and paint job. A few months later, the house was pressure washed. DJ and John were very diligent with ensuring the mildew on the fascia boards located on the roof were cleaned--and they delivered! I inspected all around the house and the house was cleaned to my expectation. Two weeks later, father and son carpenters Mick and Jones worked very hard to replace the dry rotted T1-11 siding boards. Each of the panels are 9' x 4', and the repairs warranted 5 panels. Dry rot existed on the chimney box siding, and sidings by the kitchen and back of the house. Mick and Jones are very skilled carpenters, and they worked diligently and efficiently. I am very pleased with the repairs! A week later, the painting commenced. I was very PARTICULAR with the painters. I presented my attention to detail in a professional manner...the painters were very receptive to my requests. I met with lead painter, German and communicated to him the fine details and personal touches I wanted to be done. German, Miguel, Pascual and Miguel are very skilled painters. The painting process lasted four days. I am very pleased with the quality of the work product of the estimator, pressure washers, carpenters and painters. I highly recommend FCPC! I had the worst experience of my life dealing with John, the owner of Runland Painting in Puyallup,…read moreWashington. He texted me one evening stating he had dealt with difficult customers before and always wins! I am still not sure why he texted instead of calling but it was after hours. He believed I agreed to some work that I did not agree to have them add to the contract and began ridiculing me, threatening me and definitely trying to bully me in texts. After reading the contract carefully I wished I had read it thoroughly enough to realize how one sided it was in favor of the company. Please beware of any contract before you sign it. I learned the hard way. They finished the job and now he has threatened to not honor the warranty as it is on the contract I signed. Not sure if he can even do that but would not want his company at my home due only to his attitude. I am 76 and have not dealt with anyone with customer service as bad as his was in my life. They also do not give any kind of discount for military or seniors or any at all. I guess that should have been a red flag too but the man who came to my home was so nice I guess I did not think about all of that before I signed the contract. That is why I am writing this review to let others know before they sign a contract, especially Runland's contract. Please beware more diligent before signing theirs or any contract. I have learned a valuable lesson.
