I cannot day enough nice things about these guys!!! I contacted them via Yelp and Jason messaged me right away offering to come by for a free estimate. We set things up for the next day and he came by. Super polite and professional, I walked him around and he said he'd email me a quote later that day. He kept his promise. Prices were fair and reasonable compared to other companies and even if it was a few bucks higher, the end result is far better than what we had last year. Worth every penny! In addition to mowing and edging I asked for some bark or dirt in the beds around the grass. He took time to explain the differences and we decided for our needs bark would be best. I used these guys for a few years. I am a senior citizen and need yard servicing. They did an ok job but last month and this month hiked their prices almost triple the change. I foolishly gave them a credit card to pay and they abused the card and proceeded to over charge me two months in a row. I am contacting my cc company to dispute the charges. Contacted Jason. He got back to us as quick as he could as he was activated with the National Guard. Still only took about a week. We needed ivy trimmed on one fence line and ivy taken off of another fence line and the fence removed. Also needed the area cleaned up in a utility right-of-way, to help get rid of critters. Had some yard cleanup to do before winter and received bids from The Lawn Boys and Jose's Landscaping. The Lawn Boys beat their prices by a long shot. We also really appreciated the fact that the owner is military. The work that was done was finished quickly and met our standards. While the work was mostly done while we were at work or away from the home, the times that I saw them I never saw the workers goofing off or sitting around. Email communication was iffy at first trying to get a quote, but once it was settled, everything was timely and great! Will use again and definately recomend. read more

Jason and the lawn boys are great. Jason did my neighbors yard and I was very impressed with their work and time to completion. Jason then did work on one of our rental properties, re-growing the grass, cleaning debris, and maintaining the hedges. Jason is responsive and prompt and very reasonable as well. Nice owner, emails invoices promptly, has insurance (had two claims after rocks chipped front window, and blew out slider), only complaint is that it was never cut consistently, and rarely short enough. Not sure if it was different crew members and mowers but it shouldn't look like it needs to be mowed again two days after it was done. I can't afford a weekly service, and I'm the first to admit I don't have a plush weed and moss free lawn. I just wanted it mowed and edged. The picture attached was taken last August the day it was cut. The neatly cut lawn is my neighbors. After contacting the owner, he sent his dad who did a beautiful job. I'd mentioned a few times that it wasn't being cut short enough. The first few times it was cut this season it looked great, and I complimented the owner. I was hopeful. This last time it was cut by the owner and not short enough. After contacting him he decided we were unable to agree on the level of service and terminated his service. He said that it would take longer to cut shorter and that it would damage the blades. I've been able to cut it shorter, without damaging my blades, as have other lawn companies. So for now I'll cut it myself for as long as I am able. read more

The Lawn Boys do great work! The owner Jason did quite a bit of work at our home in Bonney Lake and we were really pleased with the results. We had them weed and clear an area on the side of our driveway and spread mulch. It was crazy overgrown before they came out but it looked fantastic after they were done They also leveled out and created a garden in our front yard in an area that had previously been unusable. I think they even have pictures of our home on their page. I would highly recommend considering this honest and hardworking company for your next landscape project or even just to service your existing lawn on a regular basis. read more

Saturday, Match 24th, 2018 I can actually say a lot about Jason Tonioli and his business the "Lawn Boys". I think they have been doing work on my properties for over eight (8) years now. We are pleased with their personal service. Why do I wait to write after 8 years? No reason, but just yesterday a good friend of mine called and he needed the outside grounds of one of his residential properties totally cleaned up and brought up to speed:::: NOW!! I told him I would talk to Jason at Lawn Boys and see if somehow he could work it in. He could and literally two days later I had a group of pictures of the property as it looked afterward. I passed them to my friend and he was surprised and amazed. I also passed over the bill for him to pay as well and he was a happy camper as another company (who couldn't get over there for two weeks by the way) wanted literally double what THE LAWNS BOYS actually billed. I am a customer for life. They have my friend now as a customer. Are they perfect? Nope. He responded to my inquiry rapidly, made an appointment for the following day, showed up and gave an honest assessment of what needed to be done (it's a large house and often contractors think they can get away with upselling in the name of "I'm sure you want the very best"). I had him dethatch & over-seed our existing lawn as well as level another section of the yard and install sod. The property was going up for sale the following month and he squeezed the job into his schedule as soon as possible to ensure it would have ample time to grow-in before the house was listed. We've since hired him to maintain the lawn at this property (as well as my own home!) and have been very pleased. His team are all very courteous and professional. While I was busy with the interior, Jason and his crew went to town on the lawn. They completely transformed the lawn-it's unbelievable. Most impressively-Jason is a complete manager. He was able to come into a yard that had not been maintained for decades and accurately assess what needed to be done without the typical "upselling".
