This past electrical storm caused several streets in our neighborhood to be without electricity. We are so very thankful that we purchased our full house generator from Pugh in December...best investment... as no one our street or the street behind us in Sylvania township had electricity except our home ... our Pugh generator ran for 26 hours straight until Edison was able to repair the utility lines several homes from us when a very large tree came down in the wires. Once we had full power returned... we called Pugh to have Mike come & check our generator to ensure all was good .... Mike always does a great job. We would strongly recommend Pugh!! read more

Paul cleaned our dryer vent and did an outstanding job. He arrived at the scheduled time and was very polite. I didn't realize that the full vent line needed to be cleaned every 2 years and ours had not been cleaned in over 6 years. Our line is very long and there was a tough clog somewhere in the middle of it. It took an hour and a half for Paul to clear it, and there was no added charge for this extra effort. After he was done, our utility room was immaculate. Needless to say, we will call Pugh again when it's time for the dryer vent line to be cleaned. read more

AC went down 3:days prior to an open house. Panic does not begin to describe what I felt. Called Pugh and was assured they would be able to be at my home the same day. Doug the tech came by 11am was very polite and efficient. Even when I said I really did not understand what all was going on he explained and never made me feel bad for not understanding what he was doing.
