They explained everything in detail where someone who isn't knowledgeable could understand. They inspected my fireplace thoroughly and also everything in the walls. They found out nothing was leaking gas. They did not charge me. These two are a blessing! What great customer service, knowledgeable and professional men. I can't recommend them enough.

I also learned of an elderly couple they were taking advantage of by "not being able ti get a part" for their 9 year old Lennox furnace and scared them into a $13,000 new unit. Within a short time after placing a call to AAA, Steve was at our door. He was able to extract most of the water from our carpet. Before 10 a.m. our carpet had been removed and hauled away by Steve. He brought in big fans and a dehumidifier. He and my husband located the fractured pipe. He went into our crawl space to locate any other possible problems. He was up front about wait as it had been a full day and all crews were currently out. We had someone within a 2 hour window. He told us that at 8:00 am on Sunday prompt we would have a full team. Happily, they showed up and within 3 hours they were in and out. Left us with two power blowers and a dehumidifier to run for 24 hours. They handle the work with insurance co- we paid deductible. Crew worked hard, were professionals and hauled debris away. Highly recommended!
