Dr. Poole and Britany did a great job with my new patient intake. Britany was friendly and very…read morethorough in taking my X-rays. Making sure each tooth could be seen. Dr. Poole was friendly and remembered specific details about me from our phone conversation from a month ago. Dr. Poole examined my teeth extensively and set goals for my gum health. Dr. Poole did my teeth cleaning and took time to get all the hard to reach tarter build up. The fluoride treatment was discounted by half. It was around $23 without insurance. I have been complaining about pain in my molars when I chew but Dr. Poole did not see evidence of a cavity. This is probably very rare but I have heard of dentists pushing for unnecessary procedures so they can make money. It's reassuring to know that Dr. Poole is not one of those doctors.

You know you are in the good, kind hand when you talk to Dr. Scott. He is all about taking care of your teeth (not about making money as much as possible, like some other dentists). Beyond that I cannot thank Dr. Hana Vandervoort enough for being so patient, and kind. I have gone to another dentist for years with reoccurring pain in several teeth, and they always told me it was referred pain from TMJ. Dr. Vandervoort made sure to take to time to explain to me in detail what was going on and gave me the information and tools necessary to fully support my dental health & hygiene. They used a couple things I have never used before something to protect my lips, another thing which held my tongue in place and something else that was in between my teeth so I didn't have to force my mouth open the whole time. This may seem like a lot but all of it really helped so that I could fully relax the whole time. This is the first time I've gone to the dentist and did not have a TMJ flare up afterwards.
