Sitting outdoors in shade, accompanied by Daisy the friendly lab, and the crew and staff, it was a pleasurable way to spend the day. We were using boxes and boxes of beautiful tropical flowers, heliconium, protea, ferns, and anthurium in cute little Valentines containers. So pretty. We also sneaked in a tour of the cool rooms to view the thousands of flowers they have, including a huge amount of roses ready for V Day. All the staff were welcoming and happy to share their floral expertise with us. Maui Floral have an amazing talent, growing their own flowers up country and sending beautiful arrangements globally. Ordering Maui Floral via Costco was recommended to us by another vendor. It helped us save SO much money and the flowers were gorgeous. The leis we got for all of our guests (approx 50) were about an 1/8 of the cost as what other wedding planners/florists were quoting us. We also ordered nicer leis for my now wife and myself, as well as four tropical flower bouquets and several garden bunches. Our two bridesmaids held the tropical bouquets as they came. My wife and I spruced up our tropical bouquets by adding in the garden bunches (note that we added these in on our own after collecting all the flowers). The bouquets and the garden bunches were significantly cheaper here than through other vendors. Some other places were charging upwards of $300/bouquet! I did have issues trying to use their website to order, as it was a bit glitchy. I ended up calling and I'm glad I did. Maureen was super helpful in explaining the different garden bunches and making sure we got what we needed.

We walked in and met Sheryl who was so warm and welcoming and told me a little bit about their lei workshops. I asked what it was and it was this heavenly Jasmine fragrance. I tried the spray and then the oil and she sent us on our way and told us to come back only if I couldn't stop thinking about it. Walking around town I felt like a cartoon character where the scent is glowing as they pass by. It was amazing. Long story short, I went back and bought the oil. I looked at the selection of photos, and picked a price point based on the size and quality of the arrangement. The very helpful person who took my order said that because of the short notice, the arrangement would be "designer's choice," which was fine with me. When I received a photo of the arrangement from my daughter, I was disappointed with the size in general and also the number of flowers. My daughter, however, was pleased and especially loved some of creative greeneries included. I sent a polite email to the florist and expressed my feeling that the arrangement did not look like the photos of similarly priced bouquets. I received a very quick response with an offer to immediately take another bouquet to her, even though they were done with deliveries for the day. The person who delivered the flowers to my daughter was very apologetic, which was embarrasing for my daughter because she liked the first bouquet too. I do not believe for a minute that the florist intended to deliver an inferior bouquet. It was just not what I expected. Perhaps I am "one of those" customers. I am writing this review because I am appreciative of their professionalism and the obvious pride they take in their work. In the future I am going to happily and confidently order from them again.
