Jonathan handled every detail from start to finish. He helped us arrange exterior painting, the estate sale and home clean out. Jonathan came up with a marketing strategy to list and sell our home in a very short amount of time and at well over the asking price. He has a team of photographers and videographers that did an amazing job capturing high quality images of the property. Our family is very thankful for all that he did for us. He went above and beyond during the listing and after closing. His knowledge and expertise are invaluable. He set a sales record with our house.     Hunt Real Estate East Aurora office…read more If you want to sell a house, with LISTED as INCLUDED, dirty non working appliances, then use the Hunt Real Estate East Aurora people BUT... do NOT buy one through them, unless you like what we found My young grandson just did, and the day after the final walkthrough and a relatively small credit, we found: *Obvious negligent actions perpetrated by the seller, some of which may have taken place after the walk-through (since the seller had free access up until the date and time of the closing). *Main FILTHY refrigerator was CLOSED and OFF (smelly), and once cleaned, DIDN'T WORK (had to buy one). *Basement fridge filthy with blood stains. *Dishwasher leaked *Broken side door *The lawn not kept up, and overgrown, unacceptable when selling a home. *Overfilled trash bins. *Multiple things left behind, throughout the house. The Hunt, selling agents were clearly negligent in advising their client relative to the acceptable condition in which they may leave items within the home (including taking things), and did not follow up upon the day of closing to ensure those things were carried out. When you meet with her to go over a listing contract at her office she will promise you the moon the sun and the stars just to get the listing. Then, you can't sign the listing contract face to face right then and there. Your are sent the listing contract by computer, giving her time to change certain things you agreed to face to face. Do not trust her. Read every single thing before you sign anything. By her own admission she is very very bossy and lazy. She cares about nothing but a quick sale to put a buck in her pocket. Tells you your home is worth the price you want just to get you to sign the listing contract. Then she quickly talks you into lowering the price because she's to lazy to do her job. My house was damaged during an open house. After a big hassle with her and her boss, she agreed to pay for the damage and have it repaired. Then she welched on her promise and refused to pay for the damage. She then went to the purchaser and asked them if they wanted MY property that was damaged. The purchaser had other plans for the damaged property so Lazy Enas told me the purchaser didn't want MY property when I had future plans for MY damaged property at one of MY other properties. The nerve of a Hunt Real Estate Realtor to assume the authority to negotiate the disposition of YOUR OWN PERSONAL PROPERTY shows just how low they will go, while at the same time going back on their word to make you whole for the damages ENAS LATIF is responsible for.     After we previously listed our home for sale for only a short time with a realtor from a different…read moreagency, we were forced to pull our house off of the market after having a major, irreconcilable disagreement with said realtor. Enter Michelle Petrie: she cold-called us after we pulled our listing. After suffering the sting of betrayal from our previous experience, we were hesitant to sign a new listing agreement with someone else, but Michelle persisted and after meeting with her, it was obvious that her ethos and level of professionalism were both beyond reproach. Michelle was direct and open in her communication, and most importantly, HONEST. Her listing page of our home was outstanding- beautiful, clear, photography with the addition of Matterport/3D viewing, and written copy that accurately and eloquently described our property. Michelle promptly answered every one of our phone calls/emails/text messages throughout the entire process, and she knew what to do to successfully generate interest in and drive traffic to our property despite getting into a "slower" time of year and having the "stigma" of a previously-pulled listing. She sold our home very quickly, and for a reasonable price. We are so grateful to Michelle for reaching-out to us during a difficult time and reversing the trajectory of our home sale. Not only did she handle the sale of our old home efficiently, and coordinate the process well she also kept us in mind when scheduling appointments. We have 2 large dogs and Leslie made sure we had plenty of notice before a showing. and even assured clients that the dogs would not be any issues. Leslie also got a lease for me to stay for three months with the new owner because I was going through the approval process. She provided us with many homes to consider and knew a lot about the different areas. When I looked at a home in a certain area she told me the water bills are double. In the properties, she sent us she made detailed notes so we knew about the property. One house we really liked had the note, "House backs up the 290, traffic noise present." She showed us listings with a fenced yard, which was a must. In short, if you tell her what you need, she will find it. If she doesn't find it, you're gonna have to build it. She was very prompt and once we found our new home she had an offer to the seller and a counteroffer ready. Unfortunately, that house did not pass the home inspection. We moved onto the next house on Monday and the offer was accepted and signed on Thursday. One more thing, Leslie has a list of people that do inspections and other services for you. The inspector she recommended was fantastic, Al Pirro was his name. So if you want an agent that works for you and always has your best interests in mind, and is not afraid to give you honest assessments then Leslie is the person to talk to.
