But this isn't that, it's an affordable, quick, and convenient detailing. Their waiting area is a nice gift shop with free coffee as well. Definitely recommend, just don't expect perfection, you get what you pay for at the end of the day!

Avoid -- damaged my car. Paid $169 for a car polish and wax. Car came back with new micro swirls…read moremost likely caused by improper polishing (without first using a clay bar to decontaminate the car). These swirls did not exist prior to the detailing. The technician (Jay) said he would call me back to explain what he'd do to fix it but never did. UPDATE: Revising to two stars as the technician did call me back, offering to fix it by polishing further (for 3pm the next day). However, he insisted that a clay bar was not needed before polishing, and the lack of a clay bar was not the reason for those new micro swirls. This is contrary to established practice, where decontamination by clay bar is routinely done before polishing so bonded contaminants don't cause additional swirl marks. Clay bar is always recommended practice even for a Stage 1 polish. (Sadly, I had to learn this the hard way.) I am partly to blame for taking his word for it and not paying for the clay bar. But equally, I trusted him to know better than me -- and not recommend a polish without a clay bar. Eventually, I ended up declining the appointment to fix the issue, as I had by then lost confidence in his approach. I will be taking the car to another detailer and paying extra to remove these new micro swirls... He was a nice guy though, clearly with good intentions, and I wish him all the best.

I had a very strange experience here this afternoon. The service has declined markedly since this…read morewas the Shine and Brite Car Wash. I pulled in around 4:45, and made sure to ask the guy writing the tickets if they had time to wash the car, because they close at 5pm and if they were already planning on getting on with their weekend, I could have come back at another time. He assured me it was fine so I parked and walked to the waiting area. The restroom area was cordoned off, and the seating that had previously been in the waiting area had been removed, except for a few benches. After a while, they called me to get my car, and I noticed that there were still a number of dirty spots. I pointed one out and the man cleaning the car wiped it half heartedly with a towel. I pointed out a few more dirty spots and the man said the wash was finished. This was a new one for me, as the whole point of going to a car wash is that you give them $30, and in return you get a CLEAN car, not just a slightly cleaner car. When I asked if I could borrow some towels and some spray cleaner to finish cleaning the car myself, I was refused, and told I could pull my car around front and use my own tools to finish cleaning my car. Again, this was a new one for me, as if I wanted to clean my car myself using my own materials, that would pretty much eliminate the necessity for coming to a car wash. But I'm not going to sit and argue with someone who is employed by a car wash to wash cars as to the raison d'etre for a car washing establishment, so I got in my car and got on with my day. But I thought I'd leave this here for anyone that might want to leave a car wash with a clean car and a feeling of money well spent. This is not the place for you.

I neglected my car for so long, especially after my baby was born. Dog hair, dog stains, etc. It was terrible. Yes, lack of time to take on such a massive cleaning was an issue. But an even bigger issue was that there really was no car detailing company who could really truly get rid of all the dog hair in the carpets/seats. They would charge me hundreds of dollars, just to tell me they did the best they could with their vacuums, and that no vacuum can really get rid of all this dog hair. So I just held the project off. But 2 years later, our family really needed this car, as my son was getting older and needed to go to daycare, both parents had to go back to work, and we couldn't do all of this smoothly with only one working car. So I did my research and found Endless Summer Mobile Detailing, to revive my neglected second car. They were so accommodating with my schedule, and so communicative with where to meet up. The way they talked about the tools that they used to clean my car, the way they worked together as a family, it was all so beautiful to watch. It's really rare to find a business like this. I wish I had "before" photos to show the satisfying before/after photo, but here are the after photos. Not a single dog hair left behind. Not even in the cracks or in between the seats. The car is good as new and it is very much used by my family daily now. Thank you! They also have self-serve vacuums as well. Once The best part about this spot is the pricing, which is around $17-$18 for unlimited standard washes. You can even do a monthly trial with this pricing for the highest tier of wash. However, this is a smaller car wash with a lot of customers so you may have to wait a bit in line to get your car washed and even more so for the vacuums which are limited. When I washed my car here for the first time, it did leave some soapy residue on my car, but most car washes I've been to do that anyways. The staff here seem pretty good at managing the car wash and directing/guiding the cars since the place is so small. Overall, a solid spot for a cheaper car wash service in West LA.

Maybe the vacuums should be on a timer since no one abides by the posted signs. My review was fair and accurate, despite your offended perception of it! I went again yesterday and told the woman working there that I would likely be canceling my membership if I had to wait to use the vacuums again. She was somewhat dismissive and told me the owner/manager told her not to enforce the 5 minute rule with customers. As usual, I had to wait again along with others to vacuum,I had to get out and dry my car while I waited because I didn't want streaks. Since this is a reoccurring issue, employees should offer to wipe the cars down while we wait! I had to ask the attendant to tape my rear wiper down, as they do at other car washes (not the first time) The exit from the wash is very tight also and my car doesn't really get clean. He then suggested the lowest cost thing which means that they will not wipe down anything in the inside of your car not even the council or the dashboard or anything. He gets out and has an attitude and said here is that good and so I just told him off and said look, you already wet my seat. Please leave. I will never be going back there and I'm still looking for a good detail there for cars because I really need to get one area focused on where my coffee dropped in splashed all over..
