Amazing dealership, if you can really call it a true dealership. I recently sold my daily driver…read moreand was in the market for a car. I was searching all day and looking at different lots, but they either didn't have what I wanted, were too pushy, or flat out wasted my time. I found them as I was traveling north up the valley and pretty much was going to give up after them if I didn't find the car I was looking for. I searched their up-to-date website that had honest pricing and no shady "call for price". I found a car I was interested in and headed there. I went in and was greeted and shown the car. I looked it over and really loved the personal touches they put on each vehicle they had (mine had a new set of rims and tires that fit perfectly with the vehicle). After test driving, rather than rush for the sale, Nate really asked questions to get to know me and explained Black Rock and their philosophy about how you should leave with a car that makes others wonder where you went, instead of a car that everyone and their mother-in-law drives (my paraphrase not his exact words). This is a small business I was glad I stumbled upon, and even happier I was able to patronize. I didn't read any of the reviews before I went in, but I wasn't surprised when I saw all the 5-stars on them. Thank you again for my Jeep, and I already have had a few people asked where I went and how did I get it at the great price I did. I definitely shared your website and will continue to do so.

He's not your typical sales person that tries to sell you a car ASAP just to make money off you, but rather he listened to our concerns & needs/wants & was able to answer and respond back quickly through out the entire process even when we were out of state talk about building relationships Thank you So much Nate we seriously appreciate ya! I can't tell you enough how much I my 4Runner and the constant compliments I get from folks. Definitely won't be the first or last car we purchase from you

Just bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze from these guys. I am really excited and satisfied with my purchase…read morethe only thing keeping me from giving them 5 stars is that they blew off the fact that the car has so many scratches on it didn't even offer any sort of advice on what we can do about it. They also had told me that they would fill the gas tank upon purchase of the vehicle. When we finally said ok the guy who pretty much sold the car to me disappeared and handed me back over to another guy. When we mentioned not to forget the tank of gas that guy acted like it was a joke, we flagged the guy down that told us that they would do that and he said he would make sure we got taken care of. I left in the new car feeling very excited about my purchase, after driving a while I looked down and noticed that I did not get that tank of gas I was promised. If you are going to promise those things you need to follow through. It makes customers feel like you will say anything to get a sell when you do not follow through no matter how small the promise. These 2 small things being taken care of would have definitely given them 5 stars.

My experience with the salesperson at this dealership was great, and I ultimately purchased a 2016…read moreChevrolet Suburban from them. Due to my work schedule, I wasn't able to fully inspect the vehicle myself before taking it home, so I relied on the dealership's inspection and trusted that the vehicle had been thoroughly checked as stated on the inspection sheet they provided to me. However, the same day I brought the vehicle home, I noticed the brakes were creaking very badly--almost like a seized caliper. This is a serious safety concern, and I do not feel safe driving the vehicle with my wife and child. When I contacted the dealership( I was at the dealership to get my car detailed), I was told they would not address the issue because the vehicle was discounted. At no point during the purchase process was any brake issue disclosed to me. If this had been communicated beforehand, I would have addressed it prior to purchasing. I am respectfully asking the dealership to reconsider and help resolve this safety issue. I believe it's reasonable to expect that a vehicle sold after an inspection should not have an undisclosed brake problem. I'm hoping we can work together toward a fair resolution. Updates, After receiving no response from the dealership regarding my concerns, I escalated the matter by emailing Ken Garff corporate. The following day, manager Jeff who had previously stated the dealership would not repair the issue contacted me and asked me to bring my Suburban back in for service. The next day, I was informed the vehicle was ready for pickup. However, upon arrival, I immediately checked the vehicle and found that the brake issue was still persisting. I notified my salesman, who then informed Jeff. Jeff came out, inspected the vehicle, and stated that the noise was "normal caliper sound." To be clear, the sound is only coming from the rear driver-side caliper( from what we could hear), which is not normal. I expressed my concern, and after further discussion Jeff asked me to meet with Cody from service management to demonstrate the issue. When I met with Cody, I recreated the sound for him. After hearing it himself, Cody stated that they would work on the issue after Memorial Day and we like to make it right for our customers. I will bring my vehicle back on May 26, 2026. After taking the vehicle home (May 22nd 2026), I also noticed an additional issue where the vehicle shakes while stopped in drive at traffic lights, which appears to indicate a possible misfire. I will be informing Cody of this additional concern on May 26, 2026. Update as of 5/28/2026: I called Cody today for an update regarding my vehicle. Cody informed me that both brake calipers were replaced, and they were also able to feel the vibration issue coming from the vehicle. However, Jeff chose to decline any further diagnosis or repair and told Cody not to continue looking into the issue because "it's a used vehicle." Cody also informed me that Jeff would have someone pick up the vehicle today so I could retrieve the vehicle once they call me. If you are planning on purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, I strongly recommend having the vehicle thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic or another dealership before signing any paperwork with them, they are not honest at all and will not communicate with you. In my experience, management was unwilling to properly address the concerns unless corporate became involved. Please do your research carefully before purchasing from this Ken Garff dealership. Additionally I forgot to mention the salesman attitude has changed in person and text, I requested service invoice multiple time in person and a text no response. I will never buy another vehicle from Ken Garff dealer.

Eddy was trying to sell us a 2014 Subaru Outback with 14,000 miles on it at what seemed to be a good deal for a non-salvage title car. He explained the damage that had been done to the car and let us take it for a test drive. After running a Carfax vehicle report the title actually was salvaged and the car deemed a total loss in Colorado by an insurance company. He buys his cars salvaged and fixes them up and sells them and was very rude to work with. The more I look back I am glad I didnt do business with Eddy because he was lying to me the entire time which would've affected the value of the car. I don't recommend any business with him and would not recommend him to my enemies.

Although the price was listed at 8250, the out the door price had fees tacked on that other places simply dont have. The salesman was just difficult to work with after we started asking if they were firm on the price and many times would say something along the lines of, I'm just not going to explain this to you.. Overall he was pretty rude and when the other man there with him chimed in he told us to make a decision because an appointment from St George was coming "probably with money". Which at that point I felt like even with a competitive deal for a car I would rather not do business with them. Yeah everyone needs to make their cut off of a deal but even with a killer deal I would avoid Aleco.

After getting the runaround at a dealership--including a $1500 fee just for paying cash--we decided to walk away. From the moment we arrived, Jorge was straightforward, respectful, and zero pressure. No games, no hidden fees, and absolutely no BS. We paid cash without any added fees, and the entire process took less than two hours. It was by far the smoothest car-buying experience we've ever had.
