Salty Buttery Bread Plain and Apple Bun

I was craving a Pullman's Egg Sando. Service was amazing as usual. The woman who works early am, around 7am is the best. She's so friendly and kind. They have a coffee/latte/ tea menu now. They used to only have premade/canned drinks. Not sure when this started, maybe I just noticed this trip. I had an Iced Matcha Latte and loved it. I always get the Simple Egg Sandwich but tried the Seasoned Egg Sandwich this time. It was good but I like the Simple Egg better, just personal preference. The place is always organized, the displays all labeled with good signage. It's simple, relaxing decor- very welcoming space.

A cute little Japanese bakery that smells like heaven when you walk through the door. It offers a combination of sweet and savory goods in its display windows. I like that they offer a toaster on the side for you to warm up your food before you leave. There is a wide variety of sandos (mostly savory egg options but one strawberry option), onigiris, pastries, salt bread, and buns. There was also soft shell crab which was an interesting find in a bakery. We got the garlic butter salt bread, the matcha melon pan, an egg & ham sando (happened to be 30% off today), and a peach apricot danish. Everything was a hit - so fresh and satisfying. It is a little on the pricier side but I think the quality is well worth it. Google reviews mention a discount for locals but this doesn't exist anymore just as an fyi. The woman who was helping us was extremely sweet and lively, making us feel like family and joking around with us. I would definitely come back next time I'm in Vegas.

PB & house made strawberry! My youngest was obsessed ! We were advised to microwave for 10 seconds for perfection! Chefs kiss**

Pullman Bakery has been sitting in my Vegas Yelp bookmarks for a minute, so we already knew we had to try it. We went for breakfast on our first day of the trip and wow, it did not disappoint. We ordered almost every rice ball (the Wagyu was our absolute favorite), plus the melon pan, salmon sandwich, beef curry ball, chicken karaage, and a PB&J sando. Everything was sooo good. We really wanted to try the strawberry sando too, but we knew we were already pushing it with how much we ordered There are no seats inside the store but that's ok! There was a bench outside which was where we sat to eat before our next destination. From the 100/10 friendly customer service to the quality of the food and the clean, beautiful space this spot is an easy recommendation in Vegas. If you love Japanese sandos or snacks, you have to check this place out.

Pullman Bread is a hidden gem on the southwest side of Vegas that I've now visited 3-4 times, and it's been consistently great every time. It's a small shop, but that actually adds to the charm. The vibe is clean, cozy, and very welcoming. This visit stood out right away because Jesus greeted us as soon as we walked in. He had such an infectious, upbeat personality that it instantly set the tone and is exactly the kind of energy you want walking into a neighborhood spot. Food-wise, everything we ordered smacked! The beef curry bun (his recommendation) was a hit for my wife and I. The joint was crispy on the outside, warm and flavorful inside. I also grabbed the tuna mayo rice ball, which was simple but done really well. It reminded me of the ones you grab from the 7-11 in Japan. We also got a tiramisu dessert, which was a solid sweet treat to cap it off. I've had their egg sandwiches before too and they're really good, super soft bread and well balanced. I will say they're a little on the pricey side at around $7. Overall, this is a great spot if you're craving Japanese-style bakery items and quick bites. Quality is consistent, service is friendly, and there's honestly nothing bad to say ... just expect to pay a little more than your typical bakery. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area and give Jesus a raise ... he has exceptional service ! ::Salute::

We stopped by right at opening, excited for some fresh Japanese pastries, but the experience was unfortunately not the best during our first visit here. Despite it being the morning rush, there was only one person (Sophia T) working the counter. She was clearly overwhelmed, and it showed in her demeanor--her attitude toward customers shifted as the line grew. It was frustrating to see several other staff members in the back who weren't lifting a finger to help her. WARNING: There is a 2% service fee. This was not clearly displayed; the sign was hidden, which felt dishonest. Melon Bun Matcha ($5): Lacked flavor. Black Truffle Salty Buttery Bread ($6): The taste was actually good, but the portion was tiny for the price. Clam Chowder Croquette ($3.20): Extremely small, oily, and did not taste the clam chowder flavor at all.

I went in expecting a bakery. Instead I found a variety of delicious food. From karage skewers to onigiri, Pullman is much more than a bakery. The butter roll was delicious and the beef curry bun was stuffed with tasty beef jn a rich sauce. They also have crab croquets, sandwiches, rice balls, and shortcake cups. So much more left to try. Will be back soon.

Pullman Bread has quickly become a favorite even though it's on the opposite side of town for me. This was only my 2nd visit and once again, it did not disappoint! So far, I've tried their Iced Matcha Latte, Premium Wagyu Beef Onigiri, Strawberry Shortcake Cup, Strawberry Fruit Sandwich, Salmon Lettuce Sandwich and the Snow Crab and Fish Croquettes. Everything has been consistently delicious! I also love that they're open from 7 am to midnight. It makes it easy to stop in no matter the time! The customer service is exceptional. The staff is welcoming, professional and clearly well trained. The space itself is small but always clean and organized. I really hope they consider opening another location in a more central area of Las Vegas. I would definitely become a regular!

Ive been coming here a lot lately. Its like a smaller version of 85° bakery but with so many different items. Ive tried several things here but my favorite is the ube or strawberry flavored marble bread. Next, would be the cheese bread with hot dog. I always look to try something new when Im here and usually there are options. Ive tried the egg salad sandwich a few times because it looks sooo good but it never quite hits. My husband loves the fruit sandwiches with sweet cream. They have a few drinks to purchase which are good but it would be great if they offered fresh milk teas with boba. Its tiny inside but never packed and the employees are very welcoming. We usually end up spending a pretty penny in here for just a few items so I will say its on the expensive side but the quality is there.

    Breading so soft!

This place used to be 24 hours but now they close at midnight. It's unfortunate because it would be a great snack anytime of day. The breads here are so yummy, soft and flavorful. We got the curry pan, matcha marble cube loaf and cheese bread.

My friends and I were looking for a quick breakfast and came across Pullman Bread. We placed an online order, so everything was ready by the time we arrived. When we got there, we were greeted by the woman working, and she was very friendly and welcoming. The space inside is also really cute, though it is mostly a grab and go spot. I ordered the strawberry sando, beef curry bun, tuna mayo rice ball, and the premium wagyu and beef rice ball. We all agreed that the strawberry sando was our favorite, and it's comparable to the ones I've tried in Japan. I highly recommend this spot and would definitely come back the next time I'm in Vegas.

I will always always always stop by Pullman's during my trip to Vegas for my all-time favorite tuna mayo onigiri. My most recent visit (which is today, hahah), I decided to drop a yelp review. I just feel like this place is so underrated, which is rare because Japanese bakeries are usually so popular and loaded with people. Plus, Pullman has great bread! Last time I tried their toast, which was sooo soft.. I was literally eating a cloud in my mouth! This place is open 17 hours, which is great for when you want a late night snack or a really early breakfast to get a head start on your day. Though it's open most of a day, their shelves are always full and the good are perfectly placed. This time I got tuna mayo onigiris (like every time), and the Belgian chocolate marble cube loaf, which I have never tried before. The onigiris: perfect every time. The Japanese rice is so soft and is loaded with tuna mayo. LOADED loaded. The Belgian chocolate marble cube loaf did not disappoint! The marble was impressive; the bread was in folds and there was chocolate in between each fold.. each bite had a good taste of chocolate! I love how Pullman do not waste even the odds and ends of their pastries. Instead of throwing it away, they put them out as samples for us to enjoy! I think this is such a cute way to decrease food-waste and also give us a small taste of their pastries. Love Pullman! Will be back soon!

I was craving something sweet late in the day but didn't want to drive far, so I checked Yelp and came across Pullman Bread. What stood out right away was how similar it felt to the authentic Japanese bakeries I've seen in Vegas homemade desserts, onigiri, fruit and egg sandwiches, so many varieties of bread, plus hot grab-and-go items. I haven't really seen anything like this in the Bay Area, aside from Hawaii. Since I came later in the day, a lot was already sold out, but there was still a good selection left. I went with the chocolate custard bun and the mango shortcake cup both were light, not overly sweet, and absolutely delicious. Definitely a worthy find.

    Seasoned Egg Sandwich

Could not be more sad to live out of state once I tried this place!! I could come here everyday! Every single thing I ate was better than the next. The rice balls were warm and so flavorful and the sandwiches are perfect for on the go. The staff were so kind and helpful and genuinely the sweetest people and the bakery itself is so clean and amazing!! I can't wait to come back here someday!

Ask the Community - Pullman Bread

On the menu on yelp it shows a loaf of bread is over $18 is that true? Prices I saw for pastries don't look too bad,

I bought a large, Pullman loaf for $14.99.

    Do they have sourdough bread?

I think they only have milk bread, charcoal bread and honey bread.

Is there a gluten free option?

    yes there is a lot!

    When is happy hour?

They no longer do happy hour.

Is there a place to sit?

No, they do not have indoor seating available.

    Any vegan options?

I'm not sure! I don't think I saw any Vegan options, but maybe call them and they can tell you. :)

    Is there dairy free options?

Is there any items dairy/cream free

Do they label anything with price? I checked the photo I only seen one item labeled with price, do I have to ask every single item when I go?

They have labels and pricing shown for all items during my visit 3/4.

Service is always phenomenal. Brittany is our favorite server. I found this little gem through Yelp, noticed they had a little deal - buy 2 signature rolls and get one free. The first roll I ever ordered was the Hawaiian Roll. Not sure if it's the actual roll itself or the nostalgia of it being my first love on their menu, but it's what I classify as the perfect roll. It's simple, nothing too special, yet it's the BEST at Sawa. Other places offer a roll similar, but for some reason Sawa's is better. Service is quick, servers get to know you quickly as their staff seems to be the same(ish) since we started eating here about 5 years ago. My go-to favorites: Hawaiian Roll Maui Maui Garlic Albacore Also I need to note that they are one of the few to serve Inari consistently. For babies / toddlers this is a favorite and for some reason a lot of other places don't offer it, or even know what it is LOL. My daughter loves their Inari. The restaurant itself is small, yet welcoming. It does get crowded quick, but because service is fast, I've never really seen people wait too long. After giving up sushi for 9 months while pregnant, Sawa was the first thing I asked for after giving birth, while I was still in the hospital. LOL! I hope Sawa is around forever. I love them!

We went during weekday lunch and there were around 4 other tables with diners. We got the premium AYCE since we wanted to try the special items. Service was attentive and proactive. Our orders came within minutes of placing the order. The salmon, tuna and other fish were fresh though the uni was a bit slimier (probably since it's still out of season). Having ordered most of the special dishes, I can say that their AYCE provides very good value for the ingredients and dishes included. Their selection and variety of dishes is also hard to beat. However, the sushi rice was really poor quality - undercooked which made it tougher to chew, was long grain (not Japanese short-grained rice used for sushi) and did not have the stickiness nor sourness of proper vinegared rice. The Japanese word "sushi" translates literally to sour rice referring to the vinegared rice which is the foundation of the nigiri sushi. Because of how critical the rice is to sushi and rolls, I can only give Daisho 3 stars at most until they learn how to cook sushi rice. We provided the feedback to the restaurant staff so we truly hope they take the feedback seriously and improve it. It's not that hard to cook Japanese sushi rice. Worst case, the restaurant should invest in a Zojirushi rice cooker that will cook it perfectly every time.
