I've never been here before. I ordered a strawberry extreme smoothie, and that's was decent. Then, I ordered the "original" Acai Bowl - bananas, granola, organic acai, and peanut butter. The acai is like a gelato. It was ok but not great. The bannana, peanut butter, and granola were good enough. Fair disclosure, it was dinner time, and this defitnetly not enough, so maybe that didn't help. The rating is about the food, not the service, which the folks were attentive. read more

After hearing so many people talk about pulp, I finally tried it! I ordered both a smoothie - stuck with strawberry banana as a basic normal flavor to try/judge. It was light and tasty. It wasn't overly sweet either. A small Smoothie was $4. Then I ordered a honey mustard chicken wrap. This was good too although in the future I would get the sauce on the side as it was a little messy. It tasted fresh and light with lettuce, tomato, etc. The wrap was $6. A pretty combo lunch for $10. read more

Strawberries were not fresh and the owner is rude and unprofessional. I reported the behavior of one of the employees and the owner just dismissed my feelings and stated that they didn't see it on the camera. I can't believe that the owner would conduct business that way. read more

Got the açaí bowls from grubhub and they put too much granola in there - so much left over - I got 4 and gave one to my brother - they make it so neat in Parma I got the bowl and everything was thrown in like a tornado- got some coconut shreds in my bowl and bananas - it wasn't the best but I won't be getting açaí bowls for a while - prefer Jamba Juice. read more

I love Pulp! It's the one place I could live off of if I had to. I don't care much for the wraps at Pulp, but my favorite smoothies are the Citrus Berry and the Protein Packer. I've literally never had one I didn't care for. The Citrus Berry is more tart and packed with vitamin C, while the Protein Packer has a rich peanut butter and banana flavor. The layout in this Pulp is a little strange and sometimes there's a bit of line build up. I've been here several times and the staff seem a little overwhelmed at times. Regardless, I still love my smoothie so I'll wait it out even if I feel awkward. I tend to just get in and get out. This spot is clean, ingredients are always fresh and the parking has an easy lot. Whether you want a traditional fruit smoothie or simply a shot of wheatgrass, Pulp is a great choice for a healthy smoothie to satisfy your appetite. read more

I usually love pulp but the customer service was beyond awful. I get its lunch hour and theres alot of people but 2 people shouldn't be the only ones making the smoothies not to mention their taking their good old time. Some of us have to get back to work. I literally waited 20 minutes total......not worth it. Stay away during lunch time. read more

Wow, what can I say? Great smoothies! Super nice staff! The employees gave their honest opinions of the smoothies. Now, I personally don't like the sherbet in the smoothie; I'm a bit of the persuasion that smoothies should be healthy. So, I substituted the orange sherbet for orange juice on the Blueberry Dream and the Elite Eight. My sister also had orange juice instead of orange sherbet, and she was pleased. My mom, however, got the Elite Eight with the orange sherbet. She told me that her smoothie was really good. She also said that she usually doesn't drink an entire smoothie, but she finished that one. My dad and future bro-n-law also had smoothies. Dad got the Kale Ka-Pow and said it was refreshing! I've never had to leave a review for a place before but my experience was so bad that I couldn't help myself. I normally enjoy coming to pulp but I will never return after the experience I had on April 4th. I have been trying to call the corporate number and have not been able to get through to a person. I came in on my lunch break and was the only customer in the store and did not receive a "welcome to pulp" or "how are you today" or even a "I can help you whenever you are ready". A tall boy was standing at the register hunched over and gave me a nasty look. Finally he said "are you ready to order" with an attitude and an eye roll. I responded and said I had been ready and that I was waiting for him to greet me or ask how I was doing. He responded with "I don't get paid enough to care how you're doing". I was so bewildered that I asked for a manager and he shouted "Babe!" and a short girl came over and said "look, are you going to order or not?" Never have I been treated with such disrespect. I asked to speak to her supervisor, which is when the boy laughed and said "no" and she handed me a menu with a corporate telephone number on it. I asked for the boy's name and he said it was Ace. Doesn't sound like a real name to me. I hope he didn't give me a fake name. He should be held accountable for his actions. What kind of establishment let's their employees talk to the customer like that? I will never return to this location ever again. Appalling. read more

I used to always enjoy coming here, their service was fantastic and the girls used to really care about my changes. However, this month alone has turned me away as a customer and this will be the last time I come here! From warm chunks, to eyelashes in the smoothies in just in the past three visits this week. I usually come in the afternoon, but won't be anymore. This place used to be great, but whoever they recently hired doesn't care about anything but her phone. read more

I come here everyday for my protein packer smoothie and today was the first time I've ever had a problem... About three sips in to my small drink I sucked up two moderately sized pieces of plastic! From who knows what! When I went in to address the situation and let the manager know I come her 5 days a week the best he could do was offer me a free drink right now. OBVIOUSLY you're going to remake my drink that's full of plastic the least you could have done was buy my next one. Where's your customer service especially for such loyal customers. read more

Pretty good smoothies. Prices are a little high (a large is $7+). Seems clean and the ingredients seem fresh. Calories were a lot lower than I expected, so I'd call their smoothies healthy. read more

I like Pulp restaurants and their premise, but I received poor service at this location. I took in a coupon for a Buy-One-Get-One-Free drink. No size was specified on the coupon. I was told by the cashier that I HAD to buy the LARGE smoothie. Nowhere on the coupon did it specify what size had to be ordered. I pointed this out to the cashier, but she held firm. I later found out, when I called the corporate office, that the cashier was wrong to demand that I purchase the large size. They invited me to come back to the store, but the damage was already done. I do not like to be forced to upsize by someone who wants to take me for an easy target. I will not be returning to this Pulp. read more
