In any case, it was disconcerting. And the jus was much plainer than I'm used to, as well. I expected to see flecks of oregano and other spices; this version was darker and seemed to be lacking those. It may be unfair to compare this to my expectations. It doesn't seem that there is A/C at this location or at least it's not running at its capacity. There were ceiling fans operating but on a hot summer day it was toasty. The restaurant offers tables and booths. I observed that most guests found themselves comfortable in booths. Around 1 PM on a weekday there was a steady crowd dining in and ordering takeout. Ordering: Your order is placed and picked up at the back counter. Signage is a bit disorienting. Think Penn Station type layout. You can also pre-order online. My order was ready quickly.
