Came in for the first time on Monday morning and was helped by the manager Lena. Since it was my first time, she explained all the different options on the menu and was very thorough with her explanations of the different juices. I ended up ordering the Stress Less signature juice and a ginger shot which both had very nice kicks of ginger in them. The Stress Less is made up of orange, apple, and ginger, and the ginger flavor really stood out in the drink without overpowering the flavors of the fruit. The ginger shot was the perfect amount of sweet and spicy and it really helped clear up my throat with its heat. I'll definitely be back to try out the other signature juices and smoothies next time I'm in the plaza. read more

Tried this place today on a beautiful Sunday morning and I was so pleased. The juices were refreshing and not too sweet at all. The açaí Bowl "coco" was really good with chia pudding per the cashier recommendation. Yum! The Tasty Green toast was also very good. I like that the portion was just enough for breakfast or brunch. Had gotten the Açaí bowl from Pulp before various times and they were so great! Hadn't gone in a long time and went today. We phoned in the order because with COVID-19 restrictions we wanted to limit the amount of time spent in the store. I ordered three bowls and the employee repeated three bowls back to me and said they'd be ready shortly. Once we arrived in store, we payed for our bowls and waited to receive them. Once the bowls were brought to us we noticed that 4 bowls were placed in our bag instead of 3. Not wanting to make a big deal, we didn't say anything even though we also noticed we were charged for 4. We figured we could just freeze the 4th and eat it later. When arriving home and eating our bowls, however, we noticed the Açaí base was nothing like we had before. As seen in the picture, the base was a very dark brown color and tasted nothing like Açaí. We tried eating the bowls but the flavor of the base was not the best so we didn't finish any of our bowls. Having gotten the exact same bowl before, I knew Açaí base is supposed to be a burgundy/pinkish color but this was nothing like that. Also looking at other people's pictures posted on Yelp I could see that the Açaí base was different. Not only did we get charged for an extra bowl but we probably won't even eat it because the bases for all 4 bowls were just not right. Boba was perfect texture like tasteas, stress less definitely calmed my stress I was having all week, and the panini bread was crunchy and flavorful. I love the inside and setup of the place, it could have potential, but there's so many things wrong that the employees are doing. They don't acknowledge customers who are by the register area they pretend they don't see you and go on making there orders. Maybe if the employees said " will be there with you shortly " it would be way better then feeling of being ignored. One of the employees was holding a customers drink and it was leaking and the employees licked her fingers. And Walked to the counter and handed it to the customer. I was craving something fruity and healthy and Pulp was definitely both of those to the fullest. I love that they serve the juices in nice ziploc kind of bags that give it such an Asian vibe. My definite favorite here is the strawberry + pear juice Pear Me Up. I always get the large because if I'm going to pay that much for a drink I like, I might as well pay $1/$2 more for the biggest one! Very clean and cute. I got the mango mayhem smoothie and it was delicious. I also got this avocado toast (had kale and sunflower seeds) and it was very good. Only fault is the price! The açaí bowl is pretty good but it's expensive. The açaí is watered down compared to blue bowl , the berry brand, and most other places. It's in the same tier as Costco açaí.
