Anyone looking for appliance services in Middle TN should steer clear of this company. They are dramatically understaffed and the staff they do have is grossly under-qualified. Their "Service Guarantee" became fruitless after they didn't complete the initial repair correctly... first followed up with them days later (under guarantee) and after 3 MONTHS of under-qualified staff and last minute cancelled appointments and ultimately no successful repair - I gave up. Caymen was great. He was fast, polite, and professional, and the screen appears great for the most part. Am having problems with brightness however so i have submitted a claims form, but they give you a lifetime warranty. From what I've read for Puls in other cities, they will fix the problem. Will update. Update. Customer service has been prompt and excellent. My main issue is that my screen seems to be off whenever I wear my sunglasses, which is obviously not ideal. Sounds like an easy fix by adding tempered glass screen protector. They are coming by today. Would still definitely recommend using them. Will post final update on how it all ends up. Final update. Caymen just left. I just had a faulty screen part, so he replaced the whole thing. He was fast, and kind, and the screen now has no defects. First PULS technician told me I needed to replace my washer machine's pump. Didn't tell me a part number or anything and said PULS would order it. He set an installation appointment for the following week. At 8pm the night before the part installation appointment, he called me and asked if the pump had arrived yet. Told me PULS should have ordered it to my house. The next morning, I spent hours on hold trying to get in touch with someone on extension 3 (existing appointments) and was hung up on 4 times. Finally got through to someone by using the new appointment request extension. They said they would call the technician. Technician stopped answering me. Appointment time rolls around and no one showed up, and finally a few hours later some one called and said the technician told them that I should have ordered the part myself from a 3rd party. I asked if I order the part myself and call PULS when it arrives to install it, would the 90 day warranty still be in effect. They said yes. I requested that a manager call me before I order anything. Hours later (this has now become an all day ordeal), the manager calls and tells me that technicians have to order the parts or no warranties are offered. She scheduled a re-diagnosis with a different technician for the following day. Hector was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly and FIXED the problem in 5 min, without replacing any parts. He said it was obvious the first technician did not even open the washer back panel to properly diagnose the issue. It was just a clog in the pump. Extraordinary waste of my time. Completely unreliable. Do not waste your time booking this company -- they called me on consecutive days (late) to reschedule. I understand having to reschedule once but twice indicates a pattern of unprofessionalism that I don't have either the patience or time to endure. read more

Website couldn't give a price quote for the fix requested, and phone number put me on hold for several minutes before saying no customer service representative was available to take my call and hanging up on me. Overall, a waste of ten minutes or so just seeking a price quote for what I assume is a pretty common fix. Can't comment as to actually quality of service, but whatever phone support they use is probably less helpful than no support at all if it leads people to think they're on hold waiting for a representative, and then hangs up on them. read more

Honestly would give zero stars if I could. To be clear, this is a reflection on the customer service and preparation side, not on the people that actually install (because I didn't get to that point). Puls gives you an option online to pick the time you would like. I wanted to make it happen after work so I picked 6-7PM on a Monday (I believe). They call me 12 hours before, saying the technician can't make it but they rescheduled my appointment for 12-1pm the following day. I let them know I can't do this because of work and would like a different date at the same time of 6-7pm which they obliged. 6 hours before the next appointment happened they call and say the technician can't do the time and they ask when I can reschedule. I tell them Sunday at 11am and also let them know this is the second time this happened, to which they apologized and said they will put me at the "top of their priority list." Sunday comes around and they don't even call me before, they call me after 11am and leaving a voicemail saying that the technician isn't available to come. This is where I end it and w this review. What's the point of being able to choose an "available" time slot if you can't honor that time. I clearly chose that time for a reason. Maybe instead of checking the day of, of whether or not the technician can make it, check with them as soon as the appointment is made? Take your money and time elsewhere. Will never be requesting them again. Late update, but after emailing me apologizing for the poor service, they offered to cover half the cost of my installation. I followed up with them and showed them the bill and then never got an answer back. Can I give negative stars? read more

I never review anything but this was so great I had to. Fast and great service and cheaper then other places. And they came to me while I worked. I didn't loose any time driving to and from their shop. I would def recommend them to anyone who has a broken screen and wants it fixed fast for a great price. read more
