She was conversive in a comfortable, friendly way and discussed what she would like to do, she asked if I had any preferences or anything, in particular, I wanted to get done. I told her I would go with what she was comfortable doing. She gently applied wax to clean my brow areas and filled them in then topped them with a brow gel to keep them in place. My brows look amazing and her fill-in technique is superb. They look super natural and perfectly contoured. I would recommend and return to Ro without a doubt. The Spa is really nice as well, smells wonderful, looks clean and the ambiance is very relaxing. I might schedule a facial here soon.

You get to pick your color shade and then name it. They put the custom name on the packaging itself. I think the experience could be improved a little if they let customers be more hands on. We did a lot of waiting and I expected a little more interaction to make it more fun. When I got home I tried on my shades and they were beautiful and high quality. I will say the store was appealing to the eye. It was super cute and girly and immaculately clean. We had a great experience and it was something very unique to do.

He really puts so much care into the way he cuts my hair, giving so much attention to detail.. really working with the texture and weight of my hair. I get SO many compliments on my cut, and I will always recommend him to anyone locally. When I first moved back to long island (after have living in LA and NYC) I had a hard time finding someone that could really "style" my hair and not just give me a basic cut. When I finally found Antonio, I felt so good leaving his salon with a haircut that suits my personality. For an one educator whose son is both autistic and has Down syndrome we chose Heroine - a beautiful shade of purple, her favorite color. For another whose tech obsessed we chose a deep shade of purple called Cyber.
