Leaving a 1 star review for whoever the female driver was that picked me up around 9am, I didn't get her name and I would leave no stars if I could. She called and said when she would be arriving which was EARLIER then what I was told and I said I'm not ready yet it will be about 15 minutes and she said she would be there in 8 minutes and if I wasn't ready as soon as she pulled up that she wasn't going to wait...first of all my appointment wasn't until 10am and it's only 10 mins from my house....just because you have another client in your car doesn't mean you have to be rude to me and seem to care more about your other client you already had in your vehicle and pulling up earlier than what I was told and having a very rude attitude about it was uncalled for, I have no reason to lie and want this company to know the good and bad drivers! I use to hate having to schedule transportation to get to an appointment and back;but now that i've started riding with pulze i really enjoy my rides! Every sense I started riding with PULZE it has been a absolute joy. I would like to mention two very lovely ladies{ Lashaunda and Latrice} these two ladies are such nice people,they drive great,will help you any way u need them to.They just seem to go out of there way to make my trip a very pleasant one! Now when i schedule my trips for the week,i don't hate it because i know to say i want to ride with only Pulze transportation and no matter who they send i can depend on them to be very helpful and courteous.They have all been safe drivers and i don't have to worry about any problems along the way.I would like to add that la shaunda and latrice are my favorite drivers so far! lol no matter what i can rely on those two ladies to be polite,helpful,and safe seems like they always have a smile on there face every time!! I've only rode with a few so far but im sure i will meet the rest of the drivers and i already know i don't have to worry about a thing!
