Thats what was in my bathroom when he finished. Doesn't look clear to me, now I am no plumber or septic pro, but come on. They offered a good faith refund of 100. I'm confused they said if it didn't work it would be a 250 refund not 100. Do not use! Do not recommend! Rip off!!! Zero stars.If you are not a plumber then you should not say I will clear the line for an additional 250 and if it doesn't work I won't charge you. The right thing to do would be to say you need a regular plumber if you couldn't do what I needed. Not charge me almost 1000 dollars to not fix the problem I wanted addressed. We talked on the phone also got bombarded by you and your wife via text. There is nothing more to talk about maybe you will be better and more clear and concise or just do the right thing and refund the 250.

John came out today and dug up our septic tank this morning, and he was very helpful in answering all our questions. We got to watch the whole process (digging up the covers, pumping, and all that goes with it). John was a hoot to work with, and made us laugh throughout the process! Our tank hasn't been pumped in 10 years, and he said it looked good for such a long time. Part 1: I requested a plumber for snaking my septic line. They recommended Jason. Jason was the…read moreonly plumber available. He came out early 30 min early. I knew my line was backed up already- no new information since I had a septic crew who identified that for me upon opening the lid. I asked him if he would snake the line as I believe it to be roots blocking the line. (That is why I called him).. however instead of snaking the line he recommended sending a a scope in a waterlogged line. After sending the scope he told me no roots are blocking the septic. He charged 175 for it and said that he isn't going to snake it as he sees no roots. I asked him if he could indicate where the end of the camera was but he didn't bring that tool. Therefore we couldn't see if it was in the septic tank or elsewhere. He even wanted to charge a 4% fee for paying with credit card- but he didn't say that before when I made the appointment. I feel that it was not a good use of my money since I have a sewer camera and I didn't need that service from him. He said the leach field is full but I have dry wells. Part 2: I'm going to update my review. I did have another company come by and open the lid- it was roots in the lines. I contacted Jason and he was quick to ask if he could fix the situation by snaking the line. He came the same day and completed the job. I appreciate that he did so quickly and resolved the issue. I changed this review from one star to four as I had much anxiety due to the situation. Thank you Jason for following up and making things right.
