    Worn down inflatable

Facility is old, run down and unsanitary. I attended a party here and was highly unsatisfied with my experience. Throughout the arenas there are plenty of torn or broken down pieces of infrastructure, whether it is the inflatables or simple maintenance. The place is entirely ran by teenagers, which is not a problem but there seems to be no adult supervision. Employees easily slack off and remain inattentive while children are at play. To top it off the food is overpriced and poor quality. You pay $38 for a pizza and $30 for a 10 serving fruit bowl. This place is a complete scam and I suggest reviewing your options before booking here.

Came here for open play on a Sunday. Paid $19 per kid, and was told rock climbing is not available for open play. We checked in at 4:20pm, staff told us to wait in the lobby and forgot about us, so we went in at 4:30pm but she said it starts at 4:35pm and asked us to get out and wait. They have Arena A & B. Each arena has 3 bouncy houses with slides. Very simple structures for kids 5-9 years old. Older kids may not be interested and younger kids may get hurt by other kids. Two vending machines on site, you can get drinks and snacks for about $2.5 each (cash only). All water fountains on site are not available.

Olivia went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure my son had an amazing birthday party! I booked the party super last minute and she made it happen plus more! Everyone had an amazing time that Friday evening!! Thank you SO MUCH, Olivia!! I'll be sure to recommend Pump It Up to all my friends and family :)

She truly took care of everything, from setup and food refills to coordinating the group photo, cake time, and a smooth wrap-up with goodie bags. We also used their preferred décor vendor, Air Lollipops, and the balloon setup was already beautifully done when we arrived. It looked fantastic and added so much to the party. The kids had an absolute blast. The space is perfect for a wide range of ages. I loved the layout because parents can relax in the party area while still easily watching their kids play. Easy location, good parking, and completely stress-free. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend hosting a party here!

I booked a same-day playtime slot for January 2 at 3:00 pm. Unfortunately, my children woke up from their nap with a fever, and as a responsible parent, I chose not to bring sick children into a shared play space. I reached out that same day to explain the situation and request a refund or at least a credit. I never received a response and had to follow up again two weeks later by calling. Only then was I told that no refund or credit would be issued due to their policy. While they repeatedly stated they "empathize" and agree that sick children should stay home, they still refused to offer any accommodation -- not even a credit -- and abruptly ended the conversation. I was also told comparisons like missing flights or Disneyland trips, which felt dismissive and irrelevant to a small, local children's play facility. I understand businesses have policies, but a children's business should also show compassion and common sense when illness is involved. This experience made it clear that customer service and flexibility are not a priority here. I would not recommend this place to other parents based on how this situation was handled.

As a parent, a few things that I really liked about this camp: 1) they provide snack 2) they make sure the kids wash their hands 3) they have a drive thru pick up/ drop off system. Very easy and convenient. You show your ID to pick up your kid - very safe. 4) the kids did so many activities throughout the day. They would play games and do crafts and it seemed like the workers were very engaged with the kids 5) they share pictures with you at the end of the week. They run multiple parties at the same time and you rotate hourly between the gym, food, and arcade. Gym: Nice play structure with a small area for younger kids. Probably most ideal for kids 3-5. Food: Aside from cake, you have to utilize their food options. We had pizza, fried chicken, juice/water/soda and fruit. The dining area is quite small so if you are expecting more than 30 total people, you will feel like sardines. Arcade: Geared towards young kids, but they also have skeeball. Birthday packages are on the pricey side (starting at $750) so probably would wait until kids are at least 4-5 so that they can enjoy everything.

Appreciate their positive energy. I'd like to note that their policy allows for entrance 10m before party time, but not after? Strange. I had a 2-hour party and I believe it should have been strongly discouraged for a party of my size. I didn't anticipate how rushed it would feel, nor that overage time would be charged by the minute at the end. While I understand their policy and did read about it beforehand, I would have appreciated a clearer recommendation during our initial communications. Given the size of my party (and I had extra people I didn't expect to show up come), more time was realistically needed for setup and breakdown, and a heads-up from peek a boo team would have been helpful, as they are the professionals.

It costs $18 per child for a full day with ins and outs (only weekdays) which is great if you have freedom during the week. It''s $14 per child under 1 years old which is pricey in my opinion however they are free if they are accompanied by a paid sibling. Really no reason to bring a kid under one here unless you're trying to entertain an older sibling. They say there's only 1 adult per child playing but me and my husband have come with just one kid before. Need to have peek-a-boo factory socks which are $3. Here's what they list on their website along with my comments: Junior Play Area (3 - 12 yrs old)- I'd say 12 is a little on the older side for what they have. Ideally 3-8 although I'm sure 8+ kids will have fun. Just hard when there are mostly younger kids around. Toddler/Baby Play Area (0 - 3 yrs old): here there are a couple of slides which kids like, a wood train set that doesn't have correct pieces to piece together (but not many kids will notice), a magnetic wall with gears that adults have to fix for the kids since they are usually pulled apart, very little food for the play kitchen which looks a little dirty, some velcro shapes that don't stick very well to the wall, and the glow up pegs you can stick into the board. It's hard to tell that they light up since the area is well lit in general. There are some duplos with a small lego table and some large cushion lego pieces you can help the kids play with if you are hands on. There's also a music section but sometimes the wall pieces are broken, as well as a large mat piano. Overall, not the best area for 0-3 year olds but it will keep them busy while their older siblings play. Rock Wall- I've never seen anyone on this and wonder if it's just for parties. It's a fairly narrow climb so straightforward. Interactive Games- they are setting up more and more of these money makers and making them flashy and loud to get kids attention. I don't really enjoy these but they include a whack-a-mole, a mini air hockey table, a motorcycle ride that they've had forever with tom from tom and jerry, a stomping game, and a couple of aiming type games. It's overpriced and I'd rather see other options that don't dig into pockets. Huge Party Room- I haven't had a party here so can't say much. Snack Bar- nice to have an option for rushed parents but everything is marked well up. Includes apple sauce pouches, honest juice, and bunch of other packaged snacks from $1+ Parents Seating Area- ample seating on cushions or chairs with small circular tables. Water Fountains- near bathrooms which are large and tidy single rooms. Free WiFi- works fine. Free Indoor Parking Lot- one of the hugest perks of this place. Overall, we like this place and come monthly for its convenience. I think it would be better if they revamped the toddler section and considered something other than the dollar arcade machines. They also have a section of treats/coin machines near the bathrooms, but I would rather see an interactive wall or something educational/interesting.

Birthday girl had a great time exploring, playing and eating. The team were so easy to work with from the email correspondence on my Cinnamoroll themed table vision to day of set up. The staff were super quick & accommodating when they were assisting me with the set up. They helped me string up and put a HBD banner and set up my little one's high chair and way more like help bring stuff in, stock the drink fridge, set out the pastries, etc. They just knew what to do & did it straight away. I was amazed by the speed and professionalism! If only I had this level of set up at every birthday party. Barely any dictation or answering questions was needed. What a hugeeee lift off the mental load! There's a dedicated drink fridge in front of the register that kept our drinks chilled and easy for guests to grab. The food table is nice and long so it held a lot of food & we had A LOTT of food. We opted for the photo package too which was nice because usually being the host means you're too busy to take photos and get photos taken of your family. Overall, I highly recommend this place for your little one's special event! I only wish that this place was bigger so that we could invite more friends to our event. That charge is ridiculous. Many children are with both parents and i'm guessing this charge is more about space than anything else. The adults SUPERVISING their children are not typically here for their own enjoyment yet they're being charged an extra fee if more than one comes? You're wrong for that.
