They claimed it's been fixed so, fingers crossed, the next group won't have the same issues we had. I paid in full when I booked online. When I arrived they said I had to pay the balance, minus the reservation fee. When I showed them my receipt showing that I had paid in full they would not accept my documentation. I had to pay an additional $98 to bowl with our party. Terrible, terrible experience! With Frisco being so "family friendly" I'm shocked at how few bowling options there are!

Regular and VIP. I wasn't sure what VIP was or if that's something we could sign up for. My kids earned some tickets, not a whole lot but was happy the award center had small items they could still get and were happy. The guy managing it has a lot of patience dealing with some of the craziness abound. Kudos to him. He was helpful and very nice. I reserved bowling online and got sticker shock. For two adults and 3 kids 6 and under for one lane came out to a hair over $100 for Friday night. I was really turned off by the online convenience fee of $8. The process was easy though and check in a good experience. They had the names populated for thr game. Although they ask you for players shoe sizes before hand if available, that didn't carry over to the staff at check in so we had to relate it again. While bowling we enjoyed ourselves. The equipment was maintained and operational. It was cool you could upload photos of your visit and it would appear on the screens in the lanes. Table configurations were a little tight. Food ordering was straightforward. The person that took care of us was Thai. I got to give him credit as he was a one man show it seemed. Bartending, taking orders and making sure we're were taken care of. The pizza was horrible. Fries were better. Cocktails were good. Food pricing was reasonable. All in all, it's a good choice if you are looking for a less chaotic place for family or even a date.

I think they have that game too! Really great vibe; not overly chaotic, just people of all ages genuinely having a good time. Also, shoutout to the girl at the front w the Star Wars sweatshirt. She complimented my Wu Tang shirt before I could compliment her fabulous sweatshirt and from that point I knew a RAD time, was about to be had ;). I hate that I forgot her name, but she was awesome and instantly made the place feel even cooler. The Force was no doubt with her! Had a genuinely great time and will definitely be back a 3rd time!!

They have nearly every console and you can play almost all of them or at least something from each era. The giant pong game is an absolute must for geeks of all ages. I could spent another couple of hours in there if the lil one would have been willing. Your admission includes 4 tokes and you can play some classics and little known arcade games. This is not anything compared to Pinballz or Game Preserve, but it is a fun addition and we enjoyed it.

At the end of the museum is a retro arcade. You get four tokens with your ticket upon entry, but you could always buy more. There is private party room as well. There was a birthday party when we attended and the kids were having a blast playing in the arcade. I wish the location was attached to a skating rink or something else retro but physical to make an afternoon of it. Parking is easy, it's next to the library so no charge to park and all access is flat. Overall it's a good visit but will only occupy 1-2 hours.

This was one of the most disappointing customer experiences we've had, not because of a rule--but…read morebecause of how it was handled. Our six-year-old son loves racing. He's been racing regularly since early November at another Andretti location and has already been officially verified as meeting the height requirement for the junior track. We came to this location excited, with family in town, expecting the same consistency. Instead, he was denied access based on a manager's visual guess from behind the counter. No one measured him. No policy was clearly explained. No customer records were checked. And the manager refused to even come out to engage directly. If height requirements are about safety (which we fully respect), then they should be enforced objectively and consistently. Guessing from a distance is not safety--it's laziness and poor leadership. What made this worse was the complete lack of empathy. Watching a child who loves racing go from excited to confused and disappointed--without explanation or care--was heartbreaking and entirely avoidable. The Andretti name stands for precision and professionalism. What we experienced here was the opposite: disengaged management, inconsistent policy enforcement, and a total breakdown in customer experience. We didn't ask for special treatment. We expected competence, consistency, and basic respect--especially when dealing with kids. This experience ruined our visit and seriously damaged our trust in this location. Until Andretti addresses these leadership and operational issues, we won't be returning--and we'll think twice before recommending it to other families.

After a over 30-minute wait for checks due to a "system issue," we were met with defensiveness rather than an apology. Manager Zach was aggressive, blaming our split checks for the delay, even though we saw atleast 3 other large groups check out while we sat in limbo. While our server, Myste, did her best and deserved her gratuity, she was clearly left hanging by her leadership. No effort was made to recognize my mother's birthday, nothing was comped for the over hour-long check ordeal, and the "make-good" coupons handed to us at the end were actually expired. Technical issues are understandable; a lack of empathy and basic communication from leadership is not. We won't be returning.

We got an appetizer two entrées and a dessert along with 2 90 minute unlimited gameplay cards. My wife and I had an amazing experience beginning with the service. Our waitress was very friendly did a very good job of explaining the package and made sure that we had a great experience throughout the night. For the appetizer, my wife and I ordered the pretzel dogs and I am not kidding when I say these are some of the best pretzel dogs that I've ever had. It was also accompanied by a cheese sauce that had a little bit of a kick with possibly some paprika mixed it. It was the perfect combo and it was a great bite, dipping the hotdog into the cheese sauce. This will definitely be on the rotation for when my wife and I come back to Dave & Buster's. For entrées, my wife ordered the sirloin steak and I ordered the teriyaki sirloin steak. For Dave and Busters not being a steakhouse, these steaks were very good and definitely over exceeded my expectations. The steak was perfectly cooked and had very good seasoning and some very good flavor around it. I usually do not recommend ordering steaks outside of a steakhouse but my wife and I decided we were trying to be a little bit healthier, but and I would recommend the sirloin steak option if you're looking for something a little bit healthier at Dave & Buster's. The fries are very good and also very well seasoned. The steak also came with some frazzled onions. They were also very good and having a bite with the steak the frazzled onions and some fries was what's wrong Luca a tasty bite. To close out our dinner, my wife and I ordered the brownie sundae and it was a slam dunk and capped off a perfect rotation for our dual meal. The brownies were not too rich, and that ice cream was very good and it was the perfect combination. The restaurant had a great atmosphere over overall and after our dinner, we went ahead and took advantage of unlimited play for an hour and a half and I was reminded of my childhood and how much fun I had at Dave & Buster's and was glad that my wife recommended doing this as a date night suggestion for Valentines. Especially for a Friday night it was not overly crowded. We did not have to wait to play any of the games that we wanted Luca Luca, and they had a greatest assortment of different types of games to play they kept that's very entertained for the whole hour and a half. This was a great experience. The food was delicious. The gameplay was a lot of fun and felt for $100 that this was extremely great value will definitely look at coming back to Dave & Buster's for future date night occasions and taking up some of the other different dining and gaming options.
