We came here for my daughter's field trip and had such high hopes for this place since we were going to be the only school here. Wrong very wrong. Our school is large and we had a whole bunch of groups, this place was not prepared staff wise. None of the places opened inside for over an hour of being there so groups were lined up at two locations. The kids spent most of the day walking around or waiting in line. Once the other places opened only like 5 opened up. There was nothing to do kids were getting restless and overall it was a terrible experience. The concept is great but the lack of staff that day to actually make the experience great really fell short. You knew a school was going to be there, so prepare for that.

The eternally closed activity. Such a bummer.

Its a cool concept with poor execution. They definitely need to hire more people. The Turner Construction Site is the main draw, but was closed both times we came. The lack of staff means there are really really long wait times for the few available activities. Really overpriced, even with a 20% off code.

This was an experience! My daughter is 6 and she loved our visit. We didn't know what all to truly expect. I will say that we are thankful for the guide that we ran into soon as we entered as they gave us a full run down on how to operate and maximize our time. I note this because I noticed that there were other parents who weren't privy to this information like start times of experiences and the concept of money, which I think could've affected their experience. We went on a Saturday so it was very busy. None the less i highly recommend parents to take their children especially 6+ as there is much for them to experience

I would love to give this place 5 stars, but unfortunately I cannot. Very cute concept and the kids seemed to really like it. Went on a field trip which included our school and 2 other schools. Check in process was smooth and quick. Once inside the kids are free to go to any job. Most of the jobs were closed which really sucked. The main attraction is the airport and it was closed. There were a handful of jobs open, causing long wait times. This is not a playground and the staff takes their time to teach the job and allow the kids to perform the job which is so cool. Tips: Bring cash! They give the kids money to start the jobs. Some jobs you earn money and some attractions you pay to play with the fake money. However, you have to have cash for 7 Eleven and Pie Five, not sure about the places that were not open. Advice: Hire more staff, make sure majority of the attractions are available, especially the airport. Cut down the time for the jobs to make lines go faster. Make sure people are getting their monies worth. Had I paid to go here, I'd ask for a refund. Will I go back? Absolutely! And would hope that more jobs are open. Closed jobs/attractions: Airport, construction site, Colgate, Fashion Studio, Bakery, Pie Five, Planet Fitness, Police Station, Bank, Passport Office, Zecret Intelligence Agency, Happy Taco, Jam Session, Art Studio, Theater, Corner Store. I'm sure I missed a few.

I took my grandkids here today after hearing what an awesome place it is. They were super excited. It was terrible. Let me start with tje good things first. It was very clean.....now onto the notbso good. The place is huge and has many different areas for them to ezplore but out of the 30 or more that they offer only about 10 were open. There were very few workers and they were working more than one station. They would have to close one to go run another. They dod not rotaye throughout the area to open more they just ran the same 10 or so stations. These tickets are not cheap to drive an hour and a half for you to not provide the service you advertise! The kids were so disappointed as was I. I love the concept but you are literally ripping people off. One worker told me that it has everything open on the weekend. We paid the same money as rhe weekend visitors! The kids would love to go back bit not for 10 stations .... seriously you need to do better! So disappointed for my grankids who I dont get to see often. This was supposed to be a special day together...thanks for ruining it .

This place has really gone downhill in the past year or so. Many of the experiences are closed, and the ones that are open do not take groups back to back, which means that kids are waiting even longer than before to get in. The staff seems so nonchalant, tired, and sometimes rude. Fountain drink machines are constantly broken. Nothing else to eat but pizza, and unfortunately you are not allowed to bring your own food. I have already cancelled my membership. Something needs to be done STAT.

It's one of those places you want to visit just once. Took my kids and the cost to get in is high, $49.95 for children (ages 4-14), $16.95 for toddlers (ages 2-3), and $16.95 for adults, with babies under 2 getting in free. And they limit the activities on age so ages 5 and below doesn't have much to do given this isn't a free play place. After going with my 6yr and 4yr I would say this place is more suited for 8-12yr. If this had a free play experience then the younger kids would have more fun. We spent more time walking around trying to find the next location of the next scheduled class than actually doing anything. Once we found the class the lines were so long we had to go find something else to do as the classes only take a few kids at a time and are scheduled and the next time the class will be open could be hours. So not being able to do most of the activities wasn't something I'd care to go back to. My kids got tired of walking around mostly watching other kids play so we left. https://schedule.kidzaniausa.com/ https://dallas.kidzaniausa.com/kidzaniaguide#Map

As everyone has said it's a great concept. This is probably better for someone who lives locally and gets a pass so they can come back and explore all the options. It is pricey and it's silly that they charge for the parent to take up space waiting around for the kids. Definitely better suited for 6 and up and better for kids to go with friends so they have someone to hang out with. They really could make this place more organized. Since actives are scheduled and limited in number of kids, they could have it organized so kids could do an scheduled tour and make the most out of time. As many people mentioned, you waste a lot of time waiting around in lines for the activity. For three hours we did two jobs. We also ate and opened a bank account. The kids had fun but it was definitely a special occasion event to spend so much on such a short activity.

We enjoyed the opportunities to explore different careers. The different options and the flash mob was very exciting.

If I throw a birthday party for my eight year old with 10 kids will there be someone in there to keep the group together?

This place is incredibly disorganized and honestly feels like a lawsuit waiting to happen. For the amount of money you spend to get in, absolutely nothing here is worth it. Here is what you need to know before you go: * Zero Staff Supervision: There are no staff members supervising the bounce room or the shooting area. Because of this, little kids are running wild with guns everywhere. * Not Teen-Friendly: Because the facility is overrun with unsupervised "littles," teenagers do not have a dedicated or safe place to actually play. If you have older kids, this is definitely not the place for you. * Broken Games: The "video game" area is a joke. They only have 12 older games, and only 4 of them actually work. * No Basic Amenities: There is absolutely nowhere to put your shoes. On top of that, they do not offer any food or drinks for sale, meaning you have to haul everything in yourself. Save yourself the headache and the money. We will not be returning.

The staff were patient, kind, and helpful. Thank you for making the experience great! One of the things I didn't like were the playgrounds. I went with a four year old so naturally we went on the playground suitable for her age. I saw bigger children on this one and children not supervised by their parents. I didn't like how it was monitored.
