Great place my 3 year old. Very clean and a lot of different things to play on. Price is very reasonable for what you get.

Party Harty Entertainment - DJ. Doesn't he look excited to be throwing a party?

He came in looking like a slob in a faded black T-shirt and wasn't very friendly. When we approached him with a box full of light-up toys to hand out, he said, "Leave them there [indicating the stage/platform] and I'll take care of it." He never handed them out. He never did anything to engage the crowd, such as announcing some of the #1 hits from our high school years. We we called to give feedback to Party Harty they were rude and dismissive and told us we got what we paid for. We paid $1,300 and we certainly did not get our money's worth. We would have been better off bringing in a CD player or just streaming a 70s station ourselves. I will never recommend or use them again!

He sat all night, did nothing to add some character to an environment which was a sophisticated party of mature adults. When contacting the management post party I was treated with a series of profane and vulgar statements, attacking me personally. I mentioned that the DJ said he'd help us with the hand outs and the verbal tirade of profanities came my way. We have used this company 3 times for our grandchildren's' celebrations. No matter whether our criticisms were valid to Party Hardy, never did I expect them to be so crude and disrespectful. All that glitters is not gold and the ownership and management of this company is just plain dreadful.

More often to NY & LI families for Bar Mitzvah's, & Weddings. The first Touch of Class party I attended in 1999 was at a Sachs 5h Ave in Huntington, LI, where the founder Sherry Schweitzer was donating catering to the 1 in 9 Foundation. The drinks were plentiful and H'orderves were in abundance and original. A Touch of Class also hosted an event for our local banking association for an annual party, and it was the best we have had, with a gambling theme that brought out the fun in the entire crowd. Will look for photos of me with the host, will post more when I find them. In the know on the top city venues to Long Island and even a few upstate Mansions they can book a location, provide invitations, themes, decor, flowers, catering, music and photography for any event. They have 20 +years of experience regionally and book the best of the best when needed, and can book best within someone's budget as well. A Touch of Class is a preferred vendor with various Long Island venues. I recommend Sherry for her pleasant demeanor, calm under pressure, and experience overall. I have known her since 1992 when we worked in the same building in Woodbury where their first store was, they are now in Syosset since 2000. A Touch of Class can also be called for simple summer parties and things such as kids inflatable slides, carnival type food stands and birthday entertainment also.

It's a…read morelarge, well-designed indoor play area with many different sections for kids to explore and a lot of potential. We attended an "Eat and Play with Elmo" event, and unfortunately the experience fell short, especially given the $40 price. Parking is very limited, and the event felt oversold and overcrowded. The heat was not working, and with temperatures below 30 degrees outside, it was barely warmer inside. Most conversations among parents were about how cold everyone was, and many adults and children kept their coats and hats on the entire time. If the heat wasn't working, the event really should have been rescheduled. There were also safety concerns. The gate separating the play area from the rest of the space was not functioning and remained open the entire time. While I was putting away our shoes and diaper bag, my daughter slipped into the play area, which was unsettling. The Elmo costume itself looked great and was very realistic, but the character interaction was a major disappointment. The person inside the costume seemed disengaged and unhappy to be there. Elmo mostly stood in one spot and did not interact warmly with the children. There were no hugs, no pats on the back, and very little acknowledgment of the kids beyond an occasional half-hearted wave. For an event centered around meeting Elmo, the lack of enthusiasm and interaction was especially disappointing. Other moms I spoke to noticed the same thing The space itself is lovely, but for a $40 "Eat and Play with Elmo" event, this experience fell short of expectations.

Their follow up was non-existant, and their lack of communication had me on the verge of nervous breakdown at every turn. The 2 boutonnières I was charged for (after ordering centerpieces for 12 tables) were never supplied and the only restitution I received was "I'm sorry, I yelled at my staff." The Scotto Brothers venues are beautiful and my party was perfect, but I would NEVER recommend Perfect Wedding Planner or Perfect Wedding Planner Florals to ANYONE.

There's a bounce and play area with slides in the back and the rest of the place is an arcade. Arcades include your typical skee ball, basketball, wheel spin, etc. They use the old school system of arcade machines that give you those long lines of tickets whenever you win. My kids were fascinated by this setup since it's different from every place else that just has your earnings on the card. They have been clamoring to return ever since. Been in the community for the last 4 years and have ran past on numerous occasions and thought it was a bit older of a crowd. I was pleasantly surprised when we walked inside and they asked us to remove our shoes, which is a big plus for me because it gives off a much cleaner vibe overall. It has an old school arcade vibe, especially with tickets being dispensed from the machines. A few of them were not functioning, and I felt bad asking the staff to replenish the tickets for them to open the machines and there be tickets inside, but obviously not their fault. There was also a large bounce house and a gym area for the kids to run around, and overall I thought it fit the age group very well. Afterwards, they had pizza (from Franks across the street - our favorite) Overall, would definitely recommend for birthday parties, and will be checking out open play in the future.
