If I could, I would give this place a solid 3.5 stars. I don't usually open a review like this but I'm pleased to have a great place like this close to home and I really think they do a fine job of finding friendly people to work inside. I especially like the fact that while I've never been here on a weekend day, the place is never overly crowded or hectic. Other places close by can get pretty packed and chaotic. Having said that, there are some things that could use improvement. For one, get a vacuum cleaner that can make the carpets appear clean. There is always so much lint and debris on the carpet, it seems they don't attempt to clean them. I asked one of the nice girls who work there about it and she said they do try but apparently the fabric of the carpet wont let go of the fuzz. I'd get that one figured out quick if it was my place. Not the end of the world, to be sure, but an easy fix that should be addressed. On the plus side, there is so much to keep a toddler/youngster occupied. Two hours in here and you're sure to get a good nap from your little one. Plenty of bouncy houses for jumping and climbing will get them tired and exercised. At the end of the first hour when they've been on everything at least twice, they move the cart holding your belongings to another side and there are all new adventures waiting for your little one. More bouncing and a couple of arcade-style games and a nerf cannon section. Watch for specials- you can save a few bucks when they run a multi-trip offer. I recently saw a five-trip for $25. Thats an awesome deal in anyone's book. The website clearly and easily leads you to the date and the open-play times. Easy.... super easy.... Some of their competitors can take a lesson on "ease of use" web sites from them. Overall, we will make our way back often when I get a day off from work or when the weather isn't taylor-made for out of doors activities. I just hope they can get a vacuum for the floor. I've had good experiences with Pump It Up but this wasn't one of them. This has got to be the worst kept Pump It Ups I've ever been to. I was invited to join a birthday party and it pretty much went down hill as soon as I entered the parking lot and didn't find any parking spots. I parked out on the street as a result. The slides and the bouncy castles were ok, the kids seemed to have fun with them but that seemed to be the only thing was matched expectations. There was just one mini tandem basketball hoop that was not inflated properly that had a super soft rim. Shots kept bouncing off the soft rim as a result. At all the other Pump It Ups I've been to there was an larger sized inflated version with larger sized basketballs. This one also had a piece in the back where you three tennis balls that was supposed to have a radar gun tracking the speed of the throws against a backdrop of a catcher and hitter. The radar piece didn't work and there was only one or two tennis balls to throw. In the second room, there was a soft air pitching machine hat you feed styrofoam balls into. Needless to say, there was only about 10 balls for 4 of these machines. That's just really sad. Watching the Pump It Up team feed the kids with pizza stacked up in one hand from the counter and dumping the pizza on plates at the table with the other hand was pretty gosh darned unimpressive. I'd never recommend coming back here and I'd probably recommend to the host not to as well. read more

Update ! New bounce houses and staff members are attentive and by every bounce house :) Kids had a great time ! No a random mix of ages either! Everyone under the age of 4. Only 10$ per child and adults don't pay. You're also allowed to go on the slides Tia company your child. The music is deafening in the air gun with the balls area, Beware ! Save your money and book your party elsewhere. We unfortunately had a party back here in February. The staff allowed the guests from the party before us to not only walk out without paying for their own bill, but also with all of my son's presents. The owner at first offered to compensate my son for his loss, but then changed his tune and claimed no liability at all. How you leave my son's presents upfront next to disgruntled guests without any supervision is just plain negligent. Well I guess when you have kids running the location and no manager on duty, one can only expect disaster. The owner should be ashamed of himself. Worst party experience ever. Where do I begin. They lied about the quote. The staff sat in the corner with a annoyed face. The other staff stood in another corner and just talked to each other. Then they brought me in. A room to go over what's next. The said they were going to sing happy birthday when we went into the food room for pizza. I said ok then we will sing again for the cake. Yes the staff said. We went into the room. Kids had pizza in from of them them, 2 seconds later they put cake in front of my son and sang happy birthday while everyone ate pizza and my son didn't.. they rushed through this , didn't refill drinks.. there was an extra 20 minutes at the end, it wasn't like we were short on time .. We had our 8 year old's bday party at Pump it Up Plainview today. I am not normally a Yelp reviewer - in fact this is the FIRST time I've ever taken time out of my day to write a review. The only positive thing I can say is that the kids had a great time (luckily children are oblivious of adults who are unprofessional and staff members who act more like Zombies than birthday party attendants). Every single one of the young employees working in the 2 bouncy rooms looked like they would rather be getting their wisdom teeth pulled than overseeing the children playing. When we got into the party room, the young woman working there was a little more personable (but that's not saying much). When it was time to play limbo, the 2 workers sat on the bench like limp noodles with scowls on their face the whole time. We ended up cutting the party 15 minutes short because there was no point spending any more time with these staff members. But the thing that REALLY pissed me off was the behavior of the owner/manager (assuming that's what he was?) he said to my husband "Hope everyone had fun....ready for the NOT FUN part of this? hahahahaha". Meaning - ok pay me now. Are you kidding me??? Then I asked the young woman behind the counter if I should pay her. The same man said loudly "Oh no, you gotta pay the MAN". I've had an unfortunate experience at this place. My kids have off because of parent teacher conference and we decided to take the children to have a good time and I call in advance to find out their hours but they failed to mention that there is an age limit to their open play. We drive 30 minutes to get to the locationanf people in the front don't care - too bad they say because my children are over six- I explain I just called but you failed to mention it, then proceed to say you should look at our website. Management didn't care either and they actually looked at us judgementally because they said kids this age are not supposed to be out of school anyway - So we don't offer open play for kids on over six. So that's it they just lost a customer never there again. Extremely rude and not even an apology. read more

While we were visiting my family, we took the kids to one of the Open Jumps. The kids were so excited to be playing on the giant inflatables. The time went so fast. By the end of the event, the kids were so tired, but wanting to come the next day! The facility was super clean and the staff were very energetic. read more

I hosted my daughters 3rd Birthday party here and I selected the wrong package on cyber Monday not realizing they had a laser area because it was a bounce house location which is also not clear in the details. The disappointment was that the $269 deal included the arena only (which I thought was a bounce room) and everything including decorations and paper goods were out of pocket expense. I paid $407 in total... not bad I must say but not worth 30 min in a laser room for a 3yr old girl. I spoke wit Sal this morning not expecting a refund but to discuss the lack of professionalism that followed from arrival... my party started 15min later than stated in contract and his staff said no one from my party had arrived which was false because we arrived and waited outside the from door because two other parties had waiting present bins and nothing was waiting for my child ... Sal was very defensive stating he would review the video and follow up with staff. I had hosts using children as targets in the laser room and his rationale was staff are interactive... my child and family were in the room 30 min before being rushed into the party room.. I stepped out to the bathroom and came back they were ready to cut the cake within 15min. My daughter did not get her name on the welcoming board nor was her present box ready upon arrival in addition to her name being spelled wrong. At check out I had to wait up to 10min with no one ahead of me and staff just sitting behind the counter... my gifts were left at the front door unattended after being brought out of the room by staff... Although I will not host another party here... I will use the jump passes because of the promise I made to my daughter for a bounce house party on her birthday. read more

I attended a birthday party here yesterday (10/9); and might I add this is why I'm giving it 0 stars. It was a 5 year olds birthday in which the attendants were too busy worried about their own conversations and flirting with one another than the children playing. At one point three of them were standing backs towards the bounce area and would have never known if a child had been injured or anything happened. My daughter was headed into the party area to eat, as she was walking in she went to put hand sanitizer on, which then squirted directly in her eye, I ran quickly to her rescue..... and another parent, but no attendants, no one asked how she was until, I ran her into the hallway, to use the water fountain to clean her eye out while another parent got me some tissues, and then a worker who I'll assume was a manager said "what's going on with her"; I was dumbfounded and said she's fine I cleaned the hand sanitizer out of her eye, thanks, went back to the party. Maybe I shouldn't have been so abrupt with him, but I was a concerned mom, trying to help my child, but maybe he should've filled out an accident report, but that did not happen, liability much? Then headed into the party room, Pizza was served, another child raised her hand and said she wanted another slice, the attendant grabbed the slice with his not gloved hand and put it in his gloved hand- like if were going to be sanitary, then be sanitary, but come on! This place is freaking awesome! I'm in my 30's my friends all have kids I'm expecting my first baby soon. Anyway that said the place was booked for like hour and a half , there's 2 huge rooms , each has different bounce house stuff. The place is clean , there's a few arcade games n stuff to kill time when your waiting , they split the time between the big rooms. For adults I spotted a few gladiator now staffs with pads and we we beating each other up. The staff there is awesome , no idea what other commenters were talking about , there's young girls are running everywhere looking out for toddlers and do. Damn good job. After all the bounce house fun they have a food lunch room. They had tons of pizza and drinks , looks like they had some arrangement w a local pizza place. They have a giant kinda chair for the birthday boy or girl , very cute . All in all this place was awesome fun , I would not only go back I can't wait to go back to this place , it's in a bit of an industrial area but it's neat and clean and plenty of parking . This place is truly amazing. Just had my sons 6th birthday party here and the staff was very attentive. Facility is very clean and everything just flows. My son and his friends had a great time. Worst service!! I recently celebrated my child's birthday and it was a disaster, to start of I had ordered the catering food. (I selected 24 kids) and had to get other than pizza for the adults so I ordered 3 full platters of heroes and 4 extra boxes of pizzas. when all was set and done at the private room, I noticed that I only had 1 platter of the heroes (how do I feed only a few people with 1 platter and the rest of the folks just watch others eat?? (so embarrassing). When I asked they gave me the run around. Never put an effort to find out what happened to the order, on top of that the extra boxes of pizzas weren't order either. That day was the last time I ever celebrate my kids birthday there. Oh and the icing on the cake... a young man that works there was so sarcastic with a few of my guest. (So much money for a place that do not have any type of organization) Tip: there should be a better training for the workers, so that they pay more attention to details of orders placed and in conduct. read more

The staff and place are great but more staff is needed in the rooms. Parents forget that they must watch their own kids and some just think they can sit drink coffee and chat or play on their phones. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would time & time again. I originally a book a birthday party for son''s 4th birthday party and am also 8 months pregnant at the time. At the time of booking, I had to pay a $150 deposit and the rest of the balance due day of party. About 6 days earlier then my son's party, my OB called me and they were scheduling my c-section for the end of the week due to complications that I've bee having throughout my pregnancy. That day I called 10/17, a gentlemen named Mike called me and left me a voicemail, I called back and asked to speak with him directly and explained to him my situation and informed him that I needed to cancel. He told me no problem he would mark the notes down in the system, however since it was less then a week before my party I would love my deposit. Even though I wasn't thrilled, I understand that everyone has different policies and said agreed to losing my $150 deposit. A few days later, as I'm being admitted into the hospital for surgery, my phone rings yet again from Pump It Up, now a girl named Nicolette. My husband picked up the phone because I was having pre-surgical testing done and Nicolette wanted to confirm party details. Once again, we explained to her that 3 days prior we canceled the party due to our new child being born and there was no party happening this weekend, that it needed to be canceled entirely and we already are okay with losing our deposit. She apologized numerous times and said " Im sorry, Mike must of not updated the notes in our system, I'll go ahead and cancel out the party & bed of luck". From that point on, any human being would assume that Pump It Up is aware of the party being canceled because not only did we tell Mike but now Nicolette was also informed. Sunday morning, I was up while recovering to only to find notifications on my phone that Pump It up decided to charge my charge another $329.00. I also had a voicemail at that time from a girl named Brianna. I immediately called and asked to speak with Brianna, and kindly asked her what the f happened. She said they charged my card because they needed to order food for the party. This is now, where I get angry. I said what party what are you even talking about? She said no one knew if the party was still taking place this afternoon or not. I told her over and over again that I spoke with Mike on the phone, and then my husband spoke with Nicolette. She said well we called yesterday to confirm food order and no one picked up. Yeah of course no one picked up, I was under anesthesia having a baby. She said she didn't know who I spoke to, because there was no Mike who worked at that location, which is where I lost it even more. I explained to her that I still have the voicemail on my phone that I would gladly send it her since now there is a "invisible " Mike. I said okay so let me speak with Nicolette, or better yet my husband can since hes the one who spoke with her directly. She said there was a Nicolette there however, she was unavailable. Brianna said, there was nothing she can do, since they already charge my card (very slick I must add) but to call tomorrow, which was yesterday Monday 10/23 to speak with the General Manager Sal. Called yesterday numerous times, and guess what Sal never made it to the phone! I already disputed it with the bank, and will post my experience over and over again on every website until my point gets across and my money gets returned. I'm sure if I didn't need to cancel my son's party, he would of had an amazing time but be very cautious when booking a party here because even if you do cancel, they will still charge you for the entire party amount. This place may be nice for kids but there help stinks. I called twice and their answering machine said it closes at 10 pm on weekends. Well, we went there twice on a Sunday at 7 pm only to find the place closed. This Pump It Up is not around the corner. It's a 45 min. Drive. On our third try to book a party and they said they were closing in a half hour. I called back to say I will be there in 25 min. then the girl who answered the phone said we have no one to take us around. They were closed. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. So I asked to speak to the owner and they said he does want his phone number given out. Also he lives out of state. She then said I should call back tomorrow, Monday and speak to Sal from 9 to 5. By the way, if you call, their recording still states they close at 10pm on Saturday and Sunday. Very poor to no customer service. The only reason I gave one star is because they don't have NO STARS!!!!! My only wish is that UNDERCOVER BOSS came to this location!!!!! read more
