If I could give this place -0 stars, I would. So disappointed in their lack of care for our dog! While grooming our dog, Millie, the groomer cut her bottom with the clippers. We wondered why she was whining when we picked her up and actually asked the groomer if everything went ok and were told everything went great. We return home, Millie was still whining and now licking her bottom incessantly so we noticed the cut. I call and speak with Anita, the owner, who at first is very nice. That is until I email photos, at her request, of the cut on our dogs bottom. All I was looking for was direction on what to do. She doesn't return any of my three calls or two emails. Not even after I share how red and inflamed the cut was and I planned on leaving a telling review. Unbelievable. No care at all that they have injured our pup. Nothing. I should have taken the other horrible reviews I read about this place seriously. Take my review seriously. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PUP TO THIS GROOMER. Returned to my favorite groomers for the Corgi's deshedding treatment. Office staff did not disappoint. My little fluffy love bugs looked fabulous when I picked them up. Been coming to this establishment for nearly 5+ years spending thousands of dollars over the years. Omar does a great job with Buckley's nails but they won't let you even use the bathroom when you tell them it's an emergency so it's my last time coming here. They should be more customer centric esp for loyal customers. They just lost one for one rule they oddly put in place! read more

While we have tolerated the rude staff, ineffective calendar scheduling, and inability of staff to follow grooming directions, today was the last straw. The owner is aggressive, rude and a bully. She tried to charge a handling fee for our 20 lb dog stating he was biting today. He has never bitten anyone. He has been going to pup n cuts for the last 18 months but we have also noticed his growing apprehension of being left for an appointment. The "bite" was a mere scratch but our pup's back paw is cut from the trimming and he won't let us touch it. I'm sure he was reacting to being hurt by the groomer who still failed yet again to follow grooming instructions. This place is horrible. Do not take your pet here. My dog has been to Pup n Cuts several times and it has always been a pleasant experience. However this time, she returned with several concerning scabs and marks. I wasn't communicated with for any of her wounds when I picked her up from the groomers but instead had to find out myself hours later when I closely examined her. I don't appreciate the lack of discussion considering how obvious her scabs are; she is quite literally bleeding. Will not be returning and looking to pursue further actions because this is absolutely unacceptable. read more

They do a great job on my 10 month old dogs hair and nails! She always looks good and is happy when she is leaving! Staff seem nice and they obviously know what they are doing! Expect to have your pup there for around 4 hours (I've dropped mine off at 8 am and she is done around 11:30-12:30). The check in process has been a little unorganized both times I have been (but I have only been this year, when they have covid precautions in place). My only other complaint is that they always have me pay and tip before I get to see my dog. I would like to see her first so I know what I'm paying for and can tip for everything they've done! read more

It was so easy to make an appointment, even though they seem to be super busy. I brought Smalls in yesterday, so cool they're open on Sundays. The shop is beautiful with a wide variety of things for your pet. I was greeted promptly, then the groomer came out to talk with me and explained everything, she was great!!! Horrible . The groomer Chris had bad energy from the moment i arrived . He seemed overwhelmed and made it clear that he had several dogs that day . Seems to me they are over booking . My appointment was at 2pm , they called me at 5:35 for pick up . I arrived paid 50 bucks plus tip for the cashier to apologize and tell me there was a mix up my dog wouldn't Be ready until 6pm . I waited outside in my car next thing you know my Dog comes out looking like a rat ! Yes a rat ! They cut him bald , even shaved his lashes off ! This is the best place to take your dog for grooming. I have never been disappointed by them. I have a Chihuahua/Minpin that screams bloody murder when she gets her nails cut, but they do it with ease. Their coats looked fabulous, their nails were trimmed down, and they had great smelling breath! They price was reasonable and they completed the appointment within the time frame provided. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because they forgot to give my dogs bandannas after the appointment (on the website it says it is included). So I called following the appointment to ask if I could pick up the bandannas and they said I was able to but the staff was very unfriendly regarding it.
