A new crew showed up telling me that i now employ them.. Because Ann at Land view accepted money from them and it is their right to do the job. 1. Land view has no right to sell a contract that does not exist. 2. Land view has no right to give strangers keys and codes to our community without our consent. 3. The company that she did "sell" the business to is not a legel Nevada business. My HOA is up in arms because this company chose to "give out" the codes and keys to anyone that would pay them/her. Now i am being asked to bare the cost of reprogramming all. Neighbor gate codes and replacing security FOBs for 40 homes. Go elsewhere. land view is an avalanche of trouble.

Shopping around has been a pain as most contractors are really vague and not transparent about pricing. I don't like to jump in to things unless I have an idea of what I'm getting in to , especially when we're talking thousands of dollars. I came across this company as I saw they fully remodeled a home near me (that was recently sold) and their work and design looked good. So I gave them a call and Leo (estimator) was really honest and upfront about their process and more importantly gave me a good ballpark range of what I need to come in with for a full remodel. Also provided some ideas on breaking up the project in to phases (something I never thought about). I normally wouldn't write a review but given the bad experiences I've had just getting a quote from other contractors I'm thoroughly impressed with this company so far.

After meeting with 6-8 other contractors and not feeling great about any of them (some super…read moreexpensive, some less expensive but not great vibes), we found AIC. Gil, our Project Manager, is absolutely fantastic. He is helpful, honest, and available when we have questions or changes. The quote for work was much less than other companies and he helped us understand what was possible, what made sense, and how to stay within budget. They were also able to start much faster than other companies we spoke with. Our project got delayed by a week because of a previous project that added some change orders, but we took it in stride and Gil kept us to date on the timeline. They installed new floors throughout our first floor and master bath in just 3 days. The crew was great - super nice guys (especially Alberto & Ruben) and they did a great job. His granite sub, Antonio, was super personable and helped us figure out our best options. He also helped us by offering some granite scraps for an area where we didn't have enough. They start the island demo and cabinet upgrade next week and once everything is complete, I'll update this review!

Hired Francisco to remodel two bathrooms. It was a disaster, and he walked off the job before it…read morewas completed. They had to rip out their own work and retile three places on the walls A pedestal sink was installed crooked. They didn't correctly seal the shower floor. The glass enclosure still leaks. One of the fixtures I bought for the shower went missing and was switched out with a completely different one. They broke part of my toilet and I had to have a whole new toilet installed (after he quit.) I had to ask them to return a tool of mine that went missing. Huge nicks and scratches in my hallways that were never patched or painted. Scratched paint off my metal front door. They poured cement and thin-set into the landscape rocks in my front yard and left it to harden!!!! Cut tile in my landscape rocks leaving bits and chunks of tile and marble scattered throughout my front yard. That does not blend into the rocks!!!! When I finally voiced my frustration he quit saying he can't make me happy. I accepted his resignation. About half-hour later he asked to come back but the damage had been done. I then hired other people to finish the job. After all my issues I looked up on the Nevada contractors board website the contractor license he uses and it is tied to All Inclusive Construction but the principal is listed as Eric Byron Ertenberg who I've never spoken to nor, to my knowledge had anything to do with the work in my home. That being said, I had to let the world know I have found my forever company and am so thrilled with the work I received. I wanted to have a sports court for my kids in the backyard. I stumbled upon Calvario AKA, the Calvary of Construction, by chance. I texted and Jonathan responded within 10 minutes of my request to have a quote. He showed up timely and was so friendly and professional that I instantly knew the other bids I had or was going to receive were going to the trash. His bid was straightforward, honest and I could tell his work ethic lined up with my expectations. He and his crew showed up every morning ready to work. Jonathan made sure all the "t's were crossed" when it came time for anything they needed to do asking for my permission before proceeding. When I went out to check on the progress, he and his guys had gone over and beyond what he even quoted me without charging me a single penny more. They poured more cement than I expected because he wanted the backyard to look perfect as his signature would be on his work. I had contracted him to pour cement to line up with the existing cement I already had. He was not happy with the deep grooves that were there and wanted my backyard to look uniform and perfect so he surprised me with an entire new backyard of the best cement job I've ever seen AND small groove lines to match my vision of a sports court! His crew were kind, hard working and respectful of me and my family. They too went over their call of duty. Not only did they move the bushes I had but they replaced the water lines in the backyard as well as the front! No stone was unturned when it came to what they wanted me to have. Again, at no extra cost to show what kind of work they do. When they left, they did so pristinely leaving my back and side yard completely clean. I could go on and on with how happy I am, how excited my children are and the kind of business Calvario is. This town needs to take notes from this company. Five stars and then some! I'm including pictures but please note that it is still curing and has not been power washed or painted yet.
