First, I appreciate that Selvin was quick to respond and great with communication. He came out by the next day to give me a quote on servicing the property. Since the property hadn't been serviced in six weeks while we waited for our previous gardener to hopefully recover, he also had to perform a one-time cleanup given all the growth that happened and the debris that had accumulated. Fast forward another day, Selvin serviced the property, and it looks beautiful. They did such a great job with all the trimming and cleanup. He had one of his guys come out within 3 days of my review and repair all of the boards that were warped. He screwed all four boards together, used multiple stakes on each side (instead of just two originally), and even set the corners into concrete so they wouldn't come up again. David responded to my urgent need to address a leak in my irrigation system where the poly tubing had ruptured underneath my driveway as well as a faulty joint in the main irrigation valve coupler. David arrived and proceeded to walk me through my system, discussed the age, pros/cons and we discussed the options to resolve. The age of the system was 20-years and In the end, agreed to rebuild the entire system at a very reasonable price. David knocked the work out in less than 3-4 hours. I never knew the layout of my old system, second owner and drip line tubing and emitters were buried. Now, I was able to photo document everyting with a map of how all the main and drip line tubing was laid out for future reference. I came away very happy with everything new and 1-year warranty.
