A Cryptic and shady company that has trouble communicating but not when it comes to billing. This company does not take its costumers security and safety very seriously. Mysterious billing and the surprise that she (Ann) "sold" my contract to another company and gave the security keys to them without our knowledge or consent. A new crew showed up telling me that i now employ them.. Because Ann at Land view accepted money from them and it is their right to do the job. 1. Land view has no right to sell a contract that does not exist. 2. Land view has no right to give strangers keys and codes to our community without our consent. 3. The company that she did "sell" the business to is not a legel Nevada business. My HOA is up in arms because this company chose to "give out" the codes and keys to anyone that would pay them/her. Now i am being asked to bare the cost of reprogramming all. Neighbor gate codes and replacing security FOBs for 40 homes. Go elsewhere. land view is an avalanche of trouble. read more

I guess they do well enough and big enough jobs, that they can cherry pick their clients. I would have preferred that they would have just honestly told me that they didn't want to or simply could not do my project. Instead I get unreturned phone calls, no replies to email. Upon contacting them, I spoke with two employees who profusely apologized for the lack of communication and then still heard nothing after. I was told multiple times that I would receive my estimate and then given nothing but excuses when I didn't receive anything in the multiple time frames promised. Don't waste your time with this company because they'll waste your time, waiting for an estimate. EDIT: Anne T. You were the last person I spoke to. You already apologized and said I would be hearing back from the designer by weeks end. Needless to say, I NEVER heard anything from anyone. We had our project completed by Advantage Landscaping. We've always like Landview Landscaping, until recently. Today I received a phone call from a gentleman stating he had taken over my contract and I hadn't paid him. First off, I had paid for service for December, but hadn't realized it was a new company since i was never notified that my contract had been sold to someone else. Last time I had contacted Landview Landscape (in November), Anne had told me that Andres had taken over billing. She told me nothing about him taking over my contract, so I thought she had hired Andres to help out. I am disappointed that I was never informed that my contract had been sold. I truly couldn't care if it was sold or not, but it would've been nice to be notified. Bad customer service overall if you ask me. read more

My wife and I recently found an area by our front entrance that we didn't know had irrigation set up by the prior owners. It was pretty buried and not noticeable until we started messing around there to place a few plants. We called Land View and talked with Anne about setting up a time to get their workers out to help plant a little landscaping there. She immediately set up an appointment for the next morning. You rarely see this quick of a response to a clients need from most companies. They are so quick to respond and are very concerned about the details of their work. I have been trying for two months to get them to repair a leak and to add some lighting to my rear yard. All I get is unfulfilled promises and no service. We love Mike's design for our backyard, and the crew are very knowledgeable. During placing of plants, I noticed that one of the fruit trees I ordered wasn't correct. So, I contacted the owner, Anne, on Nov 27, 2019, she promised she would replace it once she located the correct one. Text after text, promise after promise, nothing! On May 8, 2020, she responded to my texted that she had sold her business, and I would have no replacement tree! We had already paid our full contract amount. I've intended to do this for a long time and now, after many months, am finally taking time to do it! My wife and I decided to do a fairly major modification/upgrade to our back yard in 2016. We admired the nice landscape job that was just completed in our neighbors front yard and learned that it was Landview Landscape Services whom they were very pleased with. That was good enough for us. We met with Mike Lawrence, the Field Operations Manager (my words) and gave some basic input and then he came up with a great design that we made very little change to that included changing out many of our shrubs and flowers; adding a large area of pave-stones and designing and constructing a beautiful stream-bed with flowing water re-circulating through it. We were very happy with their work and the final result. So much so that we repeated the process a few months ago by having them do an even bigger project in our front yard that has received countless rave reviews from residents in the development...very impressive, indeed! Normally we get at least three bids on "larger-ticket" projects, but we we're so impressed with their previous work that we broke our general rule. Could we have got it done cheaper with someone else? Don't know...maybe, maybe not. But, the owner of the company, Anne Travis, and Mike Lawrence, as well as a couple of the Field Supervisors we became well acquainted with, Miguel and Nicholas, were all very personable, easy to work with, and very accommodating. That's not always the case. For example, there were a couple very minor matters after completion, such as a couple of shrubs that didn't survive, etc. After a project has been completed and all the money paid, that's when you can sometimes run into problems with contractors. That was not our experience with Landview Landscape Services. I just called Ann Travis about the matter and she had someone on it straight away...no resistance no hassle, just timely results. That kind of "service after the sale" is worth extra in my book. We would definitely use this company again! (Will post photos separately when I locate them) read more

We just had our backyard done by Land View. We had nothing but dirt in our yard before and Land View was able to turn it into a beautiful yard that is very functional. Mike's design was excellent and well thought out. He took into consideration a number of things that we wanted and he was able to fit it all in our small yard while also making it look clean, streamline, and functional. Above and Beyond: Their service team replaces broken sprinkler heads without being asked (being a corner house and close to a school bus stop, unfortunately this happens frequently); their service team calls me when they think my timers need adjusting and always offer to do this for me. I accepted their bid and scheduled the work and that is when everything went wrong. The crew showed up late and the individual that provided the estimate based, on his review of the work, was not among them. Instead there were four Mexicans and the supposed boss didn't know what he was supposed to do nor did not appear to speak English. I called Anne at the company and she indicated that he was not proficient in English and would get in touch with Mike (the person that provided the estimate), but instead the crew left and I have yet to hear back from the company. read more
