I have brought my Goldendoodle to this facility several times. Last time he was there for 4 hours barking in a cage "they were behind " . This time, I was very specific to get an appointment that he would not be waiting too long. Dropped him off at 2:15 for 2:30 appointment. At 5:00 I was told he still needed to be groomed (trimmed). In the mean time I heard him barking nonstop. They finally called me back at 5:45. Yea he looks great, but no reason to subject an 8 year old, 116 pond Goldendoodle to this stress. read more

My family and I have been using Pupperazzi for the last decade. We have loved the staff, the location, the overnight services and the grooming services provided by them. We have always recommended it family, friends, and strangers. That was until this last time. Our dog came home with a nick on his neck which they NEVER texted/called to let us know. This behavior is extremely unprofessional especially since we've had such good communication with them up until this recent visit. The nick looks like a perfect groomers square was done straight to our dog's skin in which when I had to contact them after the visit they said it was done beforehand. Again, no communication was received so unsure of this statement during our dog's appointment. As a dog parent, this makes me feel uneasy about any other services that they provide. We found this nick when our dog continued to scratch the same area and our dog couldn't put his head down or comfortably sleep. When I reached out, I was given ways to keep it clean from them but this was too late as this "nick" already caused our dog to be in a pillow of shame (and still is weeks later) as well as using recommended over the counter creams from our vet to alleviate the pain. We were lucky enough that this mark did not turn into an infection! However, it is crazy that one grooming appointment has turned into weeks of pain and uncomfortableness for our dog. If we had known about this during the appointment we would have been way more at ease about the entire situation. Sad to say this, but we will not be returning and will be taking our dog elsewhere. One appointment has turned into a massive headache as dog owners. Think twice before you book with them. read more

This is by far the best groomers my dog has ever been to. They always do a phenomenal job with my dog. He's a maltipoo. He actually gets excited to go there and he seems to do well there, cause he can be a real pain in the butt sometimes. I love this place as well as my pup. I took my puppy here for an initial visit so that way he won't be scared if I was to bring him back. The staff is very friendly and treated my puppy as if he was their own. My puppy was matted all over so they gave him a very short cut all over so his hair can grow correctly. Rufus cut was very professional, clean and even. Every area of his body was even with each other and they even gave him a cute little scarf. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because we are not allowed to see our animals while they get groomed, or I would have at least wanted a tour of the work areas so way I can see exactly where my puppy would be and the cleanliness of the overall shop. Other then that I love Pupperazzi and Rufus will be going back on this Saturday. read more

So I took my 2 year old goldendoodle to get groomed here after our normal groomer cut his nose the last time. Used Yelp and Google to find another close place. This place seemed to have decent reviews and I decided to give it a shot. My doodle gets a full body shave, nothing too fancy. When I picked him up, he was overly excited to see me and practically dragged me to the door. I didn't think anything of it until the two girls at the front started telling me my dog was "naughty". Like what does that even mean. One girl started asking me if my dog doesn't like be handled, and I was looking at her like she was insane. She started going on and on about how my dog apparently doesn't like his nails cut or ears being handled (which is total BS) and how a muzzle was needed. Wish someone would have called me. Anyways after hearing all about how terrible my doodle supposedly was, I left a $10 tip on a $70 bill. And the girl had the nerve to ask me if I needed change. That's just over a 14% tip. If they thought making me feel bad would get more tip....wrong. Won't be coming here ever again. read more

We just left there a few minutes ago and we are so happy we found this place. First of all, it's right down the street from my house which is a big plus. Second of all, the prices are extremely reasonable. Last but definitely not least, they are very experienced at what they do. We went in with our two German Shepherds that are both terrified of getting their nails clipped. We were expecting to get turned away or charged double but they immediately took charge and took care of business . Let me tell you that this was no easy feat. We have purchased our own nail clippers and dremel grinder but have not been use them because the dogs are so hard to handle. The professionals at Puparazzi knew exactly what to do. They also offer an array of grooming services plus doggy daycare and training at very competitive prices. We are so happy we found this place!! read more

Cheap and good bath for my dog. Not too good with her nails trim, missed a good amount of em, which is really the reason for her getting groomed. Shes got super short hair and is only 40#. So we wash her at home til she needs a nail trim then have groomers clean n do her nails. Shes spent a few play dates here. Almost every time we took her to play there was like one maybe two other dogs and not of any playing age. It was like ~$15 for 8 hours. We not just go to the dog park and she can play for free and theres dogs everywhere all the rime for her. If we do need an afternoon sitter again I would take her here for sure. Its safe, clean, and they can have her cleaned when Im ready to get her. read more

The classes held at this facility are life changing! I took my 5 month old goldendoodle puppy here for a puppy behavior class and was amazed by the results! I was eager to learn and teach my dog the tricks and training tips. The classes were never boring and I always looked forward to attending. My dog is now respectful, loving, and listens thanks to the classes here at this facility. I highly recommend anyone interested in training a puppy or dog to attend these classes here. read more

This was my first visit for a bath. Tracey was the young lady who took care of my dog. I told Tracey my dog wa 19 yrs old and needed very gentile care. My pet also has a tumor, which was she cleaned completely. This was the first time I took my pet for a bath where he was not tramatized when I picked him up. Our groomer Tracy is the best. Our son brings his dogs 3 hrs across the state to be groomed by her. She is one of the best in the industry. We have had her groom our dogs for 20 years and I would recommend her highly Tracy loves animals and she does not hide it. read more
