I am very disappointed with the service I have received. I scheduled an appointment for June 20th…read moreat 3:30 PM nearly two months in advance. On the day of the appointment, no one showed up, despite me receiving a confirmation text reminding me of the appointment. Since then, I have spoken with three different people who each told me they would look into the issue and call me back, but I have yet to receive any follow-up. The lack of communication and accountability has been extremely frustrating. I would appreciate an explanation as to why my appointment was missed and would like to know what steps are being taken to resolve this matter. Please contact me as soon as possible. My appointment with furryland is attached and they didn't show up or call me back. I talked to 3 peoplon two days all said let me look into it and call you back. This is my personal experience and opinion, but if you really concern and see ratings, please don't disregard. ("Groomer Bre") Spoke to the "Vice President" and basically she called me to give me a consultation of what had happened to my dog. A hot spot and that the groomer had nothing to do with it. It's a wow reaction of the lack of sympathy and way of handling the conversation. Not expecting to pay me back but definitely not letting it slide like nothing happened. She didn't provide her name but I know groomer is Bre. Avoid going here!

I found them through Nextdoor reviews and booked via text, which was super easy. They were friendly, responsive, and I was able to get an appointment quickly, not months out like a lot of places. I have three dogs, and they were able to schedule all of them together, which was a huge plus. They run things really efficiently. You're given a specific drop-off time, so the dogs aren't sitting in cages all day. Then they text you when your dogs are ready which is usually within a few hours and give about a one-hour window for pickup, which is very convenient. They are open so many days even on Sundays. My dogs looked amazing...so fluffy, clean, and well-groomed. You can tell they take pride in their work. I also noticed that other customers clearly know and trust them, which says a lot. The owner is incredibly kind, and the staff is just as friendly. This has been exactly what I was looking for in grooming, a place close to home that does just as good (if not better) of a job as the one I was driving far to. We'll definitely be back!

Bow Wow made my mini schnauzer look so handsome, I cannot get over it. What impressed me the most was how nice his coat was and the trim around the face despite him still learning!
