He did have some matting which was discussed but to literally cut him on his belly and around his eye and neck!!!!! . I am seriously considering taking action. DONT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. RESPONSE TO OWNER. I take very good care of my GOLDENDOODLE. Also to make an assumption that he isnt taken care of is ridiculous. You should have my address. If not my phone number. Took two of my 6 month old kittens to get a bath and nail trim. Price was fair, about 65$ each cat plus tax; the time wasn't bad. Around two hours turnover time to get both kittens done; however when I received them they did seem a bit different. My kittens are usually very active and run around (due to them being kittens of course); however, when I got back home. They seemed very down and very sluggish. Barely ate any lunch and have been very slow and not their usual selves. My girl cat has even started to hiss at his brother but this could be due to the cologne used on him. I'm not sure what happens behind those closed doors but I know my kittens are not like this. I hope they return to their normal selves soon. read more

AWFUL, our cat has not eaten in two days and won't stop drooling. She's never been like this before and we've taken her to the groomers often. This is the first time we went here and we're never coming back, we had an appointment at 12 for our two casts and they didn't see our cats until 2. They refused to see one of my cats bc she was biting and scratching but she's never acted like that at a groomers before. The cat that they did groom has not been acting right since that day, she still hasn't eaten anything. They didn't even groom her properly. All of her nails are split and she's still covered in old shed hair, it looks like they didn't even brush her. I should've never brought them here. Lillian is beyond rude. I brought my bunny here a few times to get cleaned and get his nails trimmed. Every time I pick him up he smells amazing and his white is super soft and clean! I was really nervous the first time I brought him because he's handicapped but the owner is very understand and has bunnies of her own which is comforting. read more

Honest Review: In hindsight, I probably should have taken my 17-year-old cat to the vet to be sedated for grooming. She's old and grooming puts a lot of stress on her. She had a lot of matts and Pups & Kitts suggested she'd need shaving, which is fine, however, I was not mentally or emotionally prepared for the change. When I came to pick her up, she was verbally and physically in a lot of distress and it was unpleasant for me to hear. I know they tried their best, I just wish after seeing how stressed she was, they would have called me or stop the grooming. After coming home, her behavior was normal. She ate, drank, went to the bathroom, and slept fine. Hopefully, in about 3-6 months her fur will be back to normal and she'll feel like herself. Definitely never putting her through this again though. If you have an older cat, take them to a vet first. It'll be more comfortable for them. Little pet peeve: The establishment smelled like cigarettes which is something I dislike. read more

I will never bring my god daughter here again! This place is unsanitary, the people at the front are rude and they work extremely slow. My pup was dropped off at 10AM sharp, they didn't get done till 3:40PM. When my previous baby came home, I noticed blood everywhere she was walking. They cut her nails too short and she started bleeding. I called them immediately and the person who answered started yelling at me for complaining and refused to provide a discount or refund!! I can't believe I brought our cat to get her nails trimmed! Lillian or Lily called to say she wasn't able to get the caps on the cat was obviously distraught by her cutting into her nerves!! She had blooding nails on her paw I couldn't believe how deep one of them were! I feel so horrible my cat had to go they this. I will most definitely ever make another visit here again! Brought my cat here for a bath and sanitary trim. They were able to accommodate me on pretty short notice. Overall, I think they did a good job. My cat came out looking very clean. She did have a tiny bit of residual stuff on her bottom (probably because she's a domestic long-hair and stuff gets caught really easily), but nothing to complain about. I've been bringing my beloved dogs to Liliam for over 16 years and she never has never disappointed me. They always come back smelling and looking good! Never go near this place. We made an appointment for 9am, got there and there were a couple of others there also. I said we had an appointment and her smart remark was "first come first serve". So why make an appointment? Said it would be about 3 hours. After 3 hrs we called and got a curt response that "we'll call you". After another hour went by we called again and got the same response. Finally we called and they said it would be about another hour. So no it's about 5hours and they called and said he is ready. We got there promptly. They brought our 25lb cockapoo out with no comment. We noticed him constantly licking his right paw. Upon inspection we saw a. very large open wound. Took a picture of it and sent it to her the first thing next morning. Received a text from her simply saying that " the next grooming would be free". No other comment, no apology nothing!! The vet couldn't believe it when seeing the wound. Now we realize why they kept him for so long. They showed no compassion, nothing and seemed to care less. Please if you love your pet do not go there. You never know what is happing behind those close doors where they take your pet. read more

I am so upset I ever brought my fur baby here.  I took my doggie to this place for the first time as my regular groomer was booked. I was told she would be ready in 2-3 hours, but it was over 5 hours before her grooming was complete. I arrived 10 minutes earlier to wait, and heard the staff laughing in the back as one of them had her boyfriend hanging out with her.  The manager also up-charged me because of my baby's weight although she weighs 10 pounds.  I was quoted $55, then told $60 after the service.  Instead of apologizing about the wait, she gave me attitude and walked away from me when I was talking. When I got home and my doggie was walking around, I noticed there were spots of blood on the floor and sofa.  All of her nails were cut too short with blood oozing from the nails, but especially bad from one of them that was cut deeply. I kept putting pressure until the bleeding stopped. I called to let the manager know, and she said "it is not a big deal and she won't die from it".  Well, the grooming of my dog is a big deal to me, and I am sure it is for all of you.  Please do not bring your fur baby to this place. read more

Not the most professional establishment and the owner always seems frantic or will give incorrect time estimates. I liked them in the beginning, but I felt like they would find any complaints with my dog. Claiming they couldn't shave his paw hairs because "He doesn't like it". Aren't you a trained groomer? Then the owner claimed my dog had an ear infection so I went to the vet and my dog was completely fined. I came here initially because my regular grooming place was closed due to Covid-19. The reviews were really good so I was excited about bringing my dog here. I paid $15 more than I usually do but it's okay because my Shi-tzu really needed a grooming. The place is nice and so are the people, but my Shi-Tzu came back home with blood near his nail. I get they might have cut it too short but the least they could have done is clean it up properly. When we tried cleaning the blood but he kept whimpering like it was hurting. I'm going to call the vet in the morning, but there were also cuts near his private area. I was just disappointed because of how much I normally paid for. Their work is great, they are timely, and friendly. My cat always seems unperturbed by the experience and they always do such a nice job. He comes home with a great attitude and bandana!
